I had ordered a dress from this website in April for a June wedding only to find out that it was on back order after I emailed them. They said it would be in by the end on the month and would arrive before I needed it. When I emailed them in May asking what the status was on the dress the again said that it would be at the end on the month. When I still didn't hear anything from them in the beginning of June I emailed them back and they told me that it would not get in until after the date I needed so I had to find a new dress 2 weeks before my wedding and they did not give me any kind of a discount on another dress so I had to spend more money and the dress did not arrive until the week before my wedding. They only go through email for the most part. If you want to call them you can call the number from the website but you get a recording telling you to leave a message and they would get back to you usually the same day. In my case I did call them after I was told that my dress would not be in until the end of June and they did not call me back until the next day and I was unavailable to talk to them because I was a work. They only operate between the hours of 10 and 4:30 so if you are lucky to get more than one response from them in a day. The dress that I originally ordered is still on their website but it does not say anything about being on back order.
