Fred Meyer why are associates being treated badly!

Hi, I come to shop at the Fred Meyers in Shoreline, Washington on 185th and Aurora 98133, and it seems that there are certain associates who are getting bullied by certain customers and harassed and picked on, and there are associates who are crying and not wanting to work at this location, and it seems that I am also seeing associates bullying and fighting with other associates and they are being watched and followed and attacked and what not! So something needs to be done to keep these associates safe and they should all have a security person around these associates at all times, because this kind of behavior can lead to suicide and other difficulties! So please take care of this issue, and make sure that these associates are safe and not being harassed or bullied by certain customers! I am going to report this behavior to the local police and sherry departments! So please take care of this issue, before something happens! Thankyou for your time!

Fred Meyer sexual misconduct

Here to report sexual actions between two employees that has been causing critical issues in and outside of the work environment. An employee by the name of Isis Crouts has been engaging in sexual interactions with a skylin wood as a favor for progression in the work environment. This situation has cause neglect of family and friends, particular a child involved possibly in uncomfortable standards because of tue actions taken place within this situation.

Two employees have been engaging in sexual interactions that have cause negative effects on their personal life. One employee a woman by the name of Isis Crouts has been exchanging sexual favors with Skylin Wood for work environment progression. These actions have caused detrimental issues outside of work within families and friends.

Fred Meyer poor and threatening customer service

While in self check out, after asking Allison (sales associate) to remove three items from order, the following is what followed. Allison told me my order had to be canceled and completely redone. I asked her if she could assist me, she rudely rolled her eyes, and told me "No, I'm running 10 registers, you'll have to do it yourself." I asked to what her supervisors name was, and she relpied "I don't know, " and walked off. At this point, I was completely shocked by the poor level of service and told her that she was very rude, and I'd like to speak with her supervisor. Allison then shouted, "GET OUT OF MY STORE!" I then shouted back that I'd leave as soon as I was done with my order, as I was in the process of re-ringing my order. Before I knew it, a plain clothed lady, literally ran up directly to my face and began shouting that I needed to calm down. I told her to mind her business, and get out of my face. Before I knew it, there were 5 people surrounding me! One clearly uniformed male security gaurd, one very large and very intimidating approximately 400 pound male named Eric, the lady running self check, Allison, and two plain clothed ladies, who never really identified themselves(after zooming my camera in on the main unhinged plain clothed reps, and made a mention of the resemblance to a teenaged boy...the comment, "Why do I always get that because I have a SEXY punkrock hairstyle, " was made, which made me even more uncomfortable, as I took it as a sex innuendo.) until I later asked who they were, as I first thought they were customers. At this point, I do not feel safe, and completely intimidated. I did not know who was who, and completely backed into a corner. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I WANTED IN ITEM REMOVED? Attached you will find one of the videos that I recorded for safety, as well as me trying to protect myself, as best that I could. This issue will be escalated to the fullest, as all of this was completely uncalled for. I was treated like a criminal, I felt completely unsafe as my personal space was violated, completely embarrassed. This is how they de-escalate at Fred Meyer, on 1st ave. They criminalize you, and deflect the blaim back to you. Discrimination at it's finest.

IF she is running ten registers then she is busy. There are other people besides you in the store. Just because she did not treat you like you are some sort of queen and cater to you only does not make her rude. If you are going to tell the story, at least tell everything. Don't leave things out to make yourself appear a saint. Sounds to me like you were acting like a two old and throwing a temper tantrum. If you want to feel safe, treat others with respect. You scanned the item you did not want, remove it yourself. This is not discrimination. Grow up. You are not a child. Stop acting like one.

Fred Meyer how associates are getting treated at all fred meyers!

