Fox creek apartments in Magnolia is the worst place you can live in. The smell of the carpets is very bad. Appliances are very old. Maintenance is a way behind. They will take your deposit and will never return it to you back. An awful apartment complex!

It is very hot outside and not to mention inside of my apartment, every month i have to call about my air is not working correctly. I call the front office and they say the man doug is going to fix it and he does nothing but come in and look then go back out the door and never come back. he does not communicate with you on what is the problem with your au. he also does not fix anything else that is needed to be repaired like the balcony have never been repaired an i been over here for almost two years and only thing the lady tammie in the front office and shaneicka can say is they don’t know when it will get fix but he will look at it.
Its a shame how you pay 460.00 a month and you can not even keep the air working in the apartment. he makes up all kind of excuses for why he didn’t fix the air. something needs to be done about the whole scenario if he dont know what he is doing then he need to let someone else do the job. the manager in the office only thing she worried about is getting the rent money and could care less about what get fixed. we have a swimming pool they claim that as soon as the lights got repaired it would be open but the summer will be over in another month and it still have not been open. the kids have no toys to play on nor can they get in the swimming pool. i is a shame of how many people complain about there air conditioning, balconies, leaks, and anything else that goes wrong in there apartments.
