I had a problem with the first and only booking I have had with them recently.
In the end I had to get amex to recover my money for me. I spend hours emailing them and speaking to people in various countries, including Korea. They promised in writing that they had processed the refund and I would get it in 7 to 10 days. 25 days later i still hadn't received it and resorted to shouting at Amex instead as that was less painful then speaking to people around the world who could barely speak English when you eventually got through. Be very careful if you use them and understand the conditions that they apply as they seem to be different from many of the other operators. If it does go wrong you will need alot of patience and perseverance because their customer service is shocking to the point that they are quite happy to blatantly lie to you - in my opinion not good ethics for any company to employ !! I also find it very disingenuously that they print a UK customer service number on their material that doesn't even work !
