SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Received wrong item and no customer support at all!

I wasn't careful and did not notice that they provided no physical address, email address or telephone number. They have a .com domain, but are not a US business. I receive no communication at all (no email or phone call) after the order. Then I recieve the wrong item. I tried the only way of contact: submitting a form on their website, but receive no response. Given all the discredibility, I cannot be sure that what I received are genuine Nike shoes either.
