Foot Locker out of stock but wait it isn't

Ordered a Kyrie Spongebob hoodie on 11/30/2019. It was priced at 44.99 and was able to use a coupon. Foot locker cancelled my order claiming it was out of stock. Funny, it's on their website, in stock, now prices at 65.00 and excluded from coupons. I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor who told me I can order it but I will have to pay $65 and they refused to honor my original order. How deceptive and shady is that? I have 4 teenage boys who love shoes and I will NEVER shop at foot locker our any one of its affiliates. I have never been treated so horribly by a retailer ever.

Foot Locker lying/misleading

I was trying hard to secure a pair of shattered backboard 3.0 (gs) this week, so I went to the launch locator and called every store around me to ask about their sweepstakes rules and such. I called the Wellington Green Kids Foot Locker on Monday (10/21/2019) and a lady by the name of Tatiana (don't know if its spelled right but you get the gist) and I asked if the store was getting any pairs and if they were doing a sweepstakes system as the launch locator said so (this was for my confirmation so I don't waste an hour driving). She responded saying that they haven't received the shipment yet and they won't be doing a raffle until they get the pairs which seemed strange to me. I called again the following day to double check and I was given the same answer by the same lady. So I called again today (10/23/2019) to see if maybe they would hold the raffle later in the week and a male employee picked up the phone and told me yes we have gotten the shoes and the raffle ENDED YESTERDAY. This turned out to be a complete waste of my time and I believe this behavior shouldn't be accepted. I'll have you know every other store I called told me they were getting them and the raffle was going on Monday-Tuesday, which I then entered. I believe something should be done about this. Thank you for your time.

Foot Locker military discount

Order placed 9/22/19 online; rec'd email back same day from SheerID that my info was successful and a rep would call 1 business day to apply my 15% - as of 10/11/19 no call & customer service 800.991.6815 refuses to refund my 15%. Advised I need to contact SheerID. No I should not have to do their work when I have an email advising it was successful. They wanted me to provide info over phone again advised I would not as I have already uploaded info requested and was advised it was successful. They put me on hold FOREVER when asked for manager; Angel the supposed manager gave me the same runaround.

Foot Locker manager in charge

I've been working at foot locker for a while now and enjoy helping the customers, making connections, and getting to know others. I recently got transferred to the location of meridian mall due to me being in college. It started whenI was scheduled for Sunday July 21, I explained to him in advance that I wasn't going to be able to come in on that following Sunday. He approved but when the following day came decided that I had to come in and write a statement due to the fact nobody showed up for the shift that day. So at this point I'm confused because me and him already had an agreement already . So me being the passionate Employee, I later came in to write the statement, I also helped him with customers as he thanked me. When discussing the situation with him he asked if I had any discount left in my card . I proceeded to say yes, during this time it was half off event and I haven't used alot in discount . So He asked if he can use it, I said " no because I'm getting written up for no reason". he then told me that if I let him use it he wouldn't write me up but it had to stay between me and him, Long story short I let him use 400 on my discount cards do avoid a write up. Now I don't like how he approaches the situation by blackmailing me for my discount card, but at the time I didn't care because I was avoiding a write up.

There was multiple occasions where it was certain things that took place Leading to me being uncomfortable. I don't remember the actual date that the mandatory meeting took place, but if you look back in the system everyone will schedule for our that day. The manager by the name of Roe talk about the typical like getting to every customer, and increasing your sales per hour. What made me accountable was he later made a comment saying " lady's and if you want to use what you got to take advantage of that and make some sales, not only that it will also be a change in uniform and you all can wear Leggins" basically insinuating that men will purchase more if doing so . And not only that he also proceeded to say " I watch Sam do it all the time" Sam being an employee that was promoted to assistant manager at the time.I wasn't sure if I should say something because everyone seems to be cool with it, it was like these such things happen often. I didn't think that message was Appropriate for Manager. There was also another occasion I remember being on the sales floor, at the time it wasn't busy so I was getting on my coworkers that I haven't met before. So we're all conversation and the manager by the name of So we're all conversation and the manager by the name of Roe was having a conversation with the young boy by the name of "Diego". They were listing titles of porn videos laughing about it saying "boy f*** stepmom" All I was thinking at the time is it's inappropriate for Manager to be discussing this to employees on the sales floor, not to mention he's a minor only 17-year-olds. Also me another sales associate by the name of " samarah" heard everything we're minors as well. And it doesn't even end there, I have never worked with that manager before until this particular day, so after the inappropriate conversation took place Row and Diego were laughing again. So I proceeded to ask what was funny as me and Samara was curious. He had a sticker placed on the outside of his pants, but near his genital area which read "squeeze me". Then he later mention because I couldn't quite see what it said I was Squinting, he said " girl don't look at it like it's not nothing there". I never thought it was funny I actually thought it was weird because he then cracked a joke Saying " if the customers ask me for help I'm just gonna point at it" mine you sticker says "squeeze me". After that I kind of kept my distance, this all took place 08/10/19. So I work the following week everything went cool that week 08/11/19-08/17/19.

