Ford 2017 ford mustang throttle sticks wide open at random

I recently rented a 2017 ford mustang VIN# 1fatp8uhoh5204924 from Enterprise rent a car at Kansas City Airport. The second day I had it I was starting to pull out of the parking lot of the Ramada Inn at 7333 Parvin Road. When the car, on its own went to full throttle without my foot pushing on the gas pedal. I immediately slammed on the brakes that did absolutely nothing to stop or even slow the car down. The car did a 360 degree loop with rear tires smoking in the parking lot. Trying to keep it in control of the car it then exited the parking lot going across two lanes of traffic hitting the center median curb. Then to avoid hitting oncoming traffic I was able to turn back hitting center median curb again. The car went across the street onto a field beside the freeway entrance ramp. The car hit a freeway construction sign causing it get air born and rotating 180 degrees over the entrance ramp. I had both feet on the brakes the whole time, witnesses saw the brake lights on as the car past by where they were standing at. The car then crashed on the right side of the hood then flipped back upright onto its wheels in a ditch. There have been numerous documented complaints of same thing happening to Ford Mustangs. Every time the Mustangs were returned or inspected by Ford they say there is nothing wrong or any trouble codes stored. People have been injured including myself. Multiple car accidents and property damage all caused by your Ford Mustang. What is going to take for you to find a repair for your FORD MUSTANG? DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO DIE FIRST! Why is it that other car companies such as GM utilize the same fly by wire technology but have no complaints made about it. Just because you will not admit that there is a problem does not mean that there is not one. You must be a bunch of spineless jellyfish with no backbone to stand behind your product and acknowledge you have a defective gas pedal component.

Ford factory tires on my 2016 explorer limited lease

My dealer, Earnhardt Ford, has been advising me that my tires need replacing from 14, 000 mile mark. I now have 24, 000 and they are stating critical wear. The tire on the vehicle is the Hancock venus s1 noble 2 and ironically, this is the same tire that they recommend as the number 1 choice on a new tire. I researched this tire and it is rated as a 50, 000 tire. I am in Arizona and only have paved street driving and we are senior citizens so our driving is very conservative to say the least. I am upset that I am being told to replace my factory tires at 14, 000 miles when they should have a 50, 000 tread life. This is my 2nd explorer lease form ford and I will be renewing in November but am seriously considering a different product now. What recourse do I have other than being forced into replacing the tires at 24, 000 miles when the lease will terminate in a few months with no more than 36, 000 miles total on the vehicle? Not a happy Ford customer because of this tire issue. Very upsetting

Ford defects on the car of ford model kuga in malaysia

I've purchased a FORD Model Kuga in Malaysia which was marketed for sale in Malaysia by your authorized agent, M/s. Sime Darby Auto Connexion Sdn. Bhd. The said car was used for hardly 3 years, there then appeared defects to the said car's engine and I sent the car to your company's authorized service center named Seong Hoe Motors Sdn. Bhd. in Malacca state of Malaysia for not less than twice for repairs.

The latest occasion the said car broke down and again I sent in for repairs on 08.09.2017 and ever since I was informed by the mechanic that the gear box gave rise to problems and needed to be checked and repaired and since 08.09.2017 the said car was left in the workshop of your company's authorized service center without being fully repaired and delivered to me for use after 08.09.2017.

When the said car was launched in Malaysia, your authorized agent advertised widely in the local newspaper that your company's said model of FORD Kuga SUV vehicle was manufactured with new engine of excellent performance with the latest technology and the said model vehicle would be provided with good and effect of there ie sale, service and parts.

Being attracted by such advertisement and knowing that FORD could be termed as a reputable auto motors company, I purchased it with confidence that your authorized agent would provide good and up to date services. However, I was shocked to know that I have not been provided with good services as authorized and my car had to be kept lying in the workshop of you authorized service center depriving my use of the said car.

