Avas Flowers flower delivery confirmation

I ordered flowers on 5/16. First I was told they could not complete a delivery, then I received a call back that they could. I placed a $100 order. I never received the receipt. I called back and was put on hold over 20 minutes. I then called back on 5/17 to only be put on hold and no one can confirm if the delivery took place. Not such a big deal since American Express will immediately stop payment once I call them. What a shame, this is a small area, and my first order. I will be sure to use anyone else in the future.

Avas Flowers mothers day flowers

Don't ever order from this company, what a scam. Ordered flowers for my mother, for Mothers day, she never got them. Also ordered for my wives mother, she also never got them. They sent a notice this morning refunding for my mom's. Still looking for my Mother in-laws, 3 days later. Spent over 200.00 dollars and neither got a Mothers Day gift. How sad. Avas Flowers Size & flowers of arrangement ordered was not met

on Saturday 04/06/19 a sympathy arrangement was delivered. I purchased what is on your website as being named " Yellow Sympathy Standing Basket" I purchased the premium - large.
1st the arrangement size was standard - small at best.
2nd the stand was not delivered with the flowers. At one point the flowers were n the floor.
3rd. there are flowers missing from the arrangement show on your website.

I was disappointed to here that Avas Flowers does not stand behind their product sold. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Avas Flowers AKA Flower Tech Center, Mahwah, NJ again.

I ordered from Avas flowers June 3 for my daughters Anniversary. They called and said they couldn't deliver them that day, so if the next day was ok, and they would send an upgraded bouquet. I already paid for the highest upgrade, but the man said it would be vey nice. Come yesterday she called and informed me that the flowers were nothing like I had said, they were pink bunch roses, very small, some white flower she didn't know, no fillers, not even in the vase she had ro put them in water. She was disappointed and I was just plain mad as that was $100. Pretty tacky. I will never order from them again and will spread the word how bad they are. Goes to prove, if you are sending flowers use FTD or Teleflora. They are a lot more reliable. DO NOT USE AVAS FLOWERS A BIG RIP OFF!

Avas Flowers My order was a nightmare

I had flowers sent to my daughter at a hotel in Austin, Tx because it was her birthday instead of ordering online I decided to call up the flower company I get a person that could not barely speak English and could not understand me. Evidently he had screwed everything up I get a urgent text message from them telling me to call them up. So I did I had talk to these people eight times and she did receive the spring tulips but no Mylar balloon W/Happy birthday on it and then they misspelled her name wrong they said they had corrected it but they did not. I will never ever use this flower company ever again it was very frustrating because I wanted it to be perfect that day because it was her birthday. When I asked for a manager I never got one they didn't want me talking to a manager or supervisor they went around the whole subject. Thought the reviews were good but apparently they were not I did some more research and found out by the Better Business Bureau that they have a grade F what it needs to be is a U for unsatisfactory. Not a well structured or organize company. Please be aware do you not order from this company it'll be a nightmare if you do.

Avas Flowers Valentine Flowers

On February 14, 2019 at 09:36 AM, I paid a $130.00 to have the flowers delivered to my wife's job. I tracked the flowers all day and it was never delivered. I tried calling numerous times but couldn't get anyone on the phone. The call back option is a joke and an absolute waste of time . At 7:08 pm, I got an email stating that a delivery attempt was made but was unsuccessful. I gave the name of the hospital, the address, and the exact location she worked. Most important, I never receive a phone call from anyone during this so called delivery attempt. I called to day and still can't talk to anyone. The automated system states a reattempt of the delivery will happen today. Please tell my I would spend a $130 dollars to have the flowers delivered the day after Valentines Day. To ruin my wife's Valentine surprise is one thing but to be so unethical as to lie about making an attempt is totally unethical. I just want my refund!

Avas Flowers non-delivery of merchandise

I ordered flowers for a funeral and was told that they could be delivered at the time that I needed. I got a notice later that day that gave a time and date later than I had asked for. I contacted Ava's flowers and got no answer. I kept calling and the automatic answering machine kept telling me the time that the flowers would be delivered and it was later than the funeral service.

I was at the funeral and no flowers were there from my family. I contacted Ava's Flowers and told them that I would not pay for the order that was not received. The company keeps saying that they were delivered but they were not!

