I was to buy franchise from franchiseforsale.org.uk and gave $65000 down as deposit. Now they are neither returning deposit nor giving location. I tried to talk to someone but of no avail. I am planning to hire a lawyer.

Clearly the reviews are posted by a company called profitconsultants.com and online success academy ltd

I have tried searching online for James Taylor reviews and cant find anything and also tried searching for reviews on profit and also cant find anything.

I have been working with James for over 2 years now and every single story posted online isn't backed by any proof whatsoever. Where is the proof of the court cases lost ? Where is the proof of change name ? Where is the proof running away from paying Tax ?

Non of James past companies has gone into liquidation unlike his competitors who have filed for bankruptcy.

So whats the story surrounding James competitors ?
They simply cant compete with the quality of service that James offers so to try and level out competition they post fake reviews.

Here is more about the people who have been posting the stuff online.

Criminal 1 - Jordan James Snell - Fraud : Convicted in court
Criminal 2 - Nathan Alan Coombe - Drug Offences - Prison - &More
Criminal 3 - Danny Butlor - eBay PlayStation Fraud Conviction.
Criminal 4 - Chris Funnell - Cloned sites, Fake Reviews, Fraud.

Please watch here to learn about them : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Plfo1SVr38Q

Watch here they pay actors to leave fake reviews:

3 - Court cases: https://resources.alibaba.com/topic/801661958/Nathan_Alan_Coombe_Sterling_Businesses_Ltd_RIP_OFF_SCAMMERS.htm

So here is a little information about the competitors writing the negative reviews about James online.

Now show me official proof James has done anything as bad as this ?

Starting up my new business and website was one of the hardest projects I have ever attempted. Being an equestrian person anything digital was quite foreign to me. When someone suggested I needed a marketing company to run the SEO side of things I searched online and came across James Marnley. After a phone call with James I decided to put my trust in his company.I have been with this company three years and due to James's professional approach and patients in explaining to me how it all works I now totally understand the part James plays to keep my site on page one of Google! I have no reservations in recommending this company to anyone.

I setup a business earlier this year and didn't know where to start. And thanks to you guys today I have a beautifully bespoke website and it's not just one and done company. If I have questions, or I accidentally do something in my control panel and just general instructions I can pop an email or call in and they have my back all year round. 10 stars for the design, 10 stars as a hosting company and I will be looking into SEO shortly these guys as my business has just gone from strength to strength and I owe all my online credit to you. Thank you. Won't let me post my website but it's triplescustoms dot Co dot UK.

I have done research into the false posts put onto GOOGLE and found that most of the sites which display these false claims to be owned by the same company. How can you trust a review when its the same person posting and posting over and over again on lots of places.

With certain WHOIS tools on the Internet you can see who owns these review sites and its the same company who is in fact a competitor in the same trade.

I have spoken with James about this post here on this website and he showed me the agreement which is standard for all the businesses he sells and everything is clearly written in the agreement - Its then totally up to you if you accept the terms and to be honest with you its not to complicated. If your concerned about what's on offer nothing stopping you asking questions or changing the agreement.

You could try and buy a business from someone else and the terms of contract will be hidden within the web site and later if unhappy you wouldn't be able to do anything about it. At lease now when dealing with James everything is up-front and nothing is hidden.

James accepts payment in two parts, First payment before the handover of the business and the same again once all is handed over so only when the buyer is totally happy its then the buyer makes final payment. Which is much better then paying a company all the money up-front and hoping for the best.

In this world we have people who think they can pay £500 or even £3000 and give up a full time job straight away with little work whatsoever. It takes time and effort to build a business and its not something which happen's over night. With a nice looking web site designed to the way you want it and help with marketing and life time support is priceless! This is not a sign for a scam company. Scam companies take peoples money and run they don't offer support!

James had a problem once with a competitor which owns a directory web site which he paid £400 to join and they continued to take money from his bank account every month when not even listed within the directory. James was stupid and posted some reviews on the Internet about this issue and it totally backfired!

The directory site owns many drop shipping and wholesale scam sites which they post good reviews about themselves and bad reviews about other companies to drive traffic to there own money making web site. All it took was James posting two reviews on TRADEVV and one other site because of the £400 scam and this backfired totally.