Another situation happen I kept updating my availability but was still being scheduled for days I was available, I had to to have somebody cover my Tuesday shift 08/20/19 and Friday shift 08/23/19 within that week I didn't work Sunday to that . After that happens, I don't know if the manager Roe just assumes I wasn't trying to work, but after that Week 08/18/19-08/24/19 the following week on 08/25/19 I wasn't one the schedule. Homeview stop working so I had to come in and update my availability that way, we figured out what the misunderstanding was I entered the days in wrong. He ensured me the following week I will be on the schedule. So I ask for it to be sent in the group chat called bubble, but I still wasn't on it the week of 09/01/19-09/07/19. The next week 09/15/19-09/21/19
I still wasn't if the schedule. He had told previous before that we came that hours were kinda slow so all I can do that week was try to pick up hours and that he tries to make it fair for everyone. When he said that I was confused because being off the schedule for there weeks doesn't seem fair. So I call and was concerned because haven't been to for for so long and he reasoning was not constant. We had a conversation on the phone and he said well the system give hours to who ever make the more sale and are productive. So I immediately cut him off and proceeded to say that I don't work often but whenever I do my sales are high, and that he wouldn't even know my work ethic because we're rarely schedule together. I also brought up the fact of how I'm supposed to continues to increase my sales per hour if you're not allowing me to be scheduled, lastly telling me hours are slow. So eventually we ended the conversation and he insured me to text him to remind him to place me on the schedule. So I never text to him because I don't feel as though it's my place to reminder A manager to give me hours knowing I have been to work in weeks. He makes the schedule every Wednesday so that's why he told me to text him Wednesday. I don't feel as though is necessary to ask for our statistics given the fact that I called you on a Sunday( 09/08/19 ) and we had a conversation about it .

So shortly after the conversation he later sent a message in the Bubble And he sent next week schedule as well 09/09/19 -09/14/19 which I still wasn't on even after we had the conversation the previous day. He was very unprofessional and took the conversation we had to send a message that was for everyone but in direct towards me because everything he discussed in that message we talked about over the phone. An he Mention to Call the manager is on duty during that particular day I called Roe but he wasn't "on duty" but he fail to realize is that I actually did call the manager on duty(Corey ) who didn't have explanations as to why and told me to contact Roe. I didn't appreciate he was questioning my work ethic but yet couldn't tell me what I did wrong or he acknowledge the fact that I do make sales whenever I do work. So the week of 09/15/19-09/21/19 I still wasn't on the schedule so at this point I was over it. The district manager was on vacation and I honestly didn't want to contact him because I feel as though if he getting away with the scheduling and using my discount I'll rather find someone higher than the district manager. I also preferred to keep it to myself because I didn't want to make anyone aware of it and then Roe the manager find out I knew I would get Harassed even more. My time there I feel as though he make acceptions for certain employees, allow some to do what he normally wouldn't approve of. He then sent another message congratulating a sales associate not to mention he was supposed to have sales associate of the week the following day we had the meeting Sunday July 21, so why start now 4 weeks later. in my opinion he still was trying to be petty he also added another comment that I knew was directed towards me at the end of that message. It said " Now this is how you keep get hour".I felt as though he expects me to be Mad or my feelings but I congratulated them as usual.

