forclosures uncovered / charged me $99.00 for something i didnt sign up for

About almost a month ago i signed up for the 7-day free trail to look for forclosed homes and when i try to cancel it wouldnt let me...i dont kno what to do. Now their charging me $99.00 every month until i cancel. Any advise? I have no idea what to do

    If this fee is being charge to your bank card, call your bank and dispute the charges. That usually helps. The bank will automatically close your account and retrieve your money if possible.

    If the charges are being charged to your bank card, call your bank and dispute the charges. This usually helps. The bank will offer to close your account(your choice) and the bank may refund the fees if possible.

    You failed to elaborate exactly how you tried to cancel. Was it online? Was it over the phone? Did you miss the day you were supposed to cancel?

    Unfortunate as your experience is, my first "plan of action" would be to PHONE the company and speak with a live, breathing, human being. Calmly explain as to HOW you were not able to cancel.

    If you cannot sort anything out w/ the company, contact your bank and contest the charges.

    COME ON, LADY! It's not as complicated as you make it sound.
