I looked in a lowrider magazine, and I saw a company with the rims I wanted for a cheaper price than all the other companies. I ordered the rims, I sent the company $1100.00 thinking since I sent more than half of the amount needed, I would get good service. I sent the money off on September 19th 2008. I was told that there was no shipping and handling and it was all included in the total price which is $1400.00. So when the merchandise was to arrived I was only owing $300.00. I talked to a Alex, and a person named James. I was getting the run around about my tracking number, they told me my product was sent off two days after I sent the money which would have been September 21st 2008, and I was to received my package in five to seven days. So when I kept calling then to get the tracking number I was always put on hold and always told to call after 5:00 California time. So as of September 29th 2008 which is the day they told me my rims would arrived, they never came. So when I call again for the tracking number I was told that they never sent them off and they only have three of the rims and they had to order the forth one. The name of the rims are Foose Nitrous. I also have the name of the shipping manager his name is Eddie, I personally got that information from another company that has the same name as this company that they go by now. Which that is quick fit tires. This person name is Alex, as well as one of the workers that's at the company I'm making a complaint about. The account number is 9399. I sent the money Western Union/Quick Collect my control number is [protected], this is the only way they have for you to pay for the merchandise. I use cash for my payment method.
I chose the option other, because I do want the merchandise for the price that they initially told me with no extra money added. I want them to be all in tack. If I have to add more money then what is due, I would want a refund.
