Four Eyes — worst service i have ever received as a customer buying something
the worst...had a special order, they ordered what they had already in the store instead!!...when i got it, lenses were all jagged and un even, had to re order new lenses...after many days and no call, called store to be told they had to check and would call me right back...many days later, no call...called again they claim they had a wrong number...made sure they had right number...another promise of a call back next day...after another promise gone by and many more days of no call, I CALLED AGAIN...spoke to mgr who said she would call their corp office to tell them what happened ??!!
she did follow up (finally someone is awake over there) When i went to pick up new lenses, mentioned to assistant mge that he was one of my "No return calls" persons...he said number he called was wrong one!!! I guess the other 3 people i gave the right number to never bothered to write it down...i might add that the glasses cost me almost $500!!
I get better sercivice at 7 Eleven
