FlyDubai fly dubai and dubai airports authority

I was due to take a flight on 23rd June from DXB Terminal 2. Fly Dubai going to Bangkok for a wedding and then extended holiday and touring. When I reached immigration and my passport was scanned it was clear something was not quite right. I was asked to follow an officer into the immigration/police office where I was told that I was wanted by the CID/ blacklisted. This came as a shock as I had no knowledge of this. I later find out it was for money I apparently owed to a car hire company Dollar UAE. (I was completely unaware that when I cancelled my credit card for a fraudulent transaction with another company the payment for 3200AEd to dollar Uae rent a car was also cancelled (transactions within the same month of each other ). I settled my outstanding payment with the hire company on 24th April 2017 and did not receive any further information from them after this date. This company is the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with or so I thought.

So what transpired on 23rd June was I: got in touch with the head of legal and the car company and he was absolutely of no assistance to be whatsoever. Claiming they had informed me of this before. There is absolutely no evidence to support this. THIs IS NOT LEGAL nor should anyone be treated in this manner. I was on the phone to him once I moved to the police dept in terminal 2. He didn't care at all. I then showed one of your officers the receipt Of the payment I made. He told me to follow him and wait in a 'cell' which I refused to do. That is completely against everything you are meant to stand for. Am I am criminal for not paying a bill I was u aware of? How can you treat someone in that way?I was then instructed that I would have to go to bur dubai police station which I agreed to do, however I was then put at the back of a police van like a prisoner.
WHERE IS THE TOLERANCE/HAPPINESS POLICY HERE? OR THIS A FALLACY?

(You had already taken my suitcase off the Fly Dubai flight I had checked in for so unbeknown to me my place on the flight did not exist! No one informed me of this nor was my permission sought. again WHERE IS THE TOLERANCE, particularly during the month of Ramadan!

To make matters worse your plain clothed officers then picked up a 'prisoner in cuffs' who seems either drunk or drugged. I felt threatened at the back of that vehicle and I felt My security was in jeopardy . Is this the way you treat a law abiding citizen in Dubai ? The situation was resolved within 25 minutes at the police station and I got a taxi back to terminal2 arriving at 3.30. I went straight to the Fly Dubai desk to make sure my luggage was still on the plane because I was in good time for my flight. I was told I would not be able to fly now as it was too late (flight was leaving at 4.15pm). The supervisors were of no assistance at all- again did not care. I then had to purchase a new flight the following day at a cost of 2200AED (more than the return flight I booked to Bangkok). What kind of treatment is this? I thought Ramadan was the month of giving . I thought customer/ UAE resident wellbeing and happiness was paramount. I have never been treated in such a manner in my life. FLY DUBAI WERE ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE, EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAD NO TIME FOR ME WHATSOEVER. I was given no discount at all, considering the fact that the flight had NOT left the airport yet. NO WHERE IN THE WORLD ARE PEOPLE TREATED LIKE THIS. My bag could have easily been put on that plane - I do not care what your policy or procedures are, you are completely going against any human rights (UN Human Rights). SEE BELOW AS MATTERS NOW JUST GOT WORSE:

COMPLAINT 2 - FZ522 BANGKOK TO DUBAI SUNDAY 30TH JULY. To make the situation worse, the flight back to Dubai was as bad.
1: The flight was meant to leave Bangkok at 02:55 today. We were all sat at the gate for over an hour. Not one announcement or apology was made at all. I did not know whether I was coming or going. Everyone just sat there waiting (I have photo evidence of this). at 03:30am there was some activity at the door to the gate. Everyone stood up and a queue was formed. Again no announcement was made at all, bearing in mind this is now nearing an hour delay!) We waited another 15 minutes. There was absolutely no organisation or apology for the delay. Nothing whatsoever. So we started boarding the plane at 03:45.
The plane did not move until 04:15. No announcement, no apology, no reasons given. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED THIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR VALUE ON ANY AIRLINE. I HAD TO ASK FOR WATER 3 TIMES. The first time I was told by a member of the cabin crew (WHO ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL) that they could not open the service area until take off - complete RUBBISH.
The plane started to move at 04:15. We did not take off until 04:30. I asked for some water again and was told I had to pay for it! FLY DUBAI HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER. Not one announcement was made.

