First of all freelancer.com has no phone number that is hint number 1 not to use them. They also have horrible customer service. Today i just found out that they tried charging my credit card 5, 118.01 i have no idea why and they dont even care. Plus they gave a freelancer 100.00 on top of it today claiming it was over a project he did and he didnt even do anything for me for that project. This company is the worst freelance company in the world. I own a freelance company so we do allot of sales and they limited my account and gave them all my personal info to have them activate my account now i have to cancel my bank account and get a new social and now report them to the bbb this whole company screwed up because i had a hacker that works from freelancer.com get in my merchant account and tried refunding 30 of my customers he deleted my server and got into my emails and is not trying to open bank accounts in my name. I would love to sue freelancer.com but they are not in the USA and I think a worker in the verification center is extorting me and other customers, this person also said they would rune my life unless i paid him through paypal or western union. I actually talked to him over the phone and he has a strong pakistan accent, one of my customers told me their is a guy acting as us and he is trying to get money out of them and gave our customers a phone number so i called it private and actually talked to the guy who hacked all our stuff, he was very professional and acted like this was another day at the office. I hope they close down. Someone in there verification department basically is trying to steal my identity and extort me.

Freelancer has not paid me a dime for the work I performed and for which a company who paid me for the work I delivered to her. I do see that Freelancer Inc. refers to the individuals offering the work as Employers and that gives the Freelancer in California the right to complain to the State Labor Board for wage theft and fraud. They lure you to connect your PayPal Account to download the payment but when you go there, you find out that PayPal will take your cash, not give you the cash. Do not give Freelancer your bank account. There is no way I am going to give Freelancer my bank account information. I have reported the crime of their theft to Australian Authorities; their cyber crime unit, their AG, and a regulatory agency like the SEC.

Freelancer damaged the income earnings from the work I completed for a company. I was to have earned an additional $400.00. On top of their theft of $400.00, they then stole fees for fraudulent employers, one at $30.00. And they hack your computer, damage the computer files you are working on seriously so, and they infect you with very specific malware that are both worms and hacking software. This is an abominable organization that must be shut down and the frauds taken to the worst of jails for punishment for a long time, after all their ill gotten gains have been properly restored to their victims.

Hello Will/ any Freelancer representative
Like brightmoontr, I have the same issue, My account was hacked 2 days ago and some one posted contest using my account I responded 10 minutes and inform freelancer support, then I got the same mail like brightmoontr, mentioned, they ask me to respond on other ticket I responded and sent several mails and no one contacted yet. we have many permanent clients and always insist them to work with us on freelancer because its safe for us and buyers. But this type of Response I think not suits to freelancer I think . Can you please Help ? we have to give updates to our clients and we have no access to account.

Willcfromfreelancer.Com freelancer user, says we support you, the more reality i type the more my account limited. . . I guess i shold give from your freelancer.Com because you dont have a phone number like ebay, paypal etc, second you ask over information as if fbi, 3th my account hacked there, 4th i you hold all of my money in the account and this is illegal, 4th you give fake decitions for people which are not realistinc, 4th if you would have normal phone call and help service, it would be better for anyone, 5th you creat kind of game to me to hold my deposited money in the account, plus relased payments, 5th: you caused me big sycological demage, 6. Shame on you. . . Now go shot my account down. . . As far as i see, you aim is to put hand on my money. . . You are not fair. . . Because the world is not fair maybe eccept expectations.

THis is a complete fraud. Freelancer withdraws money from people's credit card accounts without authority of the credit card holder. If you complain against Freelancer, and you have been paid, they then take the money you have complained about again, only this time from the money that an individual company just paid you. The "transfer" funds is bogus.

Yes i know i supply you all data, id, bills etc, still you want detail from me, when it come to payment, your freelancr service call me but when it come to help, give documents etc, i gave you all. . . First you asked,

1. When was the account created?
2. What was the verification code sent to you to verify your email address when you created the account?
3. What was the last project you have awarded to a freelancer on the site?
4. What is the complete address registered on your account?
5. What was your last authorized transaction on the account?

I have replied you all

Second phone verification but a dead link

And 3th id, bills, goverment issue etc

I have also uploaded. . .

Where we are going ? Are you fbi or so

Take the code and take picture and send. . . When charging our paypal account, no one asked any
When some problem lots of issues. . . In normal conditions, my account should work and you should refund this webmaster money to my account and also, you should open same project on my name. . . But all i see is, time wasting. . . I am looseing my trust in you. . . I please from you to be realistic and call me. . .
I work with ebay, i wodk with paypal. . . No one asked that much info. . . And
I note here: if my account hacked which it was sure. . . How can i trust you more and send you more and more info which i have already send you. . .

Freelancer is a ###ing portal.

Today i have lost all the money in my account. Those people are trying to impose the employer account issues on me. They said they have issues with employer's account so they deducted all the balance from my account. I am ###ing screwed today by them. DON'T ever use FREELANCER.COM they are ###ing spammers and Robbers. They give you money from your employer, then they rob each and everything from your account.

They are ###ing blackmailers.

This ###ing co is a scam! ###ers attempted several times to charge my paypal account illegally and without consent. I contacted paypal and they immediately put a stop to it. Now i have been requesting freelancer.Com to delete my account and all information associated with my account and they won't delete my account unless i retract my investigation with paypal.