So the schedule for 09/22/19 was sent I was on the schedule after 4 weeks of being off and only had 3 hours. He me on for a Saturday 3:45-7:15 if I was off the schedule for so long I feel as though I should be given a decent about of hours. I took his word when he said it was slow, but now looking back on it, it was back to school time around the weeks I wasn't schedule. I have been working for foot locker for 1 year now and the things I have experience here honestly are too overwhelming. So it is now 1:27pm, shift starts in about two hours and I will not be continuing to work at a job with such unfair treatment. When leaving a job I i. I Normally give a two week notice, but I don't want to have to see this individual again not be around someone who doesn't respect me as a person. Like logically thinking I haven't been to work for weeks now. The week you decide to put me on the schedule it's on a Saturday one of the busiest days we have during the week. In away I feel as though it was done on purpose so by the time I clock in and get to work I wouldn't know what new Releases. And in some cases the store gets rearranged so at times the back might not be the same from when you worked the previous time. I would like for this situation to be handled accordingly . I don't want to be one of the issues you all brushed off, that's part of the reason I didn't go to the district manager. I understand he's been a manager for years but he's so comfortable to the point where he feels that he can treat people any kind of way which is Sicking. He has several minors that work in his store which is one of the reasons I decided to file my complaint. Roe does questionable things that are inappropriate and work environment. I am a minor as well as a few other of the associates, but I want to speak up because I don't appreciate being dog out and disrespected by someone who is of age and should know better. I hope you are hello to situation accordingly, before I have to. I also like to say that I enjoyed my time at foot locker before this experience and would love for you to have better people in charge.

Foot Locker irv (store associate)

Today I returned sneakers I purchased from this store on September 4th 2019. I purchased sneakers for my son on this day in which he tried on in the store. That day they felt fine on his feet but when he went to wear them the next day they felt right on his feet around his toes so he would not wear them. So yes he put on twice once in store once at home. He never wore them out of the house I made him put in box so we could return them for money back. Today I finally had time to return them and when we went to the store the person you had working refused to return them for my hard earned money back on my debit card. I told Irv that my son never wore them out of the house I have no reason to lie to anyone especially this person who I never met. I paid my hard earned money on these sneakers that he never even got to wear. I asked for a return in my funds not a return in store credit. He refused to give me my money he said there wear scuffs on them in which I couldn't see. I'm not happy at all about this I would really like my money back to be able to take him to a store that he chooses to get a new pair of his choice. I told him I was calling to turn him in he has no rite to tell me my son wore these sneakers outside let along in the house. He could not wear them at any point due to them not fitting and hurting his feet especially this toes. I would like my money back please for these sneakers not a card for returned merchandise. I don't make a lot of money and that money I could have used to feed my children tonight. Now they have to go hungry because he refused to give me my money back for sneakers he never even got a chance to wear. But obviously he's being accused of wearing them. Please get back to me as soon as possible I would appreciate it greatly. Money I don't have is now useless because of a person that knows nothing blames him on wearing them when he didn't. Plain and simple. Manager Tashawna Ollie needs to be fired. She's a racist [censored], talking bout she won't hire anyone who isn't black cause she's only comfortable with black people. Idk who tf made her the owner of her store of all sudden. Wynn East better take some action there is only blacks people in that store. In that mall in general. Where's the fair employment practices? Why whites and Hispanics gotta get discriminated against because she only wants black people? Fix that [censored]

Foot Locker cancellation

I place an online order on August 13 for 5 pairs of shoes which came up to 535.00. I received an email stating that my order had been cancel. So I called the customer services hotline. I got a representative and I told her my issues she look into the situation for me then she came back and said that 4 out of 5 of the order was approve. that the fifth payment was decline due to nonpayment. I told her that that don't make any sense she said my bank decline the purchase. I had already approve these purchases with my bank. So I ask her can she reprocess this payment again she told me NO. So I ask to speak with a supervisor which she transfer me to David ID#5697 so I told him what was going with the order. He was not trying to hear what I had to say. He kept cutting me off and telling me it's my bank fault. I ask him can he reprocess the order and have it ship out so I can received it by Monday he told me No, and there is nothing he can do with an attitude. Every year I have this problem and a representative fix the problem. But today he did't even try to help very unprofessional as a supervisor.