I had booked and paid for the Premium Entertainment Package, my Seat and extra baggage allowance when I booked the flight back in April. Was any of this recognised? NO! I chose a window seat - was it a window seat? No it was a white plastic wall. The window was for the seat in front of me!
What about the meal?... Again absolutely no customer service. I was offered what I can only describe as 'crap' at 05:30 (photo evidence too) - Potato Cake. Potato Cake layered with disgusting cheese and served with dry potatoes. (Oh I had been given my 'free' water tub when I purchased the bottle of water before - no other drinks offered with the 'meal'!)
Firstly it smelt disgusting and I do not eat cream cheese like that. It looked and smelt disgusting. I asked if there were any other options and told unequivocally NO (with the cabin crew giving me their usual sarcastic smile) There was another pasta option, however I was TOLD that I had already selected this online which I had NOT. Absolutely unacceptable treatment. So I ate nothing on the 6.5 hour flight.

On landing the baggage took 30 minutes to come out.

I EXPECT SOME SERIOUS FORM OF COMPENSATION FOR THE FIRST FLIGHT (Considering the unexplainable delay I experienced on the 2nd flight) AND A WRITTEN APOLOGY FROM FLY DUBAI AND THE AIRPORT AUTHORITIES.

I am not taking this further at present, however if I do not receive some kind of response withing the next 5 to 10 days I will be taking this much further and involving the media as well. FLY DUBAI do not have the right to treat people in such a manner. Not only one flight, but on both flights!

FlyDubai seats too narrow

The seats are too small and narrow.

I found out too late that fly dubai has their own airport and so when they landed I thought we landed at the kuwait airport and my husband was on his way to pick me up from kuwait airport. I got stuck at fly dubai's own airport and then I had to use their taxi to get out of their airport. Fly dubai should notify customers that they have their own airport so that travelers can arrange with their family/friends to pick up the traveler from flu dubai airport. My husband was so angry to not see me at the usual kuwait airport. He wasted his time to pick me at the kuwait airport, because he took off work to pick me up, but I ended up in fly dubai airport without prior warning nor knowledge.

I didnt see any cars coming to pick up customers from the fly dubai airport.. I dont know if that means it's not possible to get out of fly dubai aiport without using their overpriced taxis.

FlyDubai poor facilities and bad attitude, unhelpful flight attendant

My name is mohamed Akram I am a passenger who is traveling with fly dubai FZ797 to go romania today 22/17/17 at 10:30am flight
I plan my trip in a good mood to enjoy the facilities therefore I pre paid the movie and special meal .

I booked my seat 21 -A and after the plan left when it was stable I wanted to watch a movie and apparently I came to know the screens are not working waited 20mint for them to check and later on they ask me to move another seat where it's possible to watch
Seat no 25 -D after seating there screen was opening however sounds doesn't work and I request for help they brought another headset still the sounds doesn't work it's been already 30mint still couldn't able to watch my movie
After while one women came to me shouting at me saying who authorized to seat here and yelling in front of everyone to get out of this seat next her kids and I was shocked because of the crew, how someone can allow me to seat who has family already sitting on that place and I feel so embarrassed.
Again the crew ask me to move another seat no 15-F and I try to watch a movie screen touch doesn't work
I did listen to them once, twice, third time but all I want is just to enjoy movie and my meal
I am very disappointed about the poor service and I spoked to them I had very long day without restless all I want to chill myself and enjoy the movie and I request to offer me business class as the crew mentioned no matter what we can't allow to move business class Knowing already most of the seats are vacant and I have only left 2:30 mint to reach my distinction
At the end I was offered same place where I still can't enjoy watching movie and they only want to refund 60 aed
Which I don't agreed but they force me whereby the service is limited for the customers
I am regular traveler for use fly dubai almost 4 years .

