Fochinu review: foundation and bad customer service 1

I bought a foundation and guess what it didnt even match ma colour I wasted ma money and the person who helped me by the name lesedi didnt even have time to assist me she uses her voucher to get a discound and I had to pay her the money in cash is that how u guys trained ur stuff its highly unaccaptable im so dissapointed with the service I got from u guys and its not the first time that u have been helped and bein given the wrong foundation I went and buy again coz I believed I would get a better assistance but still no improvement im never gonne buy there again and train ur stuff in beauty products or get quilified people plzzz
