me too, i lost more than 5000, after and i didn't make a dime. nothing, oooooh!, it was 2 to 3 years ago, i am still recovering from the damage they cost.
but, now, i don't trust anyone on the other side of the phone. they were trying to help me start a business online, through eBay and amazon. it didn't workout.

my story is similar to the others on this forum - has any action been taken against them? The company I signed up with was called advantage coaching, and I also got nabbed by Ignite, Gogo Dropshipping and Prime Corporate Services

Would love some advice

Please include me in your lawsuit. Focus LC is only focused on keeping your money. I am out about $5500.00 and they wanted me to incorporate and that would take another $1700.00 plus $55.00 a month to take care of tax returns. Of course none of these other charges were discussed up front. Many conversations with the "coaches" turned up nothing but promises.
Now that I see that I am not alone, I will talk to my lawyer buddy next door and see what can be done for getting a class action lawsuit put together.

I was also scammed by a man named Sean. After only a few sessions with a "so called coach" I realized quickly that I was scammed. I would also like to be included in a class action lawsuit.

I to feel the same way about Focus LC because I have been scammed for over $8, 000. I would gladly take part in a class action lawsuit against these thieves. I did not know that I could do anything to toward getting my money back from these deceivers. I Would like to know more about the actions to take.

I too was scammed by Jeremy Turner with Focus LC. He promised me a $900 "scholarship" check to help me pay off the first 3 months of my credit card bills, upon which after 3 months he promised I would be making around $5000 per month from the website they would help me build. Of course the check never arrived in the mail, but that promise kept me enrolled long enough to pass their 3 day cancellation policy. I did not receive the contract in the mail either, until I started disputing a month and a half later. I won my dispute for about $4K with Visa but am still disputing an $8000 amount with American Express. I have been fighting for over a year now and I do not seem to be getting anywhere with Amex. How do we start a class action lawsuit? We need to put these people out of business. I did some digging and "Trevor" the Supervisor for Jeremy Turner I believe could be Trevor Eugene Crystal, who happens to be the registered name for the business Crystal Consulting Inc. He is 26 years old and the son of Ralph Crystal who is 56 years old. Together they own several businesses. I signed up with Focus LC but it is Crystal Consulting Inc of Sandy Utah who is listed on my credit card bills. Can anyone else confirm that this "Trevor" might be the same person talked about in the other posts?

Please count me in on a class action lawsuit. O.K. I agree and want to be part of this class action lawsuit, if we can get it to happen. It's obvious that I have just had the same thing happen to me.$ 8, 200.00 worse yet it is on my home equity line of credit. Please count me in.

Scammed a few dollars shy of 13K. Agree with all of the above. Sign me up for the class action.

I would like to join you in the fight against Focus LC. Let me know what are you doing and then all of us can do the same. I left about 10 voice messages and same amount of e-mails for somebody to call me and I did not get any response. the only whey I can get somebody to call me is if I contact my coach and he passes my e-mail. Than they call me in 24rs. But it is like this from the beginning. I could never get anybody on the phone in "Corporate Office" only through coaches.
I found people on Scamebook.com who have similar stories. We need to join and get our money back ( or at least some of it) and shut the company down.

C lunn, I found more people complaining on Scamebook.com. Maybe we should all the the group claim for mediation with Focus LC and then see where we get from there. I want money back since I did not receive what I was told. I placed few calls to Jerremy Turner and his boss Trevor, but never received call or e-mail back. During my last conversation with Trevor, he callmed me names that are not appropriate for anybody working with people and for sure not for somebody that is Manager of "Resolution Department".
Please let me know if you hear anything from anybody and we can join forces.

Thanks

to continue my complaint the other credit card after 6 disputes did no reverse the charge and $9.000. was charged on that card. it is in default right now as I refuse to pay. seriously if all the people who have been scammed by this company will get in contact together then we can file a class action law suit but for just 1 of us to file a law suit will not get ant attention. I have checked into this. I am still wanting my money back, does anyone else want theirs back also? if so then lets do something about it and not just talk about it. I have done very intensive research and the government agency's, posting complaints, filing disputes seem to do very little except the 1 card that did reverse the charge. nothing else I have done or contacted has helped get the $9, 000. returned and I am sure most of you were taken for a large sum of money, if we act we can get it back if we don't we are allowing this to happen and it is our fault if we let them take our money and suffer all the negative actions that we will suffer trying to pay it back, not paying it back, getting ourselves into debt over a scam. I want to challenge this company but it will take more than just me to succeed. I urge you to follow through together and show them they can't do this to people. these people (us) don't like being scammed, don't intend on letting a low life company take thousands of dollars and us not do anything about it. we have the power to shut them down but it takes all of us to bring it to the FTC attention and let the investigations start. I plan on continuing my fight either way but would like to see others fight to. together we can overpower this sleazy low life company.