I feel not welcomed, bad service, horrified experience, crews showed me how busy their work regardless my issues was unsolved at the end what I paid and ruined my time very uncomfortable way .
I request one Pepsi as the crew mentioned earlier we can offer some drinks for free
I came to know after while I need to pay for the Pepsi which is unacceptable and poor communication.
After 2 hours later the crew came try her best to touch the screen to let me watch movie and apparently after select the movie she mentioned now no longer we can offer the 60 aed voucher.
End up with flight journey without watching a movie what I paid .
after while I want to go toilet and trying to pause the movie unfortunately due to the difficulty of touch screen unable to paused and I have to go toilet and I missed some part .
Which I don't understand as I can see that they don't care about how many hours I waited for a movie and for the service which doesn't provided because of facilities was not working
Instead of making me happy crews wanted still the payment and how piety it is such a airline like this has cheap service.

I want to bring this to your management as matter of fact this is not a service I was expecting and moreover such things like this need to be consideration.

FlyDubai complaint on not loading my baggage

Ref. : 1) Flight No. FZ 731 dated 12 Jul. 2017 for Ashgabat
: 2) E-Ticket No. [protected] – 1 – VIJAY RAGHOBAJI NINAWE – SAET NO. 8F

Please note I have made journey by Fly Dubai Flight No. FZ 731 on 21 July 2017 and checked in one baggage having tag no. FZ 470084.

After journey, I was waiting for more than 45 minutes, but, my baggage has not come. Turkmenistan Airlines staff informed me to contact Fly Dubai staffs for making complaint.

I met Fly Dubai staff at airport and they checked record and confirmed me that my bag has not loaded in the flight, however, they refused to take complaint and ask me to write to you.

Please note that I have come on business trip and you have kept my baggage at Dubai airport.

My all items as listed below are in my baggage which is not loaded in the flight:
1) All my cloths (including underwear, office dress, night dress)
2) Medicines;
3) Food products (snacks and prepared food)
4) Office documents;
5) Mobile chargers
6) Toothpaste and shaving kits
Can you please clarify the followings?
1) Why you have not informed us about “not” loading our baggage, prior to travel?
2) How can I manage my stay without above at work place?
3) How do ensure that our baggage will come as soon as possible and deliver to us at work place?

Please treat this as URGENT and reply to me?

FlyDubai onboard insult

Dear FlyDubai Management,

Hope this mail finds you well!
Firstly i would like to thank you for your hospatality in your flights from MCT/HBE and HBE/MCT it was obvious that you properly managed to fill the gab left behind the Qatar airways and you succeeded to gain the trust of all the people travelling MCT/HBE and HBE/MCT, and that will reflect positively in the future, However i & my wife were insulted by one of your hostess in a horrible Experience !
for the first time of my life i witness such rude way of communication and irrogency that was not only for my family but also for many families on board the flight number : FZ 176 HBE/DXB.
Date is 20/07/2017

The hostess if from Arab Nationality ( either Syrian or Lebanese) and thats what happened Exactly :
we just walked in the airplane and she was about to check the passengers seat belts while she was approaching our seats my wife was speaking to me and asking if i could ask the hostess to transfer our seats to the front one cause she thought the hostess is from European background
'' for the front seat you have to pay 200 DHM, Open the window beside you ... OOOpen it''
she said it in a Sarcastic and irrogant way as if we can't afford it, we were totally shocked and we couldn't say a word untill she shokingly continued '' seat belt of the Baby'' she meant my Infant 1 year and 8 months who was sleeping ..'' get him upright please'' i tried to get myself together and i told her ''he is asleep can i hold him and...'' she interrupted me again rudly and said '' get him upright noww we need to go, we already late"" that was it.. i told her heyyy heyy calm down here .. carelessly she asked another hostess to speak to me her name was Alina the supervisor of the team who understands my problem, but i asked for a complaint form and she said ok and she NEVER give me one for the whole 4 hours
i should mention the great hospitality of Firas ''one of fly dubai members'' who was dedicated for this part of the plane after what happened from the first hostess and that i think due to the orders of Alina

