Foot Locker / poor service and unprofessional behavior

The house of hoops store near has an employee who comes to my place of business- (i know because ive seen him in uniform) and i have gone there with a photo to get this employees name which they gave me- Brian Reynolds. He has been comming into my place of business and harassing either myself or fellow employees which i work with. He has used unprofessional derogatory words calling some of my workers "[censored]" which yes the company which i work for is LGBTQ friendly. So we hire all who want to work. But someone from another place of business to come and harass other people whom they dont know is highly unprofessional. I have even old my other employees to ask him and his friends whom he accompanies with to leave which they dont and i had warned if he kept comming around i would report him. This company should be ashamed to have employees who trash others whom they dont know.
