Ford 2017 ford escape

I was in a accident in November 2017. My automobile was hit in the rear. I owned my car for 2 weeks when this accident happened.

My issue is that it is now April 25 2018 and I still do not have my automobile because all I hear is parts ordered are backordered over and over. It seems you can't produce enough parts for body shops to repair your vehicles so I feel you are not backing up what you are selling.

I want my car back. I just thought I liked Ford.

Ford horrible customer service, no manager available to resolve my complaint

I am unsatisfied with the level of servile I have received at Gillispe Ford in Gurnee, Ill. I called a week ahead to schedule service and brought the truck in a day early and today I called at 1pm and the service tech told me they haven't even looked at it. This is very frustrating this vehicle is how I make my living and didn't even get a courtesy of a phone call. I called the dealer service department and was put on hold for 7 minutes hung up and called back just to be put on hold again. My experience is not great as a military soldier I could never recommend Gillispie ford to my fellow soldiers and expect them to be on time for work. I have been a life long Ford man bought my vehicle on the overseas sales program but service is not good at the dealership this time around.

Ford dealer complaint

March 2018 I purchased a new 2018 GT Mustang Convertible with performance package for my wife who always wanted a Mustang and it is our 40th anniversary, any way I could no longer order the car I wanted so my local dealer Schwieters Ford in Montevideo, MN found apparently the only one available like I wanted to buy located at Freeway Ford and Lincoln located in Freeport, IL. I wanted the car they made a dealer trade I was told tires had been replaced with some ultra performance Cooper tires at a value of $1200.00 but they would sell them for $600.00 the deal soured me but I did want that Mustang. Car then arrived with Mud & Snow tires on it with the rear tires even being the wrong size. I asked to have the original tires the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires which I paid for in the package and that the car was born with. Each dealer blows me off as there hands are tied. This car is in Minnesota and will only be used in the summer for 6 months each year and will not see snow. I paid extra for tires I do not need or want and I paid for tires which I would use and want but did not get. VIN#1FATP8FF9J5121896 I want the tires that Ford and Michelin worked together on and what was intended to be used on the Mustang Sports Car.

I bought Lincoln MKX 2016 model in march, 10, 2018 have 21000. milage and i drove 100 milege radiator water leak and i took the work shop.radiator fan need to be replace Lincoln company refused to cover the cost because of title was rebuilt branded.No one told me about title the time of sale.

Ford ford ranger

I have purchased a new vehicle (V. I. N:AFAPXXMJ2PGS28413) from Ritchie Ford in Standerton in June 2017.in February 2018 the vehicle started leaning over to the left. (37mm lower on left than the right side) The vehicle went in to Cassey's Ford in Benoni and leaf springs were replaced. However, it did not sort the problem out. I have reported the problem to Ford SA in Feb 2018 and received two reference numbers. ([protected] and [protected]) I can get no solution to the problem and has dealt with Lucindi Ferreira and her senior Daphne Mathabathe. Besides them not contacting me at all I asked for a letter from Ford SA to state that the vehicle is safe for towing a horse box with two horses. Every time I make contact they assure me that it will be done. It is now almost 3 months later. I did not request anything else, but for my vehicle to be fixed.
Now another recall on the vehicle. (Airbags) Air conditioner evaporator broke and vehicle has no aircon. This problem will apparently take 3 days to fix if they have the spares. This is my first Ford and most definitely the last. Your customer service is non-existing and by the look of things the vehicle is unsafe to operate as well. I have lodged a complain with the ombudsman and will take the vehicle for an inspection at the AA and then publish the results on every single social media platform. I have forwarded all communication from myself to Ford to my legal representative.
Just a real pity that things need to be sorted out in this way.