I have through my solicitors sent a letter dated 17.10.2017 to your authorized agent Sime Darby Auto Connexion Sdn. Bhd. but up to now they did not attend to this matter urgently and by its adopting of indifferent attitude it resulted in the said car being lied in the workshop for so long.

Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action.

Ford radio making a electrical buzzing popping sound even when car off

It started last month took the 2015 ford focus to local ford dealer, they said they could not hear the noise, it about blew out my ear drums every time you get into the car the radio buzzing and popping even when radio is off still makes the noise and popping and it self turns back on the radio. Its so loud you have to wear ear plugs, even when the key is out the ignition it still make the popping sound and buzzing sound very loud..Called ford corporate they hung on me the first time, called back they told me they could not do anything to help me with this problem the local ford dealer when I took it there (2) said they cant hear anything, which is impossible because the popping and buzzing is loud it can damage your hearing so not sure why we could not get help there still has warranty.

Ford 2011 fusion

On july 16 2016 received letter re: defective air bag, 16s26. No mention was made in letter that it was a danger for a person to ride in front passenger seat.in december of 2017 received another letter for same defective air bag. This time it gave a warning that no one was to ride in front passenger seat. So for a full year and ahalf you put my wife at risk. This is unacceptable

Ford fairway ford dealer in placentia ca

My company bought a new Explorer Limited . I took delivery yesterday evening 1-11-18 . I did not notice how oxidized the paint was, along with 50 - 60 scratches . 4 door dings as well . Called the Dealer immediately, they said bring it in . I did . The scratches were so deep, they said they would have to paint some of the panels including the hood . I made it very clear that I purchased a new ford car to have factory paint job . I am a chemical engineer and my company manufactures coatings . I am well aware that Ford factory paint is far superior to body shop type work . Clean room application, post curing etc. We have a fleet of Ford Trucks, very happy with the products .The vehicle should have never left the Dealer in this condition ! I voiced my concerns to the floor manager, Elliot Fleener over the phone, he hung up on me in mid sentence . Please help !

Ford recall on ford ranger

I went to the website for Ford did exactly as they said, printed out the information. Called a local dealer, they gave me a number... same one on line. Called the number..4 times just got dead space no sound at all. Then I called again and dialed 0.0.0. then got on hold recording was playing... then recording said our office is closed and hung up on me. Called dealer again and got another number... as soon as it was sending me to a representative.. it hung up called back did it again. Thought I would try another dealer. Power Ford Service Department, so rude it took all I had to not hang up, several times. He was acting like I was a crazy person. He even accused me of lying, saying I probably hung up on customer service. When I mentioned not driving vehicle for safety reasons and getting a loan, he recommended bring vehicle in for inspection and when I ask if he was going to charge me for that... he never replied. He even told me to stop reading on line. Lol... who does that? What is happening do they not know what is happening with their recalls? It was on the Albuquerque news.

Ford bad service and still not resolved

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint against Ford South Africa.

In September 2016 I bought a new Ford Ranger 2.2 super cab base model. It started going into Limb mode at approx. 6000km on the clock, The vehicle has currently 24500KM on the clock now and it still goes into limb mode from time to time.

The first service was done about 4500km ago for its 20 000km service, I specifically ask Fury on William Nicol to check why its going into limb mode. I received the vehicle back and it's still going into limb mode time and again. I have also noticed that there was a loss in vehicle performance so I took the vehicle to Steve's Auto in Kyalami to check what power the vehicle produce. Steve's Auto did a Dyno run and informed me that there was a big problem with my vehicle, the vehicle is advertised by Ford to produce 88Kw, after the Dyno run Steve Auto got the results and the vehicle is only producing 77.9KW on the flywheel. - they told me its way under powered and they suspect the turbo to be faulty. Steve's Auto advised me to take it Ford to rectify the problem, I directly took it to Ford Fury on William Nicol with the Dyno report and told them the vehicle is going into limb mode and its losing power. I left the vehicle at the dealer on 21 December 2017, They informed me that the IDS machine detected low fuel pressure and that they suspect fuel contamination, They then told me that only after 16 January 2018 the fuel tests can be done. I then requested a loan vehicle and the dealer principle said they couldn't give me a vehicle to loan. They also advised me it's not advisable to drive my vehicle. So my vehicle was standing at the dealer from 21 December to 4 January without anything been done to it.