Hi, it seems that the associates at the Fred Meyer in shoreline are getting treated badly and unfairly and it seems there is too much favoritism and it seems that nobody is allowed to transfer to another department at the store they work in and certain managers keep asking associates if they want a job and they say they do, but then the other people get the job, instead of the one who really wants it! There are too many associates that are saying false stories about associates and it seems they are doing there best to get rid of certain associates, so this is not fair, and it seems that certain associates send the homeless customers and the ones with backpacks and the ones who use needles and the ones who do drugs and smell like cigarettes and mariwana . It seems that some associates are pushed to do other people's jobs in the store and it seems certain associates go to Human Resources and the union and there manager and to the police department, so everybody needs to be nice to each other and not back stab one another and we all need to do team work and work together, and it seems that they keep blaming certain associates for things that they do not do and it seems that there are no customers that come in the evening and the morning at this store and it seems that only certain associates have to stand and do nothing for 9 to 10 hours and they also give special associates projects to do, and it just seems that nobody cares or sympathizes at all with each other, and it seems that certain associates get to be on the same schedule and the other associates have to get bounced around and nobody cares, if I e associate has to do the hard stuff in the whole store, so does everybody else! It also seems that they don't trust anybody at this store and this makes everything on edge and what not. It seems that some of the associates at this store are doing there dambest to get rid of and scare certain associates, so this needs to stop, and associates who want to work here should get what they want, instead of being jerked around and thrown under the bus! This needs to stop. All associates need to be respected! So something needs to be done!

Fred Meyer employee of loss and prevention

I was in the store on Debate and Muldoon shopping. I had a lot of bags from other stores and. Fred Meyers was the last list. I bought a phone from there that night. Anyway I purchased the phone first even set it up. I had all my bags and purse and heavy coat on a cart because I had allot of things. Yes I had a bathrobe in the cart but I was not going to steal it. Well this man, caucasian seen me heading to the bathroom wit g the cart and have me a dirty look. He asked what I was doing. I said I have reciepts for everything and I had to use the bathroom real bad. Mind you I had three big bags of clothes and such. A purse and coat. He said I could not use their cart on the bathroom. I wad libid. How am I goingto get all my things in the door at the same ruins without the cart. Well I emptied it on the bathroom then pushed it out the door with the unpaid items. Well thefollowing day I went back to get a tablet or look at one and my bp. He approached me with a sneer on his face asking me if I had pushed any carts in the bathroom worth unpaid murchandise. Looking at me like I did something wrong. Well I said no. Today I went in the storeart about 9:40 to buy a phone some makeup and maybe clothes. I was looking at the makeup when I was approached by a woman who said that loss and prevention said I was there for 3 hours and asked me to leave. I did I just got there. So she walked away but was really watching me. I was trying on the eyeshadow from the samples and checking the name to get the one I wanted and she didI want allowed to open the product. I told her I didn't. Just making sure I got the right one when she said I had to leave because loss and prevention said so. I know that this is the same man from a month earlier. I am an Alaskan Native and know that this was due to my racer. For they kicked out another Alaskan Native for no reason either. I have no shop living charges or history and have between shopping at the Fred Meyers stores for many years. I have not been so insalted in my time on this earth. I want an apology from this man and the store manager who was the woman who told me to leave. So you condone this type of behaviour from your attire manager and obviously the head of loss prevention? Do you back your employees when they behave with prejudice and malice just because I am Native? I have disabilities and an ostomy bag. I've been in two comas leaving me with bad memory loss and tire ready. I go to thebathroom mote frequently due to this and I feel as if my right to shop or be in that store was compromised. They both displayed prejudice behaviour and malice. I asked what did I do wrong and she said nothing but that loss prevention wanted me out. This man made it personal. I have a lot of family and friends who shop a lot at Fred's. I'm from Juneau AK. I wad being put in a category and the neck withmy rights. I'm really considering contacting a civil rights attorney a well as one who specializes in this sort of thing. I feel misjudged. Embarrassed. And I just don't think that the manager of said store, who told me to leave Evan though I did nothing wrong should be holding such a position of she is going to behave rudely and biasly. I am thinking of what I ought to do next. My friend works at the traffic station and I have another who works at the local TV station. This would make for Ann interesting read. I am quite angry and had to go to walmart where I spent 200.00 on items that I wanted to spend at your store. I am insulted. I am beyond words. Like I said. I am disabled and the disability organization would give me some advise as to what I should do from here. I want an apology from the both of them with some sort of disciplinary action taken against them. Like I said. I was a customer of yours for over 30 years. What a shame that you have employees who disrespect and demoralize your customers who happen to be a minority. And a woman. What will be done?