Why would a directory site own scam blogs and forums ? Its to trick the general public into thinking that there services are great when its not. Not just James has had problems with this same company, DVDDROPSHIP, DROPSHIPLAND, and many other companies have had problems with this same person who posts the fake reviews.

The owner of www.franchiseforsale.org.uk, www.business-for-sale.co.uk and www.scamforums.co.uk is James Marnley - a well established internet scammer. Google 'James Marnley Scams' - He used to own www.TopWholesaleShop.com, Marleys Wholesale Ltd and many, many other scam sites specilising in wholesale/dropshipping scams. He is not to be trusted! He has been the director of Wesearch Ltd for 13 years and if you check out their facebook page this will also give you a good idea of the fraud associated with his name.

Read this article first, it nails this ###!

Hello,

Director of franchise for sale. i've seen the negative comment/s online you have referred too, and although it wasn't myself who posted them, i'll copy it here just for reference as i'd like to address a few points raised. I will only re-post what I consider to be facts, and I hope you appreciate this post as not a deliberate attempt to slander your business, but rather some valid feedback on why I would never consider purchasing anything from your company.

The comment in question on scam.com:

Do not get scammed! franchiseforsale.org. uk and business-for-sale.co.uk have the exact same websites on their sites which have been ‘recently sold’ or ‘for sale.’ (same domain name, product description, earning potential - everything!) they are operated from the same office in torquay, devon.

The review on scamforums.co.uk stated that franchiseforsale.org. uk was a fantastic business opportunity with what seemed to be genuine testimonials, however after parting with my money I came to the realisation that these reviews have just been fabricated by the people behind these companies, as they were all made on the same day!"
*

Here are my questions: what is your connection with 'we search ltd?' business-for-sale.co.uk and franchiseforsale.org. uk indeed do both have the same contact number and websites for sale, and we search ltd does seem to have the same registered address as business-for-sale.co.uk (and more than likely franchiseforsale.org. uk, however you've hidden your address details from the public for franchiseforsale.org. uk though so indeed we may never know, naturally.)

so it does seems as if you have indeed set up scamforums.co.uk in order to promote your own business, but why would you do that? are you trying to mislead customers by posting fake reviews? whether your business is a scam or not, there is no denying that you have poor business practices if this is what you feel you need to do to win new business.

I've also seen your 'video testimonials on your youtube channel. these aren't real testimonials now are they? you can try and deny it, and accuse me of slander, but I have visited the sites these clients have supposedly bought, and many of them do not work, have bits of code missing, but more importantly, they are all still registered to your company! I also personally believe you have purchased a couple of these testimonials for five dollars form fiverr.com, however I cannot prove this with out doing some serious digging.

Finally, i'd like to ask you this, are you the same jason behind your own store ltd and bright light media ltd? i've had a look at franchise for sale's terms and conditions page, and you have the exact same t's & c's as youownstore ltd. why is that? I have screen shotted the images on my computer in case you do intend to track me down, and if you change this later and then accuse me of deceit I will happily post the evidence for all to see. the very first line of your terms and conditions read: acceptance the use of your own store terms and conditions, the same as your supposed competitor of which has over $250, 000+ of reported damages on scambook. why is this on your site? did you simply copy and paste it? at the bottom of the page you have even included a 'click here for further information' which doesn't work, however on your own store's terms and condition page, it does!

I personally believe you did mislead or 'scam' the wrong person who fell for your dodgy sales tactics which has resulted in the negative feedback against your company, and I also believe that you and the other directors behind franchiseforsale.org. uk and business-for-sale.co.uk are an absolute disgrace,

Best,

Leo

Hello, , I am the director of franchise for sale, first of all I must stress that we have never sold a business to anyone in the USA for the sum of 65000, I believe this post has been put by a competitor of our company. Within the last 24 hours we've had 3 negative posts on the Internet which looks like its all from the same person.. No proof whatsoever that they have bought a business from us.. We take all slander seriously and we are gathering data from these websites and will seek legal action..
All businesses sold through our websites is under contract, contract is given to the buyer before any money has parted. Once the buyer has received the business then the other half payment is made only when the customers are happy. I believe these posts are fake and should be removed..