I will never use this company again and I suggest that if you need something delivered, that you use a florist that you know.

Avas Flowers Failure to deliver flowers and no refund

I want to caution consumers to please not buy any flowers from AVAS Flowers. I paid AVAS Flowers $232 to deliver flowers for my sister-in-law funeral at Old St Mary's Cathedral in San Francisco on October 20tth. They never delivered the flowers and kept me on hold for 1 1/2 hours on the day of the funeral. They lied to me that the flowers were delivered. I was in the cathedral and the Reverend and church worker had not received the flowers. Subsequent phone calls that I made to AVAS Flowers placed me on hold with no response. This company is a scam and they will steal your money. This was extremely upsetting to me and my family. They kept switching me from one employee to another and placing me on indefinite holds.

I am writing on anywhere I can find reviews for this company. Do not order from them. If you do your research ahead of time you will see what they make a practice of doing. Promising arrangements and delivering junk. It is the same complaint from everyone. The arrangement will not be the same, the colors the flowers or the size. Some have been received dead flowers. You will not get anywhere with customer service. Save your money, protect yourself and Shop anywhere else but here!

Avas Flowers floral delivery

I ordered a birthday bouquet of flowers to be delivered by on Monday August 27th for my step-daughter's birthday. When I didn't get a picture from her showing the flowers, I texted her to see if the delivery information had not been updated. She never got the flowers!
I contacted Avas this morning to find out what happened. I was informed that the local florist canceled last minute and that they would be delivered today. That customer service rep. then got back on the line and informed me that the flowers would not be delivered today but Tomorrow!
This is CRAP! Had they contacted me to let me know what was going on I may have been a little bit nicer but...
I will not be buying flowers through this company again. I have been ordering through this company for about a year on special occasions and had not ever gotten the floral design I ordered.

They delivered wrong flowers when I specifically asked Them to confirm with their vendor that they had the flower. They substituted everything and when I complained, they told me they would give me 10% off which infuriated me. I spoke with a couple of supervisors who did not give me satisfaction. I finally looked st their policy on line that clearly stated that if they didn’t have the flower requested by customer, they would put the order on hold to notify the customer.
The principle is that they made every excuse in the work and never acknowledged that they messed up. Very poor business model!

Avas Flowers Deceiving pictures from avas flowers not worth the money.

We ordered a so called Blooming White Standing Spray arrangement for a funeral. See 2nd picture below of what is on the company's website of the arrangement should look like. You think that is what you are getting.

The 1st picture listed is what was delivered. It was such an embarrassment to see that for $124.99 that I was thankful that it ended up towards the back of the room for no one to see.

We called the company to file a complaint and forward them a copy of the flowers and the customer service was even worse than the company. They claim that was acceptable and would not offer to resend another arrangement nor apologize for the horrible arrangement.

At this point we have called AMEX and have filed a complain to dispute the charges.
We will never use this company again. The pictures in there website are very misleading, that is not what you are going to get.. Also the reviews in their website show 5star and every other website I have gone to have them as 1star. To make matters worst the card was written so badly my 5 year old granddaughter has better handwriting.

Avas Flowers a birthday flower bouquet

On my daughter-in-law's birthday I ordered on Avas's website a "Prestine Patel" flowers to deliver to her work place. It cost about $100... I wanted the Patel colored flowers as the photo shown on their website. But the actual flowers delivered was totally different color! I took photos to show you it allows me to.. it a regular dark red, no pastel pink, peach flowers like it was shown on their website which I ordered! After I complained they only reimbursed me $9!