Foot Locker delivery

Ordered a pair of trainers 4 days ago paid for standard delivery as it was the only option for some ridiculous reason. Had a text message to say that they were coming out today at 9am this morning, I am yet to receive my parcel and when using the DHL website I'm being told my parcel will be here on Monday even though I've waited in all day as I was told they were coming this morning. This is the worst service I have ever received when making an online purchase and will not be a returning customer with yourselves.

Foot Locker I am complaining about the fact that I was hired as a transfer and given zero hours.

I was working at the footlocker near my school in Ithaca. So I thought I could work at the one near my home in NYC ok 42nd street. So I asked when I came home in December for a break and they said yes so when I came home in May I thought my transfer would be easy but it took until almost the end of June to finally go through and I was supposed to start working as soon as the next week but I didn't. So I kept texting the person who I thought was my manager and they said that they were gonna try and ask how and when I would get my hours which was confusing bc I thought they were the manager. In the end it's the end of August and I still have not received any hours. And now to start working in Ithaca again will be a harder process bc of. The thing is that if someone told me that I wouldn't be getting so many hours at this store bc a lot of people work there then I would understand but nobody told me anything, which I feel is extremely unprofessional.

Foot Locker air force low white size 6 1/2

i have ordered these shoes since july 16 2019 i have called four times to find out where my shoes are and i recieved a email saying there where gonna cancel my order. i feel like that was so unprofessional and rude and i dont think a company with your reputation should conduct business this way and i will make sure that i will let as many people know that this company has no value and integrity. SHAME ON YOU ALL!

Foot Locker rude manageress who happily rejects customers

I visited the Footlocker at Rideau Center, Ottawa, last night and found a pair of trainers each for my son and me. When I tried paying by Visa, the cashier accidentally pressed "decline" when I signed. The till then froze and as it was close to 9:45 pm (the time I was scheduled to meet with my family - the center closes at 9pm), I was a bit stressed and asked the cashier if she could get it right the next time. Because the till was still stuck, she asked the manageress for help. Having heard what I said to the very pleasant cashier (who was most apologetic), the manageress very curtly told me she did not appreciate my "attitude" and called me IGNORANT. I remonstrated with her and told her that as someone supposedly in the service industry, her attitude was (shockingly) pathetic - and reminded her that (being in the service industry myself) the rule is that the "customer is always correct". She did not appreciate this and summarily informed me that she was NOT going to sell me the 2 pairs of shoes!

What she did was not only a reflection of the hyper-sensitive, entitled-mindset that many service staff possess these days but also sets a really bad example for her colleagues, giving them licence to behave in the same way - and worse. She also chose to be so rude to me in front of my teenage son, which was humiliating to both of us! I have patronised Footlocker many times before and have never had a problem, but I shall no longer be doing so. In fact, after leaving their store, I popped into Vans and received wonderful, competent service. My son ended up with a far better pair of shoes!

Footlocker needs to recruit, train and promote better. That lady had no right to be a manageress - obviously Peter Principle in manifestation.

BTW, if the manageress suggests I was being racist (the snowflake default defense and offence), I belong to an even smaller minority than hers..

I have submitted the above to Foot Locker's customer service department and hope they will check the CCTV camera which should have recorded the above described saga. Let's see if they do anything at all.

Foot Locker nike air force 1

I visited the foot locker store in Rocky Mount, NC on July 8, 2019.
The store in Rocky Mount placedan order for me on Air Force 1 for my grandson. When the shoes arrived, open the package and was very disspointed. They were worned shoes and the bottom of one shoe was completely worned to where there was no rubber. There was dirt on the bottom of each shoe. They both were bent in the crese and just looked terrible.

called several numbers of Foot Locker customers service to file a complaint
however, their customer services were so terrible to where I wasnot get any where with them. I was told to just take the shoes back to the store and get a refund. No apology or nothing. When asked for a corportate number, I was told there was not one. I google and found what supposed to have been a corporte number but was treated the same. I asked how can I reach someone or the CEO, again I was told there was no one for me to talk to.

