This person Frank desimone is using a DBA of Medical fiancing technologies, He advertised for
a business with experian. Never launched any business. Told me to pay deposit and I would make
30, 000 that month. No business ever lauched 9 months later. Refuses to give me my mponey
back. He is a liar and a scam artist. BEWARE of Craigs list He advertises and collects money
for a business that does not exist.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hi Guys, I want to start a business called finance you care and the CEO is called Frank Hale but when I started to inquire more about the business, the name of Frank Desimone and her wife Annette appeared and I think he is the same person that you mention.
Please I would like to know if anyone knows anything about this person, I do not want to be deceived

I also gave him money to become a net branch owner and after many months there still was no business. I ask for refund and he said he would pay me back in September. Well its October and he will not respond to my emails anymore. I am still trying.

Hello Francisco, I think your right. I think his true name is Andrew Frank Desimone. He uses the name frank Hale. In his business and corporations he setup all show name as Andrew F. Desimone.

As a prospective net branch owner I was able to receive a refund of my initial deposit less a fee for travel expenses at my suggestion since I withdrew before attending training that was changed to the West Coast instead of Florida to accommodate several of us. My own experience with Frank and others during the discovery stages of the business opportunity seemed up front and candid about its newness, and it was this lack of an existing track record (e.g., I was unable to connect with two net branch owners although other related staff were also provided) that influenced my decision to hold off for now.
A unique contractual obligation to provide each net branch owner a specified number of health care providers - represents a solid operational advantage of an ongoing client base if they submit a "sufficient" number of applications to be successfully processed.
I have also noted that the single registered BBB complaint against Medical Financing Technologies and Frank De Simone is recorded as having been "resolved" referencing the lone "refund or exchange issues" item as of July 20. Gary M.

that is owned by GE capital. They control 67% of the elective surgery loan market and your going to believe in this garbage complaint against Franks DeSimone and company...I am sure the complainer above has a grudge or could be a competitor of Frank DeSimones company and just wants to take him out by smearing him instead of rolling their sleeves up and get back to work and compete with Frank with hard work instead of
complaining..
He is no scam artist..We (Smart) and Medical Credit Options have over 62 reps out in the field signing up providers everyday..yes there has been some growing pains with marketing material, procedures etc. like any start up. However, we have - 7 regional directors..with multiple Area managers under each Director and 5 to 20 reps under various Area managers. We have loan processing centers popping up every couple of weeks.. Providers are being enrolled, Loans are being Submitted and approved and reps and loan brokers are being paid. If Frank wanted to Hide he would not publish his Addresses in Florida and his Corporate President, VP and Staff offices in TX. Oh not to mention his name is all over our websites and documents.
The great thing is our relationship with our providers who have been spreading the word on how well they like our program and our relationship with multiple lenders, banks and financial institutions. We charge the Dr's ZERO and receive 30 - 60% less loan declines then our competition.
One more thing type in our Competitor Care credit who is owned by GE capital or type in and do a search on CHASE medical financing you will see hundreds of complaints with those guys and they are operating everyday.
I would be careful not to believe everything you read or hear..especially from a disgruntled ex employee or person who may not have performed according to their own contractual Agreement with Frank and Company. Or
Also..anybody on the internet can make false claims and publish it right here about you, me or anyone. or anywhere else on the net..
So give it rest..and quit complaining. Give it up already.