In the mean time I spoke to Ford South Africa customer care to complain about the service I was getting ([protected] case Number). They told me that they will try to assist me in this matter, they ended up telling me it's between me and the dealer to get loan vehicle. I then told Ford customer care that I'm not happy about the service I got from Fury on William nicol and that I would rather collect the vehicle from Fury on William Nicol and take it to Ford Fury Fourways.

On 4 January 2018 I collected my vehicle from Fury on William nicol and took it to Ford Fury Fourways, I once again gave them the test report and told them about the limb mode and power loss. They asked me if they can drive the vehicle for a few days to see if they can get the problem. I agreed and after 3 days they phone me and told me that they could not find a problem and that they also took another vehicle with the same specification and both was the same. I collected my vehicle from Fury Fourways on 9 January. I then once again spoke to Ford customer care stating that one dealer advised me not the drive the vehicle and the other one is saying there is no problem. I then told customer care but isn't both dealers supposed to give the same results. They then replied with the email below:

Good day Mr. Daniel

I trust that you are well.

Thank you for contacting Ford Customer Relations with regards to the concern you are currently experiencing on your vehicle.

After an investigation with the dealership and FMCSA please see the below feedback

• Based on our previous discussion FORD cannot comment and DO NOT take Dyno test results as reflection of the vehicles power delivery and performance.
• The dealer has carried out diagnostics on the vehicle and has found the vehicles performance to be adequate and has compared it to a good known vehicle and the results was the same.
• Based on this we cannot fault the vehicle and if there was a problem the dealer will get in contact with us (FMCSA) for further assistance via the HAR (Hot line Assistance: Request) and the vehicle would have logged a diagnostic trouble code stating the concern with the engine performance.
• If you are not happy with the result it is well within your right to go a legal route of your choice (as previously advised)

FMCSA will regard your concerns concluded and your file will be send for closure on our side as we are unable to further progress on the case.

I then replied and since did not get any response from Ford Customer care, I even phoned Casper Kruger Ford Sa CEO, I couldn't get hold of him, I left a message on his machine telling him about the problem and asking him to give me a call as soon as he get the message, this was done on 10 January since now no reply. If ford claims my vehicle is 100% why would the Dyno report show that the vehicle only produce 77.9kw when it's supposed to deliver 88kw as advertised, Still nothing is been done about the limb mode problem, Luckily since I got it back it didn't go into limb mode but I guarantee that It would be just a matter of time before going back into limb mode.

I'm really frustrated about the service I got from Ford South Africa, It seems once they got their money then stuff the customers. I would like my vehicle to perform as it was advertised to perform.

Can you please assist me in this matter.

Ford 2015 ford fusion

I have a 2015 Ford Fusion with approximately 53, 000 miles. Tires prematurely dry rotted causing a blow out. After an oil change at Ford dealership about a month later had heat issue. Was found after pressure test needed new water pump. After Ford dealership "fixed" that. Approximately 2 weeks later gear shifter broke and left husband stranded. Since that was "fixed" when driving car rpm's rev high and shifts hard until at about 40 mph. Very frustrating !

Ford recall on 2008 ford escape

There is a current recall on 2008 Ford Escapes for the electric power steering assist. My daughter has a 2008 Ford Escape which her electric power steering assist has failed and Ford is saying the recall does not cover her VIN number. To me this is ludicrous! A little over a year ago her car did have a recall for the power steering and she took it in to Ford to have them do the repair. However, Ford had stipulated in the recall if the car is showing signs and/or symptoms of the electric power steering assist failing then they were to replace, if not, they were only to reprogram the system. A year later her power steering has failed and it has all of the signs and symptoms but that recall has "expired". Doesn't make ANY sense! My daughter and I both were looking to buy new vehicles in the VERY near future, but I think we will be looking at a different brand of car. Ford is getting a bad name for themselves when it comes to recalls and their customer service.

