I have been purchasing Jivago 24K for over 10 years thru retailers like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. I had purchased it several times with another internet fragrance distributor and have had no problems. I purchased the Eau de Parfum in February and was shipped promptly. However, after unwrapping and spraying the product, I detected that it was not the same. Thought maybe I was wrong. However, sprayed and then realized after 2 hours I had no scent. None. Not on my skin and not on my clothes. I still had my other bottle I purchase a while back from Nordstrom. The bottles were close but not the same. The packaging was duplicated almost to a T. However, the atomizer is not correct, the markings on the cap were incorrect and the logo was printed with both Gold insignia instead of one gold and the other silver. I was at NEIMAN MARCUS this past weekend and purchase at bottle at retail price. I paid about $57 for a huge bottle on line and at the store it was over $110 for a much smaller bottle. Compared the two and again. completely different smell and wear. I remembered to send them a complaint to their customer service dept- after I google the website- discovered they have issues. So, here I am filling out this form. I will keep my packaging- Pictures are not really an option since it's scent related other than too fine a detail that may not get picked up by a digital camera or phone. The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I purchased what I believed to be Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Nil as a Valentines gift to myself. I seldom, if ever, buy perfume. It has been years. However my daughter shops at Sephora, and had received a sample vial of this particular fragrance, & I loved it! I ordered a 3.3 oz bottle from Fragrance Shop because I thought the price was more affordable. Now wish I'd saved my money for the real thing. A small squirt from the sample vial remained on my clothes for weeks. The perfume from Fragrance Shop smells good at first, but quickly fades to nothingness. My friends can not even detect I have any perfume on at all, let alone lingering on my clothes for even an hour!
I do not recommend this company. I believe they water down the products.
"I purchased Polo by Ralph Lauren TESTER for Men Eau de Toilette Spray 4.0 oz. When I got the product, it smelled very different than the same product in the department store. I called them to inquire about the stinky smell and get a refund. They gave me an RMA but would not send a return shipping label because they supposedly are not set up for that. After paying about $7 to return the bottle with package tracking, they refunded only a portion of my purchase price. It looks like they want me to pay a restock fee of 20% as they wait for the next sucker to place an order for that same product. I am in the process of disputing it with my credit card company but they normally just eat the small difference and let the actual thief keep all of their spoils (pun intended)!BTW, any reviews that I write on their website are never posted, big surprise, huh?"
I purchased in good faith, what I thought was Green Irish Tweed by Creed for Men Millesime Spray 4.0 oz by CREED, Made in France. When I gave it to my friend, the cap fell off immediately, when attempting to spray, the spray seal began to leak. My friend who is familiar with this product's smell and used it previously immediately said it was fake. To satisfy me, he went to a NY store to compare the items and found what I paid $115 for was a counterfeit and an imitation. I have requested a Return authorization number and will be returning it for a refund. Unfortunately, my first experience with this site is a sad one and I do not plan to return.
Don"T Buy from them their FAKES don"t get RIPPED OFF.
Check the BBB Fragrance Shop has an F rating. I wish I would have checked before I placed an order.
i just order issey miyake from fragrance shop, i am now scared i'm gettin jipped. it looks like they have a lot of problems
