the staff is not very helpful in finding items, very slow in responding to questions and does not give a good response

I have ordered this dining table and chair from France and Son. At first, I didn't believe the furniture was this beautiful. The colors and style really fit my room and I love it so much. I went into the store looking for some bar stools. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for but, Jason the salesman- was awesome! He was patient, not pushy at all, and very helpful. Next time I need something I'll definitely put France and Son's at the top of my list of places to look.

Good products at competitive prices with really excellent service. The whole process from ordering, acknowledgement, delivery notification through to follow up after delivery, was extremely efficient and courteously followed through. Definitely a company who we will be pleased to deal with for any future requirements.

I spoke to Peter today to see if I could change the color of something I had recently ordered, and she took care of it smoothly - the entire call was effortless and pleasant. We came down to have a look at the furniture. A staff name Brandon, who was friendly and is not the over pushy sales staff kind, assisted us. This is my favorite furniture store. The selection is awesome; everything is customizable, and the staff and owners are so nice and helpful.

The service was great and they even helped me customize a couch that was not originally customizable. Delivery was swift and none of the furniture was damaged during the process. Would buy from here again.

I had a great experience working with Wendy. She was super helpful at finding different tables that would work in my apartment. The final table looks amazing and the delivery was quick and went very smoothly. Love my table so much thank you!

I am having a similar issue with an agent who cannot understand the difference between defective and damaged. I received a desk chair with a manufacturing defect so the seat height at its highest is only 16" instead of 20.5" as advertised on the website. I look ridiculous trying to sit at my normal height desk. They have taken 3 days to respond to each email and keep asking for photos of the damage, despite my explaining and sending photos of the defect. Not good form for customer service. I will not buy from France & Son again.

BEWARE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BAR STOOL OR ANY PURCHASES FROM FRANCE & SON

I purchased this bar stool along with dining chairs totaling over $2, 800.00 from France & Son. In a matter of four months, the bar stool has come apart - clearly workmanship defect. I emailed France & Son inquiring how to get it replaced, as it is not the craftsmanship I expected and paid for. Brad of France & Son replied with, "Thank you for the photos. I apologize for this defect and inconvenience. I am sending this info to a product specialist and to the factory to come up with a resolution for you." A week later, still no response and I inquire again. I receive the reply, "Based on the images, this joint should be able to be fixed very easily. Applying wood glue to the exposed wood, pressing the joints back together, wiping away any remainder, and allowing it to dry should resolve the issue completely. Please let me know if this solves the problem. If not, I will need to see some other photos to see what the problem is, and how it can be fixed." UNACCEPTABLE. So I purchase almost $3, 000.00 worth of furniture, only for it to break - within a matter of months, and France & Son's resolution is for me to fix it myself - apply wood glue to "resolve the issue completely". GENIUS! Why didn't I think of that? What? For it to fall apart who knows when. Just what I need - a house guest falling off this stool breaking who knows what.

Buyers beware - I was contemplating my purchase from France & Son and took a chance -regretfully so. I will not be returning to France & Son - as this is not the type of customer service I would wish upon anyone. What company has the audacity to email a customer explaining how they need to fix a product they've sold them. I am disgusted with France & Son as well as their lack of customer service and do not recommend making any purchases as they could care less.