Ford ford esp warranty

I was talked into the Ford ESP Warranty by the dealer I purchased my vehicle from. Even though I did not want an extended service warranty he assured me it was a Ford product and backed by the integrity of Ford Motor Company. I had serious brake issues develop on a Friday night and took the vehicle to my local repair facility(not a Ford Dealership). Was told that the front calipers were hanging up and needed to be replaced along with the brakes and rotors that were damaged by the bad calipers. It was suggested that I not drive the vehicle in that condition. I called Ford ESP and got a recording that they were closed on weekends. Next I tried calling the dealership and they were also closed. I had my repair facility do the emergency repairs because I needed my vehicle that weekend because of things that needed to be done with my child and I did not want to be driving in an unsafe vehicle. I submitted my claim to Ford ESP and was denied. I challenged that and it was also denied. Ford feels that the situation was not a true emergency. How would they feel driving a vehicle with malfunctioning brakes and putting myself and my child at risk of injury or death? This warranty is a scam just like all of the others out there.

Ford service from juettner motor company / parts

I own a ford F-250 and was out to Fargo and Minnesota for the vehicle made it to Alexandria Mn and would not start again. We had it towed to Juettner Ford in Alexandria MN. This was on 12/28 and we attempted to go home to MN and the vehicle stalled on I-94 not even 15 miles away. It was put back in the shop at Juettner and they said the ejector needed to be replaced so it was replaced on 3 January. We left for home on 1/4 The vehicle only drove for 5 hours and stuck Wisconsin Dells. We called Juettner and they said Oh well. The vehicle was towed off of I94 and remains in the dells. We had to rent a vehicle and left the Ford it at Platts towing parking lot untill we can retrieve the vehicle.
I am complaining about very poor service and parts since all parts are guaranteed and when a vehicle leaves a Ford represented service center the vehicle should perform and not get stuck three times on the interstate.

Ford services

Im a Ford Kuga owner for the past 3 years. I do my services in Jalan Ros Merah Johor Bahru. My car battery finally died yesterday in Ulu Tiram and i called the service center for a replacement of battery, i was surprised they asked me to tow the car to them instead. They do not provide outside service. Its a middle range car and this is how they service their customers? Im truly disappointed.

Ford ford taurus

I'm getting the message 911 default deactivated and the radio not working on a 2014 Taurus. I don't have a smart phone but my daughter tried entering her number and I still get the same results. They tell me the whole unit has to be replaced. The backup camera still works. Talked to the Ford Service department and they were useless. They never returned my call and I never received an email. Next time I'm buying a Volkswagen!

Ford factory defect in chrome causing a bubble

I purchased a 2017 ford F-150 supercab loaded for $45, 000, and I noticed 3 very tiny scratches in the chrome grill but didn't care because it was not chipped and the chrome covered the scratches, but now a bubble has formed and its obvious no impact occurred, I took it to D Patrick Ford and they were great and said "THERE IS NO IMPACT" they took pics and sent it to ford but they refued the warranty sayin those tiny scratches was an impact zone causing the bubble and its obvious if you look with naked eye, there is NO impact chip etc etc, but Ford losing sales again this year did not stand by their product, and Ive bought 8 new trucks over the last 20 years never have a warranty issue and the first time I do they pretty said Go To HELL! I'm sorry now I did not buy that GM I almost did as they stand by their products, and this bubble was factory error, the electro plate chrome did not stick to the plastic grill as there must of been a grease spot or something and there was NO IMPACT from stones or anything, I have only 2500 MI after 6 months and I only drive to Walmart 4 miles away plus DR visits and my Truck was never hit by a stone or bug or whatever. IM PISSED!

