Lauren Blackwelder is truly just the worst business person I have ever come across. She violated many business ethics and was terribly irresponsible in the simplest of transactions.

I have purchased items from Lauren's Frank and Me etsy site several times and would not hesitate to do so in the future. All of the items were well made and exactly as pictured and described. I believe I read on her site that she does not give refunds, so she advises you to ask your ?'s before you order. I did just that and recieved a prompt and professional reply. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, but I can't help wondering if you simply experienced buyers remorse after your purchase. I think it also states that if you are unhappy that she will do what she can to try to make it right, but, again, not with a refund. I will definately be making more purchases from Lauren in the future.