YOU ARE THE RACIST ONE. You are only ASSuming that this has to do with your race. You need to be sued for libel for false claims of racism and deported to where you came from. You are the one that should apologize. I hope that you contact a civil law case lawyer and that you lose and still have to pay the lawyer. Maybe that will teach you not to make ASSumptions. I hope that you go on TV and make a huge fool of yourself. Going on TV would also get you sued for slander for the false accusations of racism. The written false accusation will get you sued for libel. The only way to stop people from playing the race card would be to sue you for false claims, then deport you. That will deter people from doing the same.

Fred Meyer pharmacy

I dropped off a prescription on Sunday was told I could pick it up Monday after 3. I go to pick it up only to find nothing had been done to fill it. When I expressed my disappointment I.was told I could come get the prescription and take it someplace else to be filled. I go to Fred Meyers a lot but now that I feel unappreciated as a customer I wont me going back.

Fred Meyer fred meyer jewelers

On March 24th I took a ring In to the Jewelers at 7701 DeBarr Rd Anchorage Alaska to be resized and the young man filled out the invoice and said it would be ready in 2 weeks on the 7 April approximately $80.00. So the next Sunday I was in the store so I stopped by to see if it might of been repaired earlier than expected and the other sales associate said it will be finished on 7 April as written on the invoice ok fine. So 7 April came around and I called the Jewelers and the sales associate said he had to get with the jeweler to see how much it will be to resize so my ring has been there 2 weeks and never even touched.I was very angry about that they lied to me. The next day I went to the store to get my ring and take to another jeweler to get it resized and the manager could of cared less about the situation. She gave my husband an attitude when he asked her a question and he said how can you compensate us for our troubles and being lied to that was a ring my husband bought me for my Birthday she said to call Corporate. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there. We have spent a lot of money at that store in the past years. I will never take a ring there again to be resized and the jeweler is always outside smoking when I go there. I give them a 0.

Fred Meyer Price match

We purchased a Kitchen Aid Mixer for my daughter Feb 17th, first Walmart had the same item on sale for 229.00 and it was on sale at Freddy's for 279.00. First they wouldn't price match, they did bring it down 10.00 and on their ad you also received a 15.00 gift card to use on your next trip. We didn't receive a gift card and when calling back to the store they took a message and never called back.
I will not go back to that store... it's pretty sad that we had to call twice and never got a call back.