i should also mention that what happened to me took place with a Mom with a baby who asked her for something that i could not recognize but i saw her yelling at her

i have to report what happen, please don't get such sick people on your planes, you have lovely stuff that i enjoyed to be with in all my flights and even with Alina and Firas in the same flight with this crazy female .. but really she is a horrible image of you guys and it is easy to see that this the way she is communicating (only by aggressive way)

i need to know your response for this complaint and your steps since i did not want to go with this for social Media waiting for your investigation.

i will not let it go, my family is terribly hurt and i will find each and every channel to report this, so if there is ethics office or HR Department kindly send me their mails.

FlyDubai security breach - incompetence - no refund -

I am complaining about the situation described on #[protected] [ ref:_00Db0dBTz._500b016gfwd:ref ].

The company has done nothing about my situation for more than 2 months.

FlyDubai has a problem with their security online and they do not want to acknoweldge it. To put it straight they do not want to communicate at all about this problem.

To make it clear I will describe what happened. In May I was trying to get the ticket online Bangkok - Tbilisi on the official flydubai.com site. To confirm the pay my bank sent me the code to my phone number which for some reasons I did not get. Thus, I did not confirm paying for the flight that time.
The next day I found a cheaper price for the same FlyDubai flight but on another site (edreams). I got the flight from edreams. And surprisingly, once I paid for the flight on edreams, FlyDubai charged me for the flight I wanted to get the previous day. The question FlyDubai has not answewred is how they could charge me for the flight I did not confirm.

As a result I turned out with the double booking - one that I booked myself on edreams.com, and another is the same flight that Flydubai charged somehow without my confirmation. Isn't it a proof of security breach?

I called the office on May 4th from skype and with the help of the operator called Warica I cancelled Flydubai booking and I left edreams booking. She also promised a refund for the flight they charged within 7 weeks. To my surprise, the two bookings were still in the system when I was checking in before the departure in Bangkok.

I emailed the official complaint on May 11th asking for the clarification of the situation and asking for the refund that they confirmed the phone.

In our correspondence they were incompetent to ask me for the same information that I had already sent. For example I asked them to listen to my cancelling my second flight on May 4th saying that it was a skype call (and I gave the time and duration of the call) and they asked for the number I called from 3 more times after that. I had to repeat the same information which is "I cannot know the number I called from cause it was a skype call, but I am sure you can find that call easily given that I am telling you the time and duration of the call and the country I called from".

Since then the company has not done anything about it. They ignore my emails leaving them unaswered for more than 36 days now. I contacted the Flydubai office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They confirmed that the company has to pay the refund in any double booking. But the local Georgian travel agency office cannot do anything about it.

This leaves me with the two questions:

1) Where is the proof of me paying for the flight from Flydubai official site? I did not confirm the flight. How could you charge for something that I did not confirm?

2) When I cancelled the second booking on the phone, why did I still have the double booking on my flight day? How is it possible to have it when your employee Warica said she cancelled it and promised a refund by June 15th?

3) When will I finally get a refund for the flight that I did not confirm paying for? the refund that I was supposed to get by June 15th?

FlyDubai baggage not got

I was flying from Dubai to lucknow on 10 july flight number was FZ 433 economy class as i reached the International Airport of lucknow india and after waiting for about 1hr i found out that my luggage was not reached to ther airport not only mine there were also many passengers whose bags were missing i had 2 baggages and i have submitted a complain also and they told me that it is not confim when the baggages will arrive so i want you to fix your carelessness and deliver my baggages as soon as possible