I finally found the CEO and sent him a letter. Waiting to hear from him.

I have never experince any thing like this before but after reading reviews from Footlocker, Im not surprised.

I wanted to advised Nike of what I have been though in buying their product.

Foot Locker places an order and item never made it.

Place an order twice through your website. The first time the funds were removed from gift card but I called s month later and was able to get a get card sent back through email in the same amount they took. Second time I placed order on April 9 order # 3064684 so called out of stock but still took money from the card again. I have called customer service 4 times since last week and each representative has lied and told me they were issuing a gift card through email in the amount of $40. I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received an now I do not want to purchase anything from this company. I want my money back, no gift card I want a check in the amount of $40 sent to my address because I have been lied to several different times. I am also going to contact the BBB if I do not here from someone in 24 hours.

Foot Locker poor service and unprofessional behavior

The house of hoops store near has an employee who comes to my place of business- (i know because ive seen him in uniform) and i have gone there with a photo to get this employees name which they gave me- Brian Reynolds. He has been comming into my place of business and harassing either myself or fellow employees which i work with. He has used unprofessional derogatory words calling some of my workers "[censored]s" which yes the company which i work for is LGBTQ friendly. So we hire all who want to work. But someone from another place of business to come and harass other people whom they dont know is highly unprofessional. I have even old my other employees to ask him and his friends whom he accompanies with to leave which they dont and i had warned if he kept comming around i would report him. This company should be ashamed to have employees who trash others whom they dont know.

Foot Locker nike men's sneakers

I ordered a size too large and returned the item with the shipping label footlocker provided. They received the item and its been two weeks and still no refund. I have attempted to contact the toll free 3, but line consistently busy. I evn tried at midnight and automated voice states reps are busy with other customers and to hold the line. At 1am I chose to hang up. I promise I will inform everyone not to purchase any shoes from footlocker their poor business management must start at the top!

Foot Locker money taken and no product received

I went to the stockton, ca branch in sherwood mall to but some shoes for christmas. As I was paying for the product the system went down and the manager was having issues with payment. My financial institution states that the money was with drawn from my account, but on the store system it was shown as unpaid. They contacted your bank and they said it was not taken and that it is pending, but I called and my bank confirmed it was taken. I wasted 2 hours waiting for a solution. Now I have to go back on christmas eve to see if my money is with refunded. I am very angry, that nobody was able to help refund me or leave with the shoes I clearly paid for!

Foot Locker jordan 11 concord

I ordered the jordan 11 concord size 5 for my daughter for christmas. When I finally got them they had creases and scuff marks on the shoe. The shoe laces had long hair all over them like someone already owned them. For the price that you charge the item should be brand new. I will never order from footlocker again since they can't even answer their customer service phone.

Foot Locker service and product spiderman jordan 1

My name is christopher watson (email) [protected]@gmail.com (phone number) [protected]. I went to footlocker at governors square in clarksville tn 12/14/2018. they raffled off the spiderman jordan 1's and the remaining pairs would be sold to the public at 6pm. the guys asked me what size I needed I said 11 he said he had that size along with a 10. it was 2 of us waiting and the manager said we were up next if nobody came. so 6 pm came around and they said they were out of pairs because they had to wait for the guy to retrieve his pair. the guy was rude about it like we dont have any left and I cant sell them afterrrr 6 pm. so he reluctantly gave the guy ahead of me the size 11 (because he was first) and did not give me the size 10 because he said the manager had first dibbs on the shoes. I didnt get the shoes because the manager took my pair after telling me they had them. they were very unprofessional and I spend good money with footlocker very disappointing.

Foot Locker footlocker had debited from my account but no records of order is showing on their system

I have placed an order yesterday on footlocker - it was successfully ordered and was debited on my bank account.

I was waiting on an email/text for any confirmation - I did not recieve any. So then I called their customer service. I am in dubai, uae, btw. Spoke to their customer service rep for about 10 mins. And for her to only say that she could not do anything about it as their record shows to transaction whatsoever.

How is that possible? I have the confirmation from my bank that footlocker did debit from my account but footlocker said they dont see any records of payment/order under me!

I really dont know what to do now.

Please! Can someone help me!
