In reference to your message informing us that you cancelled the flight no XY584 [AUG 22] and as per our discussion over the phone, we want the full refund of the ticket.
Please find attached copy of the passport with info matching ticket info.
Please refund the full value of the return flight as per the breakdown in the original round trip ticket into the same Credit card used to purchase the ticket.

ticket cancellation and delay on refund
I have booked a flight on flynas website on June 04 with confirmation number : XY41TJ
after 1 month of the booking date they emailed me to let me know that my flight was canceled.
I have submitted a complaint and after a long conversation over the phone they decided to refund double the amount of the flight ticket as a compensation.
Even though, they told me their decision over the phone. they are not communicating it through email and they are not replying to my emails.
I have sent them a couple of emails with no reply so far. and they are still asking to email them a copy of the CC was used to buy the ticket, which is not a good procedure.
As per my bank, it's neither secure nor safe to share that info through emails. only account number or IBAN may be shared.
On the other hand - why should they ask to send them the CC details to refund ?
Instead they can just refund to the same card I used on their website to by the ticket.

Here is Muhammad Qadeer. I was travel with Flynas (XY73 & XY317) on 12th June-2018. My return flight (XY884) after 10 days where I have lost my bag 7 days. I spend my holidays without my things. my holidays was spoils due to bag issue with Flynas. Is there any Law to ask about this loss claim? see the attached my boarding pass and other reports. waiting your kind response or shall I go an other door to ask about my loss claim?

forcibly charged fee of 490 aed for free baggage allowance
on 28may2018, while check-in my baggage at Dubai Airport, they charged fee for my free allowance baggage . I showed the ticket(Booking reference: Z77UXS) which clearly showing i am having free baggage allowance of 20kg+20kg for two tickets me and my wife . But the staff not allowed me and told to ask at Riyadh airport where you came now you have to pay for the baggage if you want to travel. i am travelling with family hence i dont want to argue with that unprofessional, unethical behavioured staff. Because of their force i paid the amount of 490AED .
On arriving Riyadh airport i made a complaint about this to Riyadh Airport Flynas Office and given the ticket and payment receipt copy to officer. he told we will get back.
No response till now, already today 3june2018, 7th day.
Also mailed this issue to [protected]@flynas.com & [protected]@flynas.com, no response
Through Facebook messenger i contacted, same response we will get back . Till now nobody is responding to this issue.
Please suggest how do i get my money back .
(That Staff dont even know the meaning of free baggage allowance and excess baggage)

my booking is U8LDGC actually i couldn't be in airport thats why i cxl my travel to amman from riyiad , but the returned ticket need 10 days to be why should i cxl it , i did not cxl it also i can adjust my booking ,but they told me from customer service NAS been cxl !