Avas Flowers flower delivery service

Buyer beware: On 02/17/2018 I called AvasFlowers needing a same day delivery. I found this company online. The order taker told me they'd be able to do a same day delivery by 5pm. I was pleased with the customer service and surprised but since the website stated it was from a local florist I assumed this was the reason why. After paying with my cc, I received a confirmation text message. Again, I thought this is great! How very convenient! Hours later, I wasbrowsing my email and saw I'd received an email from AvasFlowers.net.in the form email they said the wouldn't be able to deliver on the date requested. The form email didn't specify when they would deliver so I had to call them. The automated message told me the next delivery date was 02/19! Two days later. Fine but I needed this today. So, I called again and spoke to a customer service representative. After 10 minutes of back and forth confirming my identification and my order recipients name, I was put on hold after asking why there was a two day delay. The young female customer service representative was apologetic but I needed flowers today and asked for my money back. It wasn't my fault I was misinformed by their order taker earlier that day. If he'd told me no they couldn't deliver today... I wouldn't have placed an order! I needed full refund so that I could go buy flowers myself. After another hold I was informed they'd refund part of my money but were keeping a 15.95 fee for their trouble. What trouble? I'm the one that's inconvenienced. I'm the one that was misinformed. I'm the one that the didn't bother to call when they decided they couldn't fill the order! I'm the one that's going to have to rush out and find a grocery store bouquet! I'm the one that's doing the running with little time to do so because they didn't bother to call me immediately when they knew they couldn't deliver.
But you shouldn't have expected same day delivery may be a valid argument. If they couldn't deliver I should have been told upfront. By not doing so and then not calling to inform me of the change... I'm thinking this isn't a company anyone wants to do business with. Not ever.

Pretty pics on FB but one of the worst customer experiences provided. Marcel the manager was polite but he should have done the right thing and waived the fee. I'll be posting my complaint... everywhere. Reward to the company that steals money with fees when it's their error and their employees giving bad information to unsuspecting paying consumers.

Avas Flowers Peach & white sympathy spray

I ordered the "premium" Peach & White sympathy spray for my sisters funeral with the sympathy card $3.99 and two sashes $9.99 each. The picture depicted on the website is of the "deluxe" arrangement and has approx. 50 flowers in it. The arrangement I received as the "premium" arrangement had approx. 35 flowers in it! It also had a sloppy handwritten card pinned to the ribbon bow and NO sashes! Instead they glued and stapled the words Beloved Sister and Aunt to the ribbon bow! Very very poor quality! For this, I paid $204.00! After contacting Avas numerous times, they offered what seams like their usual $10.00 credit and a $20.00 store credit (for the sashes that I never received?), like I'll ever use this company again! My daughter ever sent pictures of the awful arrangement and Avas said that it was an acceptable substitution! Well, it is unacceptable to me for the $204.00 I paid!

Obviously quality and customer service means nothing to Avas! Close your doors Avas! You should not be allowed to be in business!

Avas Flowers My sun moon and stars floral arrangement

I called to place an order for the above item. Blue Vase, Blue Ribbon Blue Flowers with Yellow Roses and Lillies. I asked that it be upgraded as the original order was $49.99. What was sent was a clear Vase, Ugly Ribbon that was wrinkled, Red roses that were fully open, The bouquet was very unprofessional and not what I had ordered. My bank account was charged $93.00 I've contacted them on numerous occasions and even provided a picture of what was sent, their resolution before being put on hold indefinitely was to credit an account with a $10.00 credit on a future order. Trust me, there will be no future order from this company. They knew of my complaint said they would resolve it and never even bothered to call. Attached is a picture of the $93.00 flowers

Avas Flowers Refusal to refund full amount

At 11:20 A.M. CST I ordered an item for same day delivery. Around 2 PM I received a text that they could not deliver same day. I called and was offered a delivery on Monday 2/6. This was not acceptable so I requested a refund. I was offered $39.99 refund for my purchase of $53.94. They said because I ordered AFTER the 12:00 cutoff I could only get a partial refund. So what did they do for the $13.95? NOTHING. I placed my order before the cutoff. I cannot control when they received it.
As of 10:00 pm today, no money has been credited back.
Please research this and have the full amount back in my account asap,

I ordered flowers from Avas Flowers September 19 to be delivered September 20 for my daughter and son-inlaw's anniversary On September 20. I received an email that the flowers were delivered at 5:07. My daughter called the next day that the flowers were not delivered to her address. When I called Avas the same woman said that the were delivered at 5:07 on Sept 20. I told her that my daughter never received the flowers. She said, again the flowers were delivered. I looked up Flower Tech Center, Inc, owner Brian Cellier and his email address is cbrian@avas. But, His phone #
is [protected], I intend to call him. Join me!

