Forever 21 forever21 plus

So 1st off let me say that I gave them a chance to return my call; they never did. I live in Tucson we have 2 stores (ones an outlet and the other is regular). I have gone to both had driven to the outlet mall and they no longer carried plus sizes all of a sudden. I recently went to the one in town and there plus size section was disgusting. The selections (if that's what you want to call it), look like it was all the rejected clothes no selection and it pissed me off that the whole store carried a bigger selection. Hold a credit card I feel cheated and if I clothes my card it affects me. I feel that just because I am plus means I get a "[censored]ty" selection of clothes why?

Forever 21 fitting rooms

I walked in the store about 8:20pm. I finished looking for clothes to try on at 8:50. As I went to the fitting to try on the items I had I was not allowed in the fittting room. As I was explained it was due to the fact that they want their employees to come out on time. I asked to speak to a manager because to me it didn't make any sense on to why fitting rooms should be closed 35 mins before closing time. This is the location at cross county. And so explaining that I had just wasted 30 mins of my time and was looking forward to buy the items I had but was unable because I couldn't try them on. I continued to explain that it is a loose loose situation because the store looses money as I won't be able to buy anything and I will loose my time and any type of interest in coming back to shop at forever 21. She refused still and said I can call corporate meaning that she can careless on what I do. I've been to the location at queens center mall and this has never. And if so this is how this location is managed, they should not play and/or waste other costumers time and have an announcement or a sign that lets people know that fitting rooms are closed 35 mins or more before closing time.

Forever 21 employee

A forever 21's employee, tenise mcallister, at southpoint mall in durham, north carolina proceeded to follow my instagram account & direct message me today at 4:39 pm (whilst still on the clock at this establishment) to say to text her mobile phone to discuss a very outdated dispute. Who is letting this employee use her phone to text me and view my social media is beyond me! I will not stand for it and something has to be done. She also threatened me & said she will pull up at my house to fight. Disclaimer: she knows my address because she used to be friends with my roommate. She said "I get off at 11. Don't play when I pull up. You are hideous [censored] you got some nerve lol we gone see if you drag me hoe." and I think that is very unprofessional and extremely ghetto of her to do while representing forever 21. If this is what forever 21 allows I will not shop there ever again. I should not have to deal with such atrocities when or if I decide to shop in the mall. I have attached screenshots and I will be filing a police report because I too work in the mall and I would never ruin my jobs brand over something so frivolous.

Forever 21 shipment order

I ordered clothes June 6 when I realized that the order wouldn't be here in time I cancelled the order and reordered. I was charged 13 dollars to do so (also finding out that fedex could have stopped it for free) it's has been going 2 weeks now and yet I still have no email to get my refund. Although I know the package was delivered back to the sender(tracked the order on fedex). Prior to all of this happening I was told that once the package was received back to sender, I would then receive an email. So I called to inform them the package is there and I have yet received an email. I was now told another excuse, that I had to wait for the package to get scanned which at this point does not make any sense. For one you clearly have the package but no you guys still want me to wait and make a paying customer upset and frusted. At this point I just want my money back and to never order from you again. Just to add, your customer service sucks and your employees are rude has hell which definelty did not make this process any better.

Forever 21 representatives/supervision

I never received my order so I was very frustrated and the rep was rude so I asked to speak to a supervisor and she was even ruder she talked crazy to me and was very nasty I was told they will open a claim 8 days past I called to check status they said 10 days so 10 business days past I called and they said claim was never open that Based on notes I refused so I have been constantly lied to and they are all rude here we are almost a month and there still "waiting on this fake claim" and I'm out of my items and out of 300 dollars and nothing getting resolve because when I call every other day they tell me a claim has never been filed and they will do it but than I call back and they say the same thing the supervisor are so rude and disrespectful I will never come back here EVER

