I want to inform you that Mrs Francine Vandal is fraudulenty renting condos.
Indeed, she had rented condos to people in Québec Canada.
She collects the money for the rent several months in advance then cancels the réservations under false pretense and does not refund the money.
Also she make over booking and requests at the customers more money
than the agreed arrangement after their arrival. It appears that this strategy is repeated in several places for different owners and real-estate agents.
Over 20 criminal accusations for the above acts was reported at the Police Fort-Lauderdale (contact Mr. Donald Gauntner, Détective crime economique), and the Business and Professional Regulation, division Real-Estate.
Some of you want a proof. I could join the contract of rent between me and F.Vandal,
but this would not be a proof. I could join the " outgoing payment transfer" at her Wachovia bank, but this would not be a proof. I could join the receipt of rent and the final payment, but this would not be a proof. I could join a note of "promise of paid off", but this would not be a proof. You see, she collects the money for the rent month in advance and cancel under false pretense. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
