Foodler Horrible

I made an order and got an email from you that it was confirmed, and after it you took off my money. That's all. You disappeared forever. My order never arrived, no emails and no calls. You CS doesn't work properly, as usual, their help is nothing. That's just strange. I paid money, you took it with pleasure, but don't stand behind your service to justify a reason people pay you.

Foodler Irresponsible

Worst experience ever. I placed an order and waited for their delivery. I don't know what happened but they confused addresses and gave my order to my neighbor. They didn't ask his name to understand whether it was me or a different person. Looks like they just give a zero crap about it. Thanks to my neighbor who knows me and she brought the order to me. The service and the restaurant are refused to take responsibility. Well, that explains a lot.

Foodler Choose a different place for ordering food

I was waiting for 3 hours my order to be delivered. Of course, when I got it it was cold. I decided not to eat it. I called customer service and explained my situation and asked for a refund. They said they have to contact the restaurant and after this, they will tell me what to do next. After 2 days of waiting, I called them again and asked if they reached the restaurant. I was said that no one had called them and there wasn't any request.
This is such a mess. Never again.

Foodler always slow and wrong

I gave them so many chances. And every time they did something wrong. They could send me a wrong order, or send it to a different place.
Or my food was prepared in a strange way now how it supposed to be cooked. Looked like it just was some other dish, not what I ordered.
Right now I'm sitting here and waiting for my order and it's been more than one hour. Probably this is just the last time I ordered something from them...

Foodler cancelled my order for no reason!

Recently I've ordered some food via this website and received nothing. My family arrived at my place and I haven't seen them for ages! So I decided to order some food and make a lovely dinner. Foodler promised that I'll get my order within an hour but nothing showed up! When I contacted customer service they said that my order was cancelled because I had some issues in the past and that I was in their back list or something! Well, first of all, this was my first time using Foodler and I had no idea what were they talking about. But they did not even believe me and said that my order was cancelled and I'll get nothing! Well, thanks a lot Foodler! You guys ruined everything!
I'll make sure to post bad reviews about this company everywhere I can!

Foodler The company didn't place 7 items to my order

Don’t even think about ordering from the website www.foodler.com. I have ordered food from them, but the seller didn’t put 7 items to my order. I paid for them money and of course I wanted to get explanation about their actions, but the seller told me that he had no responsibility to solve this situation. I asked to speak with the manager, but he was on holidays. Good luck then and I will never again use your services.