Forever 21 days and time I am getting

To whom it may concern,
My name is Luz Candelario and i work at the forever 21 in times square, my work number is 2137288. I just recently found out that i am pregnant and for the past 3 weeks my manager has used one week of me calling out against me so she may be allowed to only give me 2 days for two weeks. That is only 15 hours all together, barely enough money for me to survive on. The week i called out, my boyfriend had just gotten out of jail and i had to go see his family in Pennsylvania with him. I had only planned on being there for 3 days and taking off one day being that wednesday but i ended up stuck in PA for longer and didn't get to work until the following monday which happened to be memorial day. To note that i did come in on monday and i came in 2 hours earlier because no one had replied to my emails nor sent me a schedule. My manager told me to go to the breakroom and wait for my time to work but i had already clocked in and no one told me that if i did that i would have to clock out for the entire day then clock back in. That didn't make sense to me because the manager could have quickly did a time edit for me but instead they claimed that i was trying to steal hours and sent me home, i had been clocked in for an hour and i couldn't make up the time because i was unaware of that rule being that this was the first time i ever did that. The following week, because my job is backed up on payroll they cut everyone's hours but i'm the only one to get one day that week. when i found out that i was pregnant i showed the manager the note stating that i'm pregnant and asked for more days and she told me no. Last time i checked because i am Pregnant, i should be able to get at least an extra day more, i understand that payroll is supposed to be met but i refuse to only have one day. Also, i work in the fitting room and half the time the managers don't check to see if i've gone on lunch, if i need racks or runners, they sit on there phones and chat like high schoolers while i'm working as fast and as hard as i can in the fitting room.I am not the only one to witness this, also they don't even know when im scheduled and could be in the fitting room with me while im working past time and not say anything but the day after complain to me and tell me im gonna get written up next time.I am never disrespectful to theses managers, when they want me to come in, i come in and do my job and i do it well. I know this because im asked to stay and work and come in to fill others shifts because they know i do my job well. i also did not do a no call no show so for my manager to tell me im unreliable is unacceptable, i know they could care less what's going on in my life but they should've been sympathetic with the fact that my boyfriend had been in jail, i consider the week i took off a family emergency and just because i didn't write that in the email doesn't mean it isn't. It is completely unacceptable that this is happening to me, i feel as if im being personally picked on because of that one week i called out and this is the fist i ever called out for a whole week. My manager didn't even know how many days i called out which is 4 to be exact, she tried to tell me i called out for a week and a half. I feel as if this punishment is unfair, it should have been a warning but i didn't get a warning whatsoever. I am requiring that i get at least 4 to 5 days, 8 hours/per day a week. I am pregnant now and that one day isn't ok to support just myself nor is it ok to support my baby, i literally have no money left and i'm supposed to be eating and giving my baby nutrients that i can't afford to buy because of the situation my job has put me in. I am livid with the fact that my manager can sit in my face and tell me she understands im pregnant but i cant have more days. I don't know the legal terms but i'm going to find me a lawyer that'll help me build a case against this if i do not get my days and hours. I did not provide the name of the managers for the sake of their position but if i do continue to have the same problem with the same managers i will report them. Also i do believe i am not the only one they are doing this to, i have heard that another coworker has recently received 1 day due to an incident that occured between her and 2 other coworker but because one of the coworkers is favored by a manager, all she had to do was complain and they are now punishing the other coworkers 2 weeks after the incident happened. If Favoritism is whats running the store, the store is going to continue to not make payroll cause they are causing the good workers to go elsewhere, which is why they are literally always hiring in that store.

Forever 21 summer dress for a little girl

This company is very unprofessional. My order was expected to be there on June 11 and I called absolute store to see if my order was there. A lady answered who didn't speak English and couldn't understand what I was saying so I told her to let me speak to the manager the manager and for me that my order would be there the next day June 12 but I still haven't got any information about the order at all.