I had exactly same situation word for word. I did not get my contract until 3 weeks after the fact and of course I was over the 3 business day cancellation policy. This is a joke and Am glad that i found other people that are in same situation. As for Jeremy Turner, Al Morton Director Trevor and others, I can only say that when you threaten to report them they return the call. I think we should all join in and sue them to get our money back.

i was a victim of focuslc at the cost of almost $13, 000. my case is rather complex but i to was not going to allow these scammers to take my money and i be responsible to pay it back. you have 2 years to file a complaint with your credit card or dispute a charge. they charged on 2 of my credit cards and i filed a dispute with both of them, sent in all kinds of information concerning the company but i could only file against crystal consulting because they were who charged my card. i signed a contract and gave them my credit card numbers due to their high pressure tactics, demanding and much pressure. something i would never ever do. after the fact i realized what had happened and called my credit cards and inquired if there is a charge because i had just been scammed. both said it was pending, not yet posted so i asked them to decline the charge as it was a scam, both said they couldn't, they would have to post it then i could dispute it so that is what happened and i got no satisfaction because both said since i did not send in writing within 3 days to cancel they can not do anything for me. well as some of you, i did not have a copy of the contract until about 2 weeks later so i didn't know the 3 day period. i filed complaints with several organizations but knew or doubted they could get my money back. i channeled my energy towards the banks posting the charge after i told them it was a scam because i KNOW they have the authority to decline a charge so i wrote to the cfpb consumer financial protection bureau and filed a complaint against my credit cards for not protecting me as every card has a protection policy against fraud, identity theft, etc.. i told them my story and felt when i called and told them i had just been scammed, they should have investigated the company to see if it was a scammer. a charge of $3, 735.99 should have caused a red flag and they should have called to verify the charge especially since it was an internet charge, it was unusual activity for my charging habits and they did not ever call to verify the charge so i felt they allowed this to happen when i tried to stop it. how were they protecting me by not calling me to verify right? so that is what i told the cfpb. they sent a letter to my credit card (i have only done one card and am about to send a letter for the other card) and i got a full refund plus the interest that had accrued, they removed the late payment history for november and i still have a perfect credit history. so, even though my credit card had declined my dispute and charged back that amount and expected me to pay it, i don't think so. i told them i would never pay it, ever that i will fight this until i get it resolved one way or another. if i don't get my money back then i intend on helping shut down the company so no more people will be scammed out of thousands of dollars even if it meant my credit will be flawed. so cfpb was the source that got my money back and i am hoping that route can help some of you and i am still going to help shut down the company and some of its affiliates. focus will never refund you i know that for a fact. they threatened me with foolish threats like they will turn me over to their legal dept.. FOR WHAT? jeremy turner is a joke and thought he could make me believe he was my only hope. per their contract if any conflicts arise from their agreement you can request mediation, that is what they will do before litigation or arbitration so i sent in a request for mediation return receipt and never heard back so the way they handle everything is by not doing anything. they breach so many parts of their contract it is shamful. i hope this information helps some of you and if not maybe i can offer another means or you can go to the ftc.org website and find many many sources of help. good luck and don't give up.

First I would like to say that I was not surprised that I was not the only one to receive terrible service with Focus LC. I am a business owner and am in the process of trying to get a refund. If there is any other business owners out there that would be willing to help me in collaboration. I would be more than glad to help in any way to get a refund for you as well. please contact me at savegreenunlimited@gmail.com . I am not rolling over that easy for a bunch of crooks on the internet.

They somehow can not provide me a user name and password that will allow me to use the website builder that I paid for. I actually got to the point where I researched products, selected one, opened a corporation, & opened accounts with drop shippers. All I need to do is have a website to sell my items and start recouping some of my money (and hopefully starting a successful business) but after six weeks of begging, they provided me with the same user name and password that didn't work 6 weeks ago.

Incompetent ###s!

I have also been a victim of FocusLC. My problem is that they provided some service for 7 weeks, so I could not get the charges reversed by my credit Card Company.

I am sure this was specifically designed as it was like clockwork. The $ 6, 000.00 they charged me I consider an out-right theft. They did not deliver the services that are listed in my contract with them and I would like to know how to get satisfaction on their Breach Of Contract.

Please help. As a victim of the economy, it was the last dollars of my credit that I spent on this program, and have to pay it back at 21% interest without the promised income from Focuslc.

I too was dupped by this company and it wasn't till i threatened to cancel with them that they started to help. To many odd phone calls and marketing calls and concerned family members let me to believe them to be scammers.
I was scheduled to pay a monthly fee adding up to the $ 4000 . So at this time I'm in the process of trying to see how to get out of the contract... If you or anyone has any ideas how to help Please let me know.