Ford first responders discount

Good afternoon, I recently leased a new Explorer. The salesman offered me a First Responders discount, being I worked at Ground zero during 9-11. Much to my surprise, while submitting my info for the $500 credit, i found that I did not qualify because I am retired. I was an NYPD K-9 handler and responded on the morning of 9-11 and spent the next 8 month recovering bodies there. I don't usually look for accolades associated with my service, but when it's offered, it is appreciated. Being that I'm retired, I do not qualify. Perhaps you should consider changing your guidelines to include First Responders (retired or active) or change the name of your bonus. It is an insult to those of us who responded, got ill, and died for just doing our job. Attached is a photo of me taken on Wednesday Sept 12th in the afternoon. It shows me and my K9 partner (who incidentally died from 9-11 cancer) sleeping after working 30 hours straight. Offering a bonus for law enforcement/fire/military is appreciated by the people who qualify, it is a gesture that isn't often offered, but being retired, should not disqualify someone. Ford clutch problem not resolved

Good day

I took my car in for repairs more than 2 weeks ago regarding an email from Ford that my car had a clutch problem and indeed the Kempton park dealership in South Africa found my car clutch had a problem. Now it's been more than 2 weeks that I am without a car and the matter is not resolved. I emailed Ford South Africa last week but they never got back to me. I bought a car because I need a car now I am left with no car and I have to use untrustworthy public transport. The dealership has made no means for me to get alternative transport since this is a factory fault from Ford.
How long must I wait, this is disappointing and I'm not happy.

Please help to resolve this speedily.

Ford ford focus 2013

I own a 2013 ford focus...i been having problems out my transmission.I took it to the dealership and they replace my TCM for no chrage. Six months later the same issue occurred and I took it back to the dealership now they tell me is my shift motor, which is a part the is dealing with my transmission and its not under warranty and will cost $600 to fix... .my car have 66, 000 miles on it...it want start... It can't put it in reverse and the park lights want off. I'm not please with this car at all and I feel like Ford should fix any problems dealing with the transmission not just certain parts because the main issue is the transmission...

Ford repairs to defective vehicles

Transmission has been acting up for over a year, there was a recal and they reprogrammed the software. It still continues to act up but I an told that the transmission tech only works on weekdays so id have to come in during work hours and Id have to leave it for several days to determine if they will provide me a loaner car.
The dealership nearest me says that I would have to leave it there to get looked at and it could take several weeks. then they might give me a loaner while repairs are made.
Not sure what to do other than rent my own car or take vacation for them to fix the new car i have from Ford. I have talked to 3 different dealerships and it seems like they just avoid making repairs any way possible.

Ford 2014 ford focus

I have three 2014 Ford Focus and they all have problems with the transmission hesitating and not shifting. I learned from service dealer it is no longer covered. This has been an ongoing problem since the car was new and has been in the repair center numerous times and reset but now they refuse to take care of it .

Previously ford sent letters concerning all three vehicles stating the warranty was extended to100, 000 Miles ( mine are all under this amount). Dealer said mine was excluded. This is a known problem by Ford What can be done to take care of this?

Ford poor service department mccandless ford mercer pa

My 2006 Ford Escape went in for service & I picked it up on 03/10/18. I was charged for 2 hours of diagnostic and told the vehicle had multiple codes that needed further checking. I was told I needed a fuel driver module that was replaced. After which it continued to have the same problem of hesitating and stalling. I called and was told I would be charged another diagnostic fee if I brought it back and when I asked for all the codes it read I was told it read only one code (not multiple as was told to me originally).I took it to a different garage and was told all it needed was new spark plugs which were replaced and the SUV runs fine now. I then called the owner at McCandless (Josh)and he told me it was 3 .5 hrs labor to replace that fuel sensor. I called another Ford dealer and was told 1 hour. Josh then said yes I was charged $271 diagnostic. I have had multiple stories that sound like McCandless people are making up as they go. I would like my diagnostic fee of $271 refunded! I will not go back to McCandless. my cell is [protected]. Thank you

Ford coupon

In March I had the works done on my vehicle. It was $29.99. I have an appointment to get my other car done. The dealer will not give me the $29.99 price again. They are saying it will be $39.99. If Ford can offer one price as an incentive to get people into the dealerships why can they not honor that price a month later? I can go to other local dealers and get the same service. The only reason I even go to a Ford dealer is to have everything in the Ford system.