Forever 21 e-gift card never received and unhelpful customer service

Buyer Beware:
Unable to deliver but won't give me my money back - I feel like Forever21 giving me run around, they don't respond, wasting my efforts to wear me down.
My niece wanted a Forever 21 gift card for her birthday. From their online website, sent her a $50 gift card via snail mail, but was never confirmed sent. Several days later, got email that there was a "discrepancy" not specified and so the gift card was never sent. Due to the pressure of being late for her birthday, I then sent an online e-gift card and but never sent despite my sister looking through email and junk mail filters, etc for weeks. I wrote Forever 21 at least twice without reply. I stayed on hold to get through customer service during their limited service time (I cannot call during work-hours at my work) and got through to a customer service representative who said they can only email again to the same email address, despite my complaints that it didn't work. Unable to get through to a supervisor, but someone may call back in 24 hours - still waiting and like other customers, am doubtful will ever call. They don't seem to care that you just lost $50 and alot of time and aggravation trying to use their services. Their systems don't work, and I they are not willing to give their customers their money back when it's their repeated failures. Seems to me they are just trying to wear me down so I will be left without $50. I am so upset that I wrote the Better Business Bureau to complain about their practices.

Forever 21 customer service

I went to Forever 21 at the Northshore Mall in MA, and I was appalled by how the employees treated me and my friend. We arrived around 5:30, and around 6:05 we were preparing to check out, and two employees walked by us and loudly exclaimed in a very rude tone of voice, "Ladies, we're closed". There was no warning that they were closing, no "please check out as we are closing" just "we're closed". I had multiple items that totalled at least $50, and they lost my business because the employees refused to check me out. Also, none of the other customers still in the store were refused service and told to get out. They singled us out when we had done nothing wrong. As someone who works in customer service, I understand how annoying it can be when people don't acknowledge that I need to leave or I can't spend half an hour talking to them, but in the end, my job is to leave customers satisfied and wanting to come again. The fact that Forever 21 allows their employees to behave so rudely towards paying customers shows how little regard they have for their customers, and I do not plan on shopping there again.

Forever 21 cashier terrible service

Today 6/7/18 at 6:00pm, I did a little shopping at the forever 21 which is located inside Broadway Commons Mall Hicksville Long Island Ny 11801. Once finished shopping, I approached the register at 6:46pm to pay for my two items, which were a set of earrings and a set of bracelets. While coworker 2153172 (Tyanah) is ringing up my items she's also having an unprofessional and inappropriate conversation with her coworker whom is also ringing up another customer about an altercation in which employee 215372 (Tyanah) and a customer were involved in. In turn it seems employee 215372 (Tyanah) was being recorded by said customer for reasons of mistreatment by said employee 215372 (Tyanah). To move things along faster I move the shopping bag toward me and waiting for my receipt to print out. Employee 215372 (Tyanah) grabs the bag and tells me that "I can't touch the items until my transaction goes through". Smh! She then continues her inappropriate conversation with her coworker. I then say to her "my transaction has been processed". Still with an attitude she replies "well not on my end" and continues her conversation. She then gives me my receipt and shopping bag. I could have engaged and questioned her logic. However judging by this employees disposition and hearing how disrespectful she was to another customer. I felt it's best to just leave. Why argue with ignorance!
I don't understand the logic in this policy, is this even a policy? In all my years of shopping at forever 21, I have never heard of this policy. A customer can't touch the items that they're clearly going to buy, "hence the exchange of $ for goods" until the the transaction goes through? It was clearly ok for me to walk around the entire store with these un-purchased items prior to placing them on the counter. However now that I'm actually ready to buy the these items the customer can no longer touch the items until they have paid for them". That makes no sense at all. Employee 215372 (Tyanah) actions were uneceptable not only was she disrespect to the company, she made me the "paying customer" feel like a criminal, as if I was going to run out the store w/o paying should my debit card not go through. She was nasty and rude. I don't believe that she should loose her however, I do feel she needs to be retrained in its entirety. Who knows how many customers Forever 21 has lost all because of her disposition. For the good of the business someone needs to have a "face to face" with this employee ASAP.

I work at F21 and I’ve never heard of a policy that states that the customer cannot touch the items before the transaction goes through. That employee was acting very rudely and extremely inappropriate and I’m so sorry you had to encounter her. With the kind of nasty attitude that she has, let me assure you that she won’t be working there for much longer.