FlyDubai refund

Hi my flight was cancelled from Doha to Bangkok and I sumbitted for a refund on 5th June. I was advised this could take upto 7 weeks however two of my friends who submitted refund requests after myself have recieved them both now. This is not acceptable. One receieved within a week the other within 3 weeks. When i tried to call the man on the phone refused to allow me to speak to a manager and treated me with no respect basically because I am a woman. I had to pay money for a secondary flight because fly dubai are incompetent at returning money to me. I was told that I could only get answers by emailing in however again this is unacceptable as you state you will not reply u til 14days. This is far too long. It does not take fly dubai 7 weeks to take my money therefore why should I need to wait 7 weeks to be refunded that money. I would like to know why some people who submitted refunds after myself have recieved their refunds before me? Is it because their husbands called and demanded it? Is it because I am a woman that its being delayed? I am extremely angered by this and disappointed that fly dubai continually refuse to let me speak to someone regarding this matter and keep fobbing me off to send emails which get no reply . My reservation details are Ms Jillian McLaughlin. 22nd June from Doha to Bangkok I27163.

FlyDubai I would like to reschedule my return ticket from macau t beirut

FlyDubai unprofessional behavior of mr. harinder singh at t3 igi

Hi Team,
Date of the incident was 09th of June, 2017. Flight was Delhi to Yerevan. Booking id is BET51521393460. my contact email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
First of all, I want to say you thanks for my flight experience which was really good.
But in regards to my airport experience that was unbearable. One of your airport manager's behave was unprofessional. He was behaving like he is the only person who have flights.
Let me clear you the situation, we were going to Delhi to Yerevan(Armenia via Dubai). At that time, we have not had return tickets from Armenia to Delhi. Then your staff said that we must have return ticket (on tourist visa) first before departure, only then we can fly. Then we asked them to show us written policy regarding mandatory return tickets clause. First they tried to search that clause in their system, but after unsuccessful attempt of search, they replied to discuss with their manager. Then after 20 minutes wait Mr.Harinder Singh (that time manager) was came to resolve the problem (Don't know either came to resolve problem or to create problem).
First Mr. Harinder said, we must have return ticket before fly from any airlines. Then we asked the same thing with him i.e. written policy regarding mandatory return tickets clause. Then after some discussion, I don't know what was happened with him. He said you must have return ticket with flydubai only, other airline's ticket is acceptable. Then after many request he allowed us to book ticket from other airlines also. Then we book tickets at the counter only through our mobiles from Airarabia. Then they allowed us to check in.
Can you please tell me, do you have any written policy regarding mandatory return ticket on tourist visa. If yes, then please send me a copy of such policy.
And, please tell me where is it written that return ticket must be from flydubai. Please send me the copy of that policy
I want my money back for this unprofessional behavior otherwise I will go for the legal proceedings for compensation for mentally harassment.

FlyDubai unethical and abusive behavior from mr. hussain at the fly dubai counter (yerevan flight)

Dubai-yerevan flight fz 117 on 28/june. Time approx between 12 and 1245 at the gate

Part1
I am the ceo of a fortune 500 company and have a long and illustrious career globally. Me and my family were about to go on holiday to yerevan and were waiting close to the gate when I realised that my sons adhd medicines were checked in by mistake. I went to the counter and asked if I could get that bag back. The asian gentleman at the counter was polite and said "no" but then called for mr. Hossain/hussain who seemed to be the "supervisor: to double check.
Part2
Mr. Hossain starts moaning loudly to his team in the counter-"dont call me/ this is not my counter/I am tired etc etc."very loudly. I am standing alone in the counter while other customers (10 plus witnesses could hear this man rant and rave). He finally looks at me and says"no"we cant do anything about the bag.
Part 3
I begin to leave when I call him aside and tell him his attitude in a client facing position needs improvement. He then proceeds to shout loudly at me and say"offload this person" and then walk me to the police. The police man was classy and tried to defuse the situation but this gentleman told me if he was not in uniform he would assault me. This is unacceptable and I will not tolerate it. He then held onto the boarding passes and insulted me again in front of my son before finally handing them back to me. Just before the flight.

Part 4
This kind of aggravated intent to assault and threats from a supervisor are despicable and in poor taste. I have over 15 witnesses on the flight who will vouch for me and I intent to examine all legal options in front of me.