Fred Meyer security and their employees

This is a complaints against Fredmeyers located at 1000 East Northern Lights, Anchorage, Alaska and Fredmeyers at East Anchorage located at 7701 Debarr Road, Anchorage, Alaska. The complaint is on security issues at both stores. This has been going on several years at both stores. Each time I enter both stores, the security overlooking the store for shoplifting have been extremely inappropriate, unprofessional harassment against my being a Fredmeyers customer. As soon as I am at the grocery isle by myself, the security intercom comes on every time I am at the store with relentless harassment of verbal non-sense thruogh the security micro-phone from the security employees with poor work ethics of overlooking the floor isle. Since several years ago, both the stores continuously single me out of everyone grocery shopping "stating" over the intercom with "Section B". "Section B". "Section B." Once they switched to "Department C". "Department C". Department C". And the security that was harassing with that statement couldn't careless if I caught on fire. I happened to be gassing up my car and had an accident with the gas hose spewing very fast with large amoynt of gas and it got all over my blouse, my bra, part of my chest, up to my chin and lips to where I was afraid that I might catch in fire or fire starting on the ground where I had my car beside the gas pump. All during that time, the security couldn't care less about me as a Fredmeyer customer with his intercom harassment with his non-chalant "Department C". Department C". Department C". I didn't know what to do at the time. I walked up to the gas attendant to tell him what happened. He came out to my car and clean up the gas spilled on the ground. In the meantime, the store security over the intercom continued with his heartless harassment with "Department C". I assume that one woman, a big fat woman with medium dark hair, also, continuously harassing me thru the intercom with "Section B". "Section B" "Section B". The security employees will not miss a beat with harassing me with extremely inappropriate, unprofessional conduct of overlooking the store. I am a nativr of Alaska, born here, raised here. In all my years of shopping, I have never ever exprienced security poorly teained store employees as those stated above from Fredmeyers store. I'm not exactly sure when this incident happened in the parking lot Fredmeyer store on Northern Lights aftef I left the store and got in my car. After getting in my car, I got on my facebook on my cell phone. Eventually, I looked around the parking lot for safety reasons, in case, some weirdo was hanging around. When I looked to my right in my car, I was totally stunned by the Fredmeyer entrance door security was right there next to my car looking in what I was doing. I think, he was trying to get close enough to look at my facebook creeping up on me from behind outside my car without me knowing that he was there. Also, I caught him after a few minutes, he looked around the parking lot and looked as if he was grabbing for my car door knob. My car automatically locks as soon as I shut the door after I get in. I didn't realize, he car was parked just parallel across from me close to my car. He got in his car and got on his cellphone. I looked over at him in his car and he's directly looking at me. He looked like Hispanic or some othef Origin. And, the Fredmeyer store on Debarr road have been endlessly harassing me since several years ago with their security issues over the intercom each time I enter the store with extremely inappropriate, unprofessional remark towards me "Section B". "Section B". "Section B". Over and over and over this goes on. I've had very grwat jobs when I lived in Virginia working as a health-aid to begin with in the early eighties advancing to working in medical offices after graduating Med School which I took night classes and working as a Secretary at the Department of the Interior in Washington D.C.; worked in Betheda Fertility Institute in Bethesda, Md., worked at a foot doctor's office which was father, son practice with amother foot doctor. I've worked here in Anchorage, Alaska at the Department of the Interior for a year as an Title Examiner. In all, I've had great jobs working with great co-worker ms in every job that I had. I didn't have time to do anything to do with criminal acts or shoplifting anywhere that I have lived. All those years, if someone shoplifts or is a shoplifter, at one time or another during the years, someone gets caught sooner than later. I see these security employees extremely ignorant, inappropiate amd unprofessional just merely picking on a native of Alaska. Just the other day, in or about, January 5th or the 6th at Fredmeyers store on Northern Lights thoroughly put their security ineffectiveness into totally crossed the line while I was on the Bread isle. Just when I was leaving the isle, this extremely loud DING DING DING DING DING came on anove me which is their alarm system. Actually, a tall black employee came running over to check the isle and him and I were right in front of each other as I'm leaving the Bread isle and he came running to check the isle. Their is NO excuse for an alarm like that so LOUD everyone can hear in the store. One of the employees was running around the floors working, he had dark hair, about medium tall and thin built. I encountered him at the isle floor as I was looking around, he gave me that look of mocking and kept looking turning his head towards me as he walked away. Also, at Fredmeyers on Debarr road, after doing their "Section B" on every isle I'm at, the sevurity there had a policeman track me down in the isle where aI was shopping in the isle. He looked a bit negative, unfriendly as he's doing the beat on the isle of Fredmeyer store honing in on a person he has no clue that I was not there to shoplift. I do not shoplift, even, my family doesn't have a history of shoplifting, nor, anyone of us have never been arrested for shoplifting, or confronted in the store for such. My name is Helen M. Fred Meyer an employee named "naw"

I AM a professional union carpenter making about $44 p/h.

An employee named "NAW" followed me around in the store while I was shopping and talking on the cell phone to my brother...

She stood about 4 to 5ft tall and appeared to be either Asian or Black African. Her name tag said "Naw".

This occurred last night, New Year's Eve, between 9pm and 10pm in the Men's Carhart Section.

She rudely started yelling at me interupting my phone call saying that she had come to make sure that I wasn't stealing anything and that she wanted me to get out of the store.

I immediately notified management of her inappropriate harassment and misconduct. Management did nothing to resolve the conflict, so I bought what I needed and left feeling completely bullied and mistreated.