Forever 21 store manager adelle sison fraud actions

Manager Adelle Sison ( as he introduced himself) provided us with promotional information that if we apply now for the reward cad( not credit card(!)) we are receiving 50% off from the current purchase.
Then he insisted we provide him with the personal information including SSN.
After information was entered the message was that we applied for Credit Card and it appeared that we don't have any discount at all.
This is outrageous! I consider this as a fraud and required him to discard the application immediately. He refused to do this.
With this complaint I request to delete the application for Olena Kochylo name immediately as information was actually received with fraud intention.
I didn't apply for the credit card at all
Otherwise I will notify the official structures about this issue.

It seems that you don’t understand the problem.
The behavior of your employee at manager position is unacceptable for company which respects the customers. This is disgusting.
And since I don’t receive a proper reaction from complaintsboard, I understand the miscommunication is exactly here.
This is the worst communication with customer I ever met.
Your nice numbered above explanation should be in the store to provide people the right information and protect them from unprofessional staff.
I asked you to cancel the credit card application and there is the answer for my request.
Thank you very much for your not-helping-at-all.
I believe that the law protects the customer’s rights and will have consult with professionals.

1) Forever 21 does not have reward cards, they offer in-store or Visa credit cards.

2) The discount for Forever 21 credit cards is 15%, not 50%.

3) You are not guaranteed to be approved for the credit card if you sign up. It just depends on your credit score. Furthermore, it can take up to 7 business days for the credit card application to be processed and be denied or approved.

4) When you agree to apply for a credit card, you are consenting to giving away information that helps the company determine whether you qualify for the discount.

It sounds to me like there was a miscommunication between you and the employee.

Forever 21 overseas customer service

Forever 21 doesn't support strengthening USA's job economic! Forever21 has outsourced its online customer support service to some overseas place in the Philippines. I've been hung up on twice. Treated unprofessional and unfairly!
I will not support this company Ever again and I advise anyone reading this and those I will make contact with soon, to not give your support and or hard earned money to a company with 4th rate customer service due to overseas uneducated Philippines!

Forever 21 defective unworn item can’t be returned (bad zipper)

I bought a couple of sweatshirts for my daughter at F21.

One if them has a half zipper in the front.

We got home and she had every intention of keeping it and wearing it so she took the tag off and put it on. Immediately she zipped it and it doesn't zip-it does that thing where you zip up but the zipper doesn't close. So she had to take t right back off and never got to wear it.

So I went to return it and explained that she never got to wear it because the zipper didn't work and the manger said I couldn't return it because the tag was removed.

I understand some try to wear and return but this isn't one of those cases and you can tell by looking at it that it was never worn. We also didn't try to return the other items on the receipt: just the defective item.

So as a customer I walked away having to pay for a defective item that my daughter never even got to wear with an explanation that essentially i am stuck with it because I can't return it.

Never shopping at F21 again. This is inexcusable and shows there is zero customer service.

No manager discretion - just a no and that is not ok because I have to pay/keep an item that was never right. There was no way we would have thought to test a zipper before taking tags off-that should just work. We should be able to trust our purchase or be able to return in the event there is a defect.

By the way I still had the tags and the receipt, but hat didn't matter. Still NO, sorry can't return-really!

I work at F21 and at our store we return items with no tags on all the time. All of our merchandise has is tag hidden inside the clothing with a barcode that can be used in the same way that a price tag would be used. They should have been able to return the item provided that it was not on clearance, a bodysuit, lingerie, earrings, makeup, etc.

At the very least, they could have given you store credit for the faulty item. So sorry you had such a negative experience there! They certainly did not put customer service first.

Forever 21 delivery problem

I placed an order on February 19 to be sent to my hotel in the US during my vacation. The order arrived late and after that it was delivered to another address. I have written several emails to F21 through their customer service and I have not received a response. I want the refund of my money or the shipment of the merchandise that I bought and I have not received yet.