Part 5
Conclusion: I am willing to depose in any court of law on this gentleman. He should not be in the service industry and is a menace to society and a danger to your airline.
Incidentally the bag was missing aed 2, 800 and several items when we arrived.

FlyDubai flydubai stealing (they canceled flight and not refund the ticket)

Dear Sir,

Please i need your help as this unfair and unprofessional way form flydubai Airlines.

I received an email from flight dubai that the flight is canceled after that i ask for refund and i sent a lot of emails to the customer services and no response and respect to the clients .

Please, as the service was canceled means I have the right to refund my money this what i said to them but no answer or caring about client.

I need your help, i don't know what shall i do to complaint against them for this kind of dealing and stealing and respect.

FlyDubai canceled ticket without notification

On may 30th, I bought ticket dubai sarajevo, paid and get confirmation of payment and booking number:

Departure to sarajevo on june 22nd, arrival to dubai on june 27th.

Few days ago I was searching on line through open to find out possibility for changing the date to 01/07/2017 for the return form sarajevo and I was searching different days and options. As I still didn't confirmed my leave I decided to keep the ticket as bought and possibly change the date le=ater, so I didn't proceed any amendments.

Tonight, I wanted to see if there are any new fares for change the booking, and I was an pleasantly surprised to find out that my booking was comletly canceled, without any notice. I didn't receive any mail or notification about canceled booking.

I called immediately fly dubai and spoke with your representative, who search in your system and find out that my booking was canceled on line and he informed me that mail with voucher number and pin was send to may email address. That email I have never received.!
I asked him to retrieve my booking and he told me that it is not possible now as voucher is already issued (and I do not have a clue about that)!

Hopefully, I was able to find the seats for new booking tonight, but I needed to pay 700 aed more for something that I didn't do. I even can not use voucher as I didn't received pin on my email, so need to wait till tomorrow to try to complete the payment.

While I was trying to search the options for changing the date, I didn't do any cancellation, I just try to manage the booking for 1 flight (Returning) and the booking for departure I didn't touch.
Even if, by mistake I press cancellation - how it is possible that one touch can do full cancellation without any confirmation and notification.

So, kindly consider my complain and do investigation, as I am asking for explanation and refund.

FlyDubai unethical & rude behavior, topped me for flying without valid reason

Hello

yesterday on date 17th june 2017 i had a ticket to dubai with booking reference qi3ln7, with visit visa of 30 days, but my travel days was 24 days, i went to airport to check-in & i had a indian currency of 30, 000 with 2 international credit cards, but also your fly dubai airlines staff told me that i cant fly without 3000 aed & misbehave & spoke rudely is this the indisciplined staff you all are hiring what the hell is this ? there is no any rule mentioned in your policies & what about my ticket which i booked refundable & did not get my money back. I need my money refunded as soon as possible, this is not our fault, these are your faults that you ppl are not mentioning the rules of this 3000 aed show money, u ppl are no one to ask about this& if u are stopping us to fly, you should give my ticket refund amount . Many person did not fly today due to your faults. This company is making fool to the passengers, i had to come back home due to this bloddy fake rules . You will have to give the refund.

Your staffs are no one to stop flying me, they dont have manners how to speak to the passengers & they dont have any permission to harras the passengers, they are not the immigration dept. Or any, they dont have any right.

My ticket is attached with this mail, i need my full refund amount or else i am going to file a case against this fly dubai company

FlyDubai service

Dear sir

It is requested that i have a flydubai ticketing id from
karachi agency name: noor e munir air travels khi iata: 273noore
My agency is located in dera ghazi khan
The reason of this email is that i tried to get facilitation from multan pakistan due to fly dubai office located near to my office but the multan office employee are not professional they even not reply the mail if we send deposit slip for balance they reply us the next day after 3 to 4 reminder if we request for group they reply after 3 to 4 days after 4 to 5 reminder.they never tried to corporate with customer .
But after sending this mail to mr khurrum salar on khurram.[protected]@flydubai.com no response from any of your employee even i send this mail to mr khurrum salar he never reply me .could you please tell me the person in fly dubai who is professional in your team or fly dubai has no need of business
Would it be possible for you to solve my problem .