Avas Flowers. LIARS! "F" rated on BBB! The WORST Florist I have ever used! I placed an order with Julio he LIED to me! The main flowers shown on the item a chose are “Orange Tiger Lilies” I asked him to talk to the designers to make sure the “Lilies” were in stock and he assured me they were and he would check, LIES! They arrived with no “Orange Tiger Lilies” at all! After several emails and calls, they laughed at me in broken English and refused to let me speak with a Manager! I called back, Eric CS Manager answered, he was very rude and didn’t care that I was LIED to and very unhappy with the Flowers! You can’t leave a bad review on their review page so all you see is positive, deception! NIGHTMARE!

Avas Flowers unreliable company

I needed my flowers for a special event! It was a birthday surprise for my grandmother!
Before placing an order I contacted AvasFlowers customer service and asked about the delivery and they assured me they'll deliver on time. So I placed an order.
On the estimated date nothing arrived and no matter how many times I've tried to reach these guys via phone they did not pick up.
Flowers finally arrived next morning but I refused to accept them and demanded a full refund. They still owe me!
Will never use this company ever again! They extremely unreliable!

Avas Flowers The company posted wrong advertisement and in reality provided expensive flower arrangements

I have found the advertisement of Avas Flowers and we fell in love in their flower arrangements. Guys, it was scam, because they advertised good flower arrangements for good price, but instead of it you will get expensive and bad-quality stuff. I was completely disappointed and decided to warn other customers about such rip off. You won’t be satisfied with the provided services and flowers. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avas Flowers They took additional charges for the services

I placed the order on the website of Avas Flowers. I placed the order and there was nothing about the fees for the placing the order and for the delivery. I paid for the order, but they automatically charged me for additional services, but no one informed me about them. I was shocked that I needed to pay for such services. They must indicate it on the site, because they misled the customers. So, check all their charges and ask them before you place the order.

Avas Flowers Rude, unprofessional rep

I ordered flowers from Avas Flowers. But at the estimated day I received phone call from stupid rep of this company. He informed me that they wouldn’t deliver flowers, because the person to whom I wanted to send flowers wasn’t in this hospital. But my friend was, and I have no idea why the rep behaved like ### and refused to deliver flowers. He spoke really impolite and almost hung up in the middle of conversation. Don’t buy or order flowers from them. Really rude and nasty company.

Flowers were not delivered before 12:00 as promised, so you missed the funeral service! No flowers were delivered before 12:00 and still haven't been last I checked at 1:30pm. I expect full refund for this and thanks for ruining my mother's funeral.

Spending over $100 on flowers and balloons to get ripped off! This company should be banned from doing business! The flowers were grocery store quality and a few roses do not equal a "Luxury Grande" bouquet. No balloons were delivered at all. This company is a fraud!

On 4-27-23 I ordered a flower arrangement but was sent something totally different! Not even close! Pictures below the one I received is the one on the left 7 roses and the one on the right is what I ordered! It was called she’s got style,she’s got grace

Ordered a full color birthday bouquet. My wife received an ALL WHITE bouquet. It was not even close to representative of what was ordered. When contacting customer service, the offered a $10 credit for my inconvenience.

We are a fulfilling florist - and quite frankly we have come to a conclusion that this outfit is a scam! Over and over we hear and see issues with their orders, order values (sender not getting what they pay for), as well as incorrect information being transmitted to us.. Avoid this service at all costs to avoid being cheated!

Avas Flowers It is a scam.

When you use a discount and enter your e-mail address, you are allowing your billing information (in very hidden terms and conditions) to be used by AvasFlowers.com to send you promotions at a $15 per month charge. Go to Google and enter their name and you will see that it is a scam.

This email is to advise that I ordered some flowers today to be delivered to my wife. The order number is 6804409, and it was supposed to be delivered to my wife's employment. The message stated the flowers were delivered to her, and she did not receive the flowers nor did anyone sign for the flowers. I would like to get my money returned to me.

I wanted to send flowers to a sick friend in Jarrell, TX. I requested the flowers to be sent on 4/8/19. Order #5996483. They were never delivered! I've tried numerous times to contact the company via phone, but everything is automated and I have been disconnected every time. I have not be able to speak with a person. I would like my money back.

I placed an order for flowers on the morning of 01/29/2018 and cancelled the order on 01/29/2018 at 9:53 PM within 24 hours as their cancellation policy states. I contacted them multiple times to cancel and did not receive a response. My order number was 4933418 and I am requesting to be refunded $66.93 which is what I paid for the item.
