Forest Trail Academy review: Locked out of math course

This online middle school that i am paying for has locked my son out of the math class because he failed the same worksheet 3 times. He has now passed the worksheet and we are still locked out. The administration of this school said only the teacher has the authority to unlock the class. She had asked that he contact her and he did and she replied and allowed him to resubmit the lesson. Below she says he never contacted her although she admits that he has now passed the lesson. She speaks about no lesson learned or something. See her email below. This is what this school will allow a teacher to do even if you are a paying customer. We are still locked out!

The geometric lines assignment was locked because gray submitted the assignment three times with incomplete work. In my welcome letter to each student, i stress that assignments will be returned if there is incomplete work, whether that is questions unanswered or work not showing where it should be. When i locked gray''s assignment, i asked him to contact me and he never did. He turned in the assignment and i graded it, but he was still not doing what i asked him to, thus his assignment remain locked. There is no lesson to be learned or any clarification if he doesn''t contact me and that''s why i asked him to email me. Generally, i do not encounter any issues with students contacting me after their assignments have been locked. I will await an email from him so that we can move forward.