FlyDubai luggage missing stuff

Hi I came from dubai to jordan on flight number fz143 on 26/may, and once I arrive to home and open my bag, there are many items stolen also I found some of my stuff ruined by human action. I do not know if you will compensation me, but I advise anyone who will use this flight to put a lock on his bag or to carry it on plane.
My bag number 0026. Hope you take an action.

FlyDubai not refunding the ticket for 7 months

As I already sent in several emails, and said to several people, answering flydubai customer service no, I canceled ticket in October 2016. One month later tried to refund it over website but it did not work. So I called and emailed but I was ignored, neglected and treated badly. At the end one of the staff told me she can not do anything about it. So who will refund my ticket and ia there any hope after 7months?

FlyDubai worst procedure of scheduling travel time and no refund

I would like to bring this notice to all the Passangesrs and to alert them that before booking a ticket to a flight in flyDubai, Be prepared to the consequent trouble and harassment made by the FlyDubai for their own several reasons given. I made a booking to a flight from Mumbai to Riyadh for 06 - Aug - 2017 now we are been informed by them that the flight is rescheduled, earlier Flight waiting time was 2 hrs in Dubai and now its rescheduled for 12 hrs waiting in Dubai airport. when i ask for refund they are informing you will get voucher only. after this i am not going to book ticket from Dubaifly. My only mistake is that I booked ticket for Fly Dubai, which we now promise never to repeat back in our life and never again to fly by Fly Dubai.

FlyDubai tampered luggage

Hi,

I came from Fly Dubai flight FZ 021 to Bahrain on 19th May, 2017. My luggage was not arrived and the staff asked me to come tomorrow again. I have been today and got my missing bag but when i came back to my hotel and opened my bag, there were several items missing from my bag like my vanity bag, perfume etc . A chocolate packet was opened and wrappers were inside my bag. This is not acceptable and i m shocked that What if somebody keep something inside my bag? It was my last flight and I will never ever go with fly Dubai.

I would like to inform you that i’m the above named mohamed shibly ubaidur risly. i would like to bring you following facts:
1. i had purchased this ticket from above mentioned ticketing agent in doha, qatar.

2. i had to fly on your airlines on 28th april 2017 at 01:35 from colombo to doha. my booking was already confirmed. i left from my home to the colombo airportby rented vehicle on 27th april 2017 evening due to i had departure early morning at 01:35. when i was on the way to colombo airport from my home, i received a call from my ticketing agent that my flight was cancelled suddenly & they arranged new booking on 29th april 2017 at 06:15. then i was close to the colombo airport. but i was confused. however, i went to the airport & asked on fly dubai staff & they said that there were no any delay or cancelled. then i asked on them what the meaning of this& they requested me to inform to your office regarding this. i was so struggling there. then i asked hotel accommodation. but they refused grant hotel.

3. in the mean time i came to know my booking was rescheduling as 29th april 2017 at 06:15. by this situation i had to return my home. then i hired a van again to return home.

4. once again i left to colombo airport on the 28th april 2017 from my home where i hired another van.

5. i lost 2 days salary in my company.

6. by these incidents i had to spend huge amount of money unwantedly. those are as follows:

7. (a) 27/4/2017 van hired for slr 20, 000.00
8. (b) same day i returned to home & van hired for slr 24, 500.00. because your authorities in the colombo airport has refused to grant hotel accommodation.
9. (c) again i hired another van to airport for slr 20, 000.00
10. (d) in addition i lost 2 days salary qr 120.00

Dear sir/madam,
Please note that i had to spend extra slr 49, 000.00 unwantedly. when i inquired on the ticketing agent in doha regarding this, they said that fly dubai done this change& they requested me to claim my damage from you.
Therefore, please refund my damage slr 49, 000.00 in this my pathetic situation.
I have given above your doha ticketing agent’s contact details.