Ford sawgrass ford service & 2016 ford transit warranty

To whomever this may concern,

We own and operate a transportation (KSA Tours) & parking company (Park By The Ports) in South Florida. A few years ago my father changed his entire van fleet (20 vehicles) from Mercedes-Benz Sprinters to Ford Transits. I followed suit in my company by buying 2 brand new transits so far. We have gotten all of our vehicles from Sawgrass Ford in Sunrise, FL and wanted to continue... The dealer employees are always quick to sell us vehicles and are very happy to make a sale, but the same cannot be said with the service department.

The service department has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. Unlike the sales department, they did not rush to satisfy us and even saw us, the customer, as a displeasure and annoyance. Our 2016 Ford Transit T-350 HD has 59, 000 miles (warranty is up to 60, 000 miles) and a blown engine. The service manager, Enrique, does not want to cover us. We have gotten almost all of our service done at the same dealership and a couple oil changes done at our own facility. We had many problems with the Sprinters and we were sold on the fact that Ford Transits have a much better warranty and would last much longer with less problems. The last time it was serviced at Sawgrass Ford was January 26, 2018 and they said it was perfectly fine; nothing was wrong with it.

I must add how unprofessional the service manager, Enrique, was. He even went as far as telling us to remove our vehicle immediately from the dealership since they would not honor the warranty. After consulting with the sales manager, Cameron, he was stunned, apologetic, and promised to talk to service manager. We had a meeting with Enrique in person and he basically told us it was out of his hands. He wanted nothing to do with us. He told us to find a Ford executive and convince them to fix it, but he gave us no other contact information. He simply just wanted us out of his office and off of his property. Who am I supposed to speak to about my experience and my vehicle?

We had actually just picked up two new Transits a few weeks ago and I regret that. Now I am afraid that Ford will not cover any of my warranties and will treat me the same disgusting way again.
I started looking into Nissan NV or Chevrolet Express for my future fleet expansions or exchanges because this is not how a customer with a fleet of vehicles should be treated. I even got personal car, 2011 Ford Mustang DUB edition, from the very same dealership brand new. I have been nothing but loyal to Ford, but I have not received the same loyalty in return. Trust has been broken.

Please contact either Luis or Kevin in regards to our vehicle since Enrique and the dealership will not help us.

Ford f150 door latch not staying attached and 4wd drive not working properly.

The door won't close. You have to mess with the door latch for a longtime before you can get it to stay closed. The 4wd has a bad vibrations when turning. Had it at the dealership and they can't find anything. I am very dissatisfied with the truck purchase. This issue needs address by Ford motor Company.
The price that is paid for new trucks, I expect that I am buying quality. 2017 F150 4 wheel drive.

Ford unnecessary repairs

2014 ford fusion: had to have vehicle towed to Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield IN because it would not go over 45mph, and then would not stay running on day of service appt. Computer said it needed fuel rail adapter replaced. Take a day to get part. Called today and said it was not rail adapter but fuel pump. Good news is that it is covered under warranty, bad news takes another day. I asked if I had to pay the $360.00 for fuel rail adapter, and they said yes. This is my complaint. I don't feel I should be charged for adapter. Computer should have stated that as a possible problem as fuel pump easier to install, etc.
I was pretty upset to begin with as vehicle only has 25k miles. Doesn't speak well for ford electronics.
I believe the adapter should be written off as unnecessary repair.

Ford transmission

I purchased a brand new transmission from Felix sabates Ford on South Boulevard February 2015. My Ford F-150 2005 truck with 131, 000 miles on it was serviced and sold a new transmission for $3, 000.

Today, as I was taking my two little boys to School when the same brand new transmission went out. The transmission was only 3 years old and had 27, 000 miles on it. I called the dealership to have it towed there and they said afterwards I was out of warranty by less than 2 months, but would try to help.

The dealership said they would be able to fix it for $4, 730 and that was working with me to save $500 on labor. I was told the cost went up because of new ownership at the dealership due to labor.

