I happen to know for a fact of employees that work third shift that do drugs, Justin Charvis is one of them, he has gone to work high, had marijuana delivered to him while at work, has smoked in the bathroom while on break, there are other employees that also work third shift who do pills, go to work half drunk, I mean really that's the mind of people foodcity has working for them, just shamefull, the drug test given at time of employment can be easily manipulated with clear menthol cough drops, have none many people to do this, its a turn off to shop there knowing drug addicts are putting my kids food on the shelves, foodcity is always praised for the good they do for Kingsport etc, but something needs to be done about the employees, management has favorets and these people never get tested, I think I will shop else where from now on.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have repeatedly been harassed by managers and employee for making sale item purchases.I have been charged for purchases I did not make, and charged full price for sale items. I have been a shopper in this store for 40 years. Management has encouraged employee harassment to the point of demeaning of character.they also target gays for harsh treatment!They even repackage old produce (spoiled and sell it at a reduced price) This company is trying to tell me what I can purchase for sale items and what I have to purchase for non sale items!Hostile employees, all cashiers, managers in meat, produce, cashier manager and senior manager.The Deli department is just Great!(Food City Turners Falls MA)

if justin charvis was doing any drug at work they would not have a job ! he is a good guy ..and besides weed is a weed not a drug! its a plant i dont smoke but i still think its better than being on meth and cocaine ! weed is going to be legalized very soon so grow up!