I routinely shop for my necessities at this Fred Meyers because of its convenience and closeness to my home.

I really don't want to have to see this evil young lady when I'm shopping, so I ask that you please terminate her employment or transfer her to another Fred Meyer location.

If not, then I'll be left with no choice but to file a restraining / anti-harassment order against her and seek out further lagal counsel on this matter.

Fred Meyer customer service

Was in line at Fred Meyer in Tacoma, WA for Customer Servi e around 930Pm. On Dec 26.2018.This store is located off of 19th St W. The associate was very rude to the customer in front of me. As soon as he approached the counter she walked away and turned her back to him and made him wait for over 5 minutes while she did nothing. Then she sarcastically told him MMHMM when he asked for a pack of cigarettes I did not get her name but she was an older African american lady with a serious attitude problem.

Fred Meyer deli

Early December I placed an order for 4 sandwich trays for December 24th. When we picked them up there was no chicken salad ( one of our favorites) They had my order there and said they made a mistake but were all out if chicken salad they gave me a tray of assorted sandwiches no charge. Still not happy will definitely rethink where I order in the future.

Fred Meyer fire glazed ham

Wanted to thank you for wrecking our holiday. I purchased a fire glazed ham, went to heat it and an unglazed icky ham. Live in a town where stores close for holidays so unable to glaze or myself. Awful, just awful. I cannot tell you how awful this ham was. I spent premium money for a cheap ham. I went back to store and talked to butcher department, they showed me another ham. Same thing, nothing on it. Tried to say glaze melted. Why? Bull. Last year's was fine.

Fred Meyer sending me a purported $25 gift card!

On Thursday - 11/15/18 I received a nice card from Joe Grieshaber to thank me for being a Rewards Plus Customer - "one of our best" along with the statement that $25 would be loaded to my rewards card "on any transaction you wish"
On Saturday - 11/17, I shopped at my local Fred Meyer store off 117th Avenue in Vancouver. I let the cashier know about the $25 gift and she was unable to see it was loaded. One of the Frontline Managers then took me to customer service only to tell me "Yes you spend a lot of money here, but I don't see this $25 gift" And sent me on my way with nothing. How incredibly ridiculous and lack of customer care was shown to me! We spend on average 12 - 15k at this store every year - check my phone number associated with rewards card [protected]). Why would you do something like this to a loyal customer or any customer. It was embarrassing to me and it really upset me. Do not send these type of cards if you do not actually load $25 on my account. We can gladly shop elsewhere!

Fred Meyer freddy's balloons

I was told Fred Meyers Corporate office discontinued the free balloons for kids. One of the reasons I choose to shop here vs Albertsons is the perks related to our visit. The balloon being a huge perk for my 3 year old daughter.
Please reconsider this.

