fred mcrae / unauthorized transactions

Just Answer has been taking withdrawals from my credit card without an authorization.
I have cancelled my card and have to wait 7-10 days for a new card (UNACCEPTABLE)
I use my card everyday to do business transactions and feel I have been ripped off repeatedly by this so called justanswer company.
I have posted a complaint with my creditcard company and the credit bureau
