Flowers.ms / Unethical behavior
I ordered flowers 5/16/17 #[protected]. I received an email confirming the order AND a Security Alert from my email providers saying the site was a scam. On further digging I find numerous complaints about the company. I call the company's 24 hour line. The lady cannot understand English. Her manager gets on and says the are a Message Service and have no knowledge of the business. I check my bank account and the money's already gone.
I emailed them to CANCEL my order. Will they do this?? I Just Want MY money back and I am alerting my bank because they have just too much information.
BBB says the company is located in Massachusetts?