Forever 21 terrible customer service

Ordered a couple dresses on feb 4th. Were scheduled to arrive on feb 12th. Was feb 18th and still did not arrived called customer service and they said one of their carriers had returned the package for no reason and then ask me if I still want it shipped... Really? I said of course. I needed the dresses in a couple days for an event, so asked them if could express ship it as was a mistake on their part. They refused and even said that all they could do is waive the reshipping fee.. Seriously? They are doing me a favor by shipping me what I bought (not my problem that their carrier returned it to them)? Would not accept their mistake and were very rude.

Forever 21 rockaway mall location

On 2/16/2018 around 7ish pm my daughter and I went to forever21 at the rockaway mall location. My daughter (14 years old) needed to try on a pair of pumps. The pair of pumps had a black string that prevented one from trying it on. I took the pair of pumps to the cashier and asked to cut the string to try on. Cashier refused to cut the string and told me to buy the pair first and then she'll cut the string. After I refused to buy shoes that I did not even know what size would fit best for my daughter since she was not allowed to try on the shoes the cashier called me an [censor]... I did not buy anything for this location. I will never buy again from forever 21. Zero tolerance for rude employees.

Forever 21 merchandise

I am absolutely disappointed in the service. I recently had gotten a gift card for forever 21 and I ordered online a few things and put my NEW address. I was on the phone with someone to help me with the process, and I thought he helped. I get a email saying that my shipment is going to my old address and the delivery company not forever 21 helped me and I lost it. Forever 21 said that I couldn't get a refund, store credit, or a reshipment. That is disgusting and annoying.

Why should you get a refund? It is your responsibility to update your address information and confirm that the information is correct, not the company’s.

Actually I just found out that I put my old address rather than my new address. I honestly thought that I placed my new address, but I guess out of habit I placed my old address. But still since I did not get what I ordered I feel I should get a refund. I still feel disgusted and annoyed by this.

Forever 21 the worst corporate - disgusting / unethical behavior I have ever found

FOREVER21-the worst corporate I have ever dealt with - lack of business ethics, integrity and truthfulness. What a disgusting!
Brief story: I ordered 6 items from Forever21 before Christmas. When they arrived, I found one of them was totally different from the pictures and from the descriptions posted on the website. So, I wanted to return and the shipping cost should be on Forever21 because it's not my fault. Once the issue was sent to them, they asked me to send the pictures of the items and explanations. I did show the pictures of the real items plus the pictures on the website and explained about the descriptions they have on the website. On the day I submitted the pictures, I re-looked the descriptions on the website again on January 17th to make sure that I didn't overlook anything and I found that the descriptions were the same as what I saw in December- the time I ordered. After submitting everything they requested, they disappeared for a week, then, they got back to the website, edited the word to make it right and came back to the customer (me) and said they already mentioned about it!

Sorry, I have a captured screen of the descriptions on website before you edited/added that statement- an evidence to show the world that Forever21 is unethical! I don't know what's behind your thinking process. Where do you get the idea of this disgusting behavior from? Its easy to just throw away this deceiving product, but I hate such business behavior which I found it unprofessional and unethical! I would definitely ban this corporate and will spread this issue.

Forever 21 waste of money

I ordered 2 T-shirts (Christmas gifts) on Cyber Monday 2016 for family. I thought for sure it would be here by the middle of December. Fine, I have finally receive the shirts. I never expected to get the clothes with the most terrible and cheapest quality I have ever seen. Rough materials as if they used potato bags for sewing. And they sell it at a ridiculous price!

Forever 21 clothes

There's an ongoing sale in F21 PH. I was enticed by a jogger pants since it is very fashionable and cheap at the same time. The tag price says that it's Php 299 only. So I grabbed it. But upon the checkout, the cashier told me that the item is actually sold at Php 499 (which is Php 200 pricier). I brought up that the tag price says it's Php 299 only and there's a law that says that I should pay for what is in the price tag. They refused to give me the pants for Php 299 since they claimed that it was mistakenly labeled. I was very disappointed since I have a knowledge about the price tag law but they still did not give me the pants for the price that it is initially sold. I just left the cashier with disappointment. I believe that they actually go against the law and I would like to file a formal complaint.
