Normally for a company that manufactures expensive equipment such as the Fluidity barre you might expect some assistance in the event you need to replace parts that get damaged, regardless of if you purchased from them directly or inherited it from someone else.

The feet and bumpers of the unit are fragile and break. After several attempts to get a hold of the company, they finally got back to me and informed me that, "per company policy" they are unable to even sell replacement parts for the unit. I made it clear to them that I was willing to pay. No luck. Apparently they do not want my money I was willing to pay for the replacement parts, so they are out that money and I am out the use of a very expensive piece of equipment. I will never do business with this company again.

I called for a return authorization within the 30 days. It never showed up in my email. When calling the customer service rep, she said she could see that they received my call and issued the authorization, but since now it was after the 30 days there was nothing they could do. I have not even opened the box! They have proof that I called, they say they issued the return, but I never received the authorization. This is ridiculous. That is a lot of money to just let go! If anyone has a phone number that would get me up the chain, that would be greatly appreciated. She said there was no other person I could speak with. The Customer Service Rep, "Tara", was incredibly rude. She is the reason I am writing this warning. This is not a customer centered company. They will do nothing at all to help you with your return, even though they never did their part. Terrible service. I will be spreading the word about this company. Don't buy from them.

I ordered the Fluidity Fitness machine on February 22, 2014. When I received it, I set it up and noticed that the back stabilizer bar lifts off the ground when doing certain exercises. I tried many different positions to see if it would make a difference and it didn't. I called the customer service number and requested the return authorization number, and they tried to get me to change my mind. They suggested that I use weights to keep the back stabilizer bar in place; they even went as far as offering to take $100 dollars off
the price. I declined and went to return it and paid $118. This is outrageous; your bar is unstable and can cause possible injury, and I have to pay that amount to return it. They should put this on the website. It's unclear as to how much it costs to return as shipping out from their end is only $10. Buyers beware!
