The owners of Flowers by Timothy & Snelgrove’s Confection have used items stolen from my house to decorate their business. They recently rented a house from me in Poquonock, CT. They bounced their first rent check, and didn’t pay the next months until 12 days after the first. I had them evicted after receiving only the 750 for rent. They let their animals ruin the floors, painted kitchen cabinets black, painted other walls black, stole french doors, pantry doors, a door to the basement, curtain rods and switch plates.
They also stole the lawn and garden equipment from my house. They recently renovated their business. Guess how? They used all of the equipment they stole from me. My neighbor saw them using it at their store and assumed they would return it to the house, but they never did.
That beautiful french door they’re using as their front window display is the right side to the french doors missing from my house. They have also been known to over charge people and said it was a technical problem and didn’t refund the customers the money, and not pay their part time staff for hours worked.

Don't use this man's flower shop. He likes to charge you not once, but multiple times for the same order stating it's a subscription. Then says his financial department is unavailable to help. From what I've read from online reviews, he likes to use old flowers and rent houses just to be evicted over and over. I've pressed charges for 8 additional credit charges I didn't authorize. It'll catch up to him someday.