I am reaching out to see if there can be any financial assistance provided, and hope that Ford will do the right thing and replace my transmission at no cost. I was sold a lemon and now I'm without a vehicle.

I am loyal to the Ford brand, but I am rethinking otherwise due to the bad taste the dealer left with me and not being able to do the right thing.

Thanks for listening and I hope Ford can assist in my situation since its unique.

Ford local dealership in rocky mount nc

To who it may concern,

My complaint begins with our local dealership in town, capital ford in Rocky Mount NC. Our car had an oil leak and we took it in to the dealer to have the repairs taken care of. After $1877.33 in repairs on February 22, 2018 and after a week of them having it we were assured it was fixed.

After a few days we still had a leak. We look I back a few days later and they advised they would look at it again. After two days they said they would place a dye and to drive it for few days and bring it back. After that they had our car another few days. After that they assured us it was fixed. It was not still leaking. So after all of that our trust in that dealership was gone. Not to mention each time from their repairs my car had oil stains on carpet and smelled like oil. I have attached a copy the original bill and pictures of the shape my car was in.

After all of that we took our car to another place to be repaired and after another $223.52 in repairs it was finally fixed. Where we had it fixed they advised a after they put it on the rack there were bolts a half an inch out of engine and transmission lines loose and leaking form parts of pan gaskets.

I will not be doing business with this dealership again and I will tell all of my friends to stay clear of them also.
I would respectfully like a response to my complaint in a timely manner. I will be reporting this to our local media so that this does not happen to other individuals. After all we all work hard for our money and expect a service to be performed as promised.

Ford 2013 f-150

Vin #1FTFW1EF4DKG53243. The daytime running lights are always on when the truck is in gear with no tail lights. When it is dark, I think my headlights are on. This should be a safety concern. I have been driving for 36 years and had the responsibility of turning my headlights on and off. From what I now understand this truck was built in Canada, not just from Canada, and they have different safety standards.
Anyway, I have spoken with U.S. Ford and Canada Ford. U.S. Ford is not aware or knowledgeable of this standard and Canada Ford says that there is nothing that can be done. I find it extremely difficult to believe that there is not a different module, brain or some type of device that hooks up to the headlight system for this standard that can not be reprogrammed, changed or switched.

Ford 2017 ford edge

I'm one unhappy customer! My car is less than a year old. It's had three issues come up, the first took three attempts to fix a bubbling paint issue on a brand new car, after having it for about two months! The paint job still doesn't look great. And now the third issue has happened. I am 170 miles from the nearest ford service dept, these trips are costing me lots of time, money for nights away in a hotel and time away from work! Sadly this is the first Ford I've bought and I'll never purchase one again. Should of stuck with Toyota!'n

Ford ford focus 2016 ecoboost 1 litre

This vehicle has given nothing but trouble since Ford had to provide us with a new engine after the engine seized because the oil was not attended to properly. Since then the vehicle has been back to Ford twice as it is on 24 000 kilometres and yet the engine light comes on and then the vehicle goes into limp mode, the turbo does not work and the vehicle then uses quite alot of petrol. I no longer have the time to drive up and down to Ford to sort this out, I either want a new vehicle or a loan car and they must keep this one until it is 100% fixed.

Ford warranty on my f-150

I bought a brand new truck out of the show floor at Spikes Ford in Mission, Texas. About a year later I had an electrical short an it was repair. A year later around April 2015 I started to hear a rattle when truck would cold start. Took it in to the dealership where I bought the vehicle. It was still under manufacture warranty. They told me that they couldn't fix the issue because the manufacture told them that the rattling noise was under investigation. An they also mention that nothing would happen to the engine. Well now that i'm out of warranty. My timing chain sprockets broke and my engine seize due to metal partials going into the engine cylinder. Now I have to pay 4500.00 to a mechanic to get my truck fix. My desirable solution would be for me to get a new engine, and refund for the money I spend on replacing my engine with a new one. Since the issue started when the truck was still under warranty.