Ford untrustable sales, customer service

I purchased a used Jeep from Ford Lincoln of Cookeville, TN on Nov. 18, 2017 Bought back in Nov. 20, 2017 for muffler. They put on ramp and told me (Brent Smith, sales) that he made a good deal with me and I should be able to fix my self. Now the service department is saying they was going to fix it @ no charge. Well I took it local and paid $5.00 to have it fixed and was not a issue with me. After I had them put on ramp I went to get gas and it kept kicking out and was very difficult to even get gas. I took it back in 1 time and the time they had for me to look @ it did not fit hour or so in my schedule so I brought it back few days later and they said it was going to cost me $89.99 for diagnosis. That is just unacceptable. Was not even a month and they wanted me to pay for something that should have been looked at, @ their cost NOT mine. When I called Ford HQ they said they should have told me that I would have been reimburse and that was not told to me. So now I am stuck with a car and travel for work with it taking me 10 minutes or more to pump in $10.00 worth. I trusted this Ford dealer ship and now they sale me something that does not work. I was told that once I drive it off lot all deals are done. LOL and that I should have bought extended warranty, (PLEASE FOR A GAS ISSUE). They are not going to work with me on it. I am NOT going to pay them $89.99 for them to tell me what the issue is and charge me more and possibly mess it up more. I was able to pump gas before they put it on ramp the 1st time. I am not done with bogging and putting this Dealers name out to public until something is done.

Ford 2017 f250 superduty

I purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 Platinum 6.7L power stroke Diesel in September of 2017. The list price on this truck was $79, 000.00. On December 5th my truck dropped the 7th cylinder/ no compression. Finding out the truck had a crack in the short block causing the head to allow coolant into the cylinder after cracking the head and valves. The truck is 3 months old and has 7, 700 miles. The entire motor had to be pulled, every component of the truck had to be removed off this vehicle, and Ford only wants to repair this truck and give it back to me! No extended warranty, no buy back on the truck! I contacted the sales manager, who is now not returning my calls, and he said he can trade the truck but I will have to pay the difference for a new truck (knowing I am going to lose big because of the issues). I can't believe the service and treatment I have received from Ford motor company and Smart Ford in Malvern.

Ford 2018 f 150

Sir, we had an accident with our new truck (Hit 2 deer on the highway).
Since November the 27th, the body shop has been waiting for headlights to repair the issues.
Today is January the 8th and still no available parts.
Normally I do not complain however with the number of Bi-Weekly payments I have made on my new vehicle because of parts availabilty seems unfair.
Can anything be done for us with this issue.
This I believe is the 4th new truck we have purchased not including the 2 new ford edges we have also purchased.
In total this 2018 ford is the 7th ford pick up we have owned, so product loyality is a non issue, but starting to need a little help here.

Ford title and registration issues with malloy ford charlottesville

On 10/13/2017 my company, R&S Logging, Inc., purchased a new 2017 F-350 Supercrew VIN# 1FD8W3HT6HEE07641, from Malloy Ford Charlottsville, 1300 Richmond Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22911. After paying for the title, taxes, tags, and filing fees, we received a 30 day temporary tag. After not receiving our tag, and a few days before the temporary tag ran out, I contacted the sales manager, Gene, at the dealership about getting another temporary tag. He assured me he would get me a new one right away. After not receiving another tag, I made repeated attempts to the dealership about the issue. Each time was transferred to another persons voicemail and never received a return call. After contacting the West Virginia DMV and the Virginia DMV, I find out that the dealership has never registered the vehicle with either state. My financial institution also tried to contact them, to get the title, and had the same result. No one would return an email or phone call to them either. As of today 1/05/2018 I have not received anything or been contacted by the dealership about the issue. I have filed a complaint against the dealership, with the State of Virginia about the issue. I am contacting you to see if you could help rectify this issue with the dealership. I have been a loyal Ford buyer for years and never been treated so poorly by any dealership. I'm sure that this is not the way that Ford Motor Company likes to be represented, this is why I am contacting you on this issue. I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter. Thank You.