1st encounter- On 10/02/18 @ 12:52 pm I purchased a JBL Charge 3 bluetooth speaker for $149.99 and a pair of Hesh headphones for $99.99. Now I've been going to this Fred Meyers for a little over a year now and do about 90% of my shopping here. Never had an issue until now. I had to return this speaker about a week later due to an unexpected bill that arose and my next payday was about a week away. I have no family to borrow from and couldn't get a payday loan because of a new bank account that had not yet met the 3 direct deposits into the account to be approved of the loan. My only option was to return my speaker and get it or another one on next payday. So I return to fred meyers on or around 10/10/18 and proceed to the electronics department to have the speaker inspected before going to the customer service counter. The lady that had been called up was trying to refuse the return because since it was opened, she was going to have to mark down the price and that my reason for the return is not justifiable for a refund. They talked about their return policy that claims that a used product can be denied a refund because of the reason I was returning it, ( unexpected bill). Number one; When purchasing the item, there is no mention of the return policy on the electronic item, or at the counter of the electronics department and the clerk at the electronics department doesn't tell you about it. After a 20 minute argument with the, im assuming the manger lady, which involved her telling me I need to purchase items that I'm going to keep from now on, she finally gave the go ahead on the refund. This was just about to make me shop elsewhere for all my needs which includes food, body spray, shampoo and etc., like I said before, 90% of my shopping needs is done here. So I was able to pay my electric and keep my home warm and comfy. Next payday came around 5 days later. I was going to shop elsewhere and said hey, maybe they were just having a bad day and gave it another shot on keeping my loyalty and service. So I went back and found a job charge 3 on sell for $119.99. This was on 10/15/18 @ 4:36 pm. The speaker was working great until now, 11/05/18. That's only 20 days having the speaker. The speaker won't stay connected to my phone and it sounds like the speaker on one side crackles a little. I find this defective and was probably the reason it was on sale. It has black marks that appeared around the two outside edges and the bottom where you set the speaker down on. I went to return it last night and told them about the issues in having with it and requested a refund. Nope says the manger that was called down to look at it. It's well used he says. I said how, it's only been 20 days since I got this, ( have the receipt and used my rewards card). It's to well used and i can't do anything with this he said. Well, you can't do anything anyway because it's defective and has issues with it. So he should have accepted it. Plus he was telling me, since I accidentally gave him the wrong receipt to begin with, there is a 30 day return policy. I heard and read online and at customer service that it's 90 days with a receipt. Even with the right receipt, showing its only been 20 days, he refused to do a refund, didn't offer an exchange and just told me to contact jbl about it. This has me ticked off. Being a loyal customer and dealing with the last return, then this. I think I'm done with Fred Meyer and will take my business elsewhere. That includes changing my bank thats inside Fred meyers, Chase bank, to somewhere else because it's inside the store. I'm renting a $1250 two bedroom apartment nearby and have a job nearby. I feel like I've been discriminated against because of the last return I did. And once again was there no mention of the return policy by the electronics department or on the receipt itself. I feel that this should have been refunded, regardless of the condition, unless it looked physically abused or damaged, which it was not, with no problem because it is defective. If I do not get a refund immediately, maybe even be accommodated with a gift card on top of my $119.99 cash refund, i will take my business elsewhere and have to proceed with further actions.

Fred Meyer nutra nuggets dog food

I was very disappointed when i went in yesterday to buy my brand of dog food (nutra nuggets premium) for 35. 98 a bag only to discover the price jumped up to 38.99 a bag. Before the price jump...the price was similar to 2 other places found in town that are closer to my home address but because i get gas points i drive the extra distance to buy from Freddies. I will no longer be doing that. It's not worth it anymore. And i can understand I'm just one person out of many that buy this brand of dog food but i have 7 large great Danes. I go through 10+ bags a month. I'm also a breeder and recommend this food to my buyers. You can only pick this brand up at limited places and i used to recommend them to buy at Freddies but i will no longer did that either. Not at the current raised price. Very disappointed.

The reasons I no longer will go to fm.
The fuel points awarded to me 2892 are gone because I did not buy fuel before 10/01/18. So today 10/04/18 pay day I got screwed! Thank you fm!
I have to remember that only on the first tuesday of the month I get my senior discount. So today thursday I get nothing! Once again I got screwed! Thank you fm!
Fm use to be friendly and customer oriented. So far fm is turning into a mini costco trying to mass sell its product!
Because I am old and not electronic oriented I can't get the "app discount". Once again I get screwed! Thank you fm!.
The produce as well as the gourmet area use to be so appealing. Now you get what ever crap they can sell you at the high price! (not counting the employees playing and throwing cheese away into the garbage like basket ball)
The olive gourmet area my wife loved so much is gone to be replace by what sell the most! Soup! Really!

So, I am renewing my costco card, will across the street to safeway (fm and safeway could be the same chain.. I don't know and I don't care) and to grocery outlet to do my grocery as well as my other shopping!

Fred Meyer work related injury

Sedwick said the dont have to pay back pay even with the drs notes and dates. I have been more than helpful with all info and request for documentation. I would like all company polices and regulations and if possible numbers to call for I donot believe this case is being delt with in a very professional way. And its very hard to trust when every thing they say changes every time I speak with them. There has to be something I can do. My family and I are the ones loseing anything time money my. Truck. Barley keeping my house. Can u help
