FloryDay customer service, tracking process, did. to receive order

It has been over two weeks, and I have not received my order. I contacted them by their email, and they sent me an email back saying they would contact me within 24 hours about my package, and they have not. I have tried to find tracking information on this order, and my reply to that is always that there is no tracking information found. I have contacted them again, and I am waiting for a reply. When I try to use their contact us service it does not work. I spent around $163 and I needed the dresses for christmas and for a party this week. It is so frustrating when I cannot speak with anyone from their company about why there is no tracking information on this package. I have a tracking number. However, it does not work.

FloryDay cheap material, scam, ripoff

The items on the website look completely different than expected. 2 items came in in decent condition, hover, 3 items were made on the image shown to be beautiful fashionable dress shirts...arrived looking like a kimono made out of rubber material, and with strings from sewing hanging out showing that the job wasn't even finished! It looked worse than a hand me down outfit or hospital scrubs. I work at a hospital and cant even use the material to make it into hospital scrubs its that bad. something that on the website looked form fitting is at least 2 sizes too big and by that I mean a small is at least a large. I am expecting prompt contact with regards to returning those items that didn't work and am expecting a smooth return policy. I paid too much money for something I wouldn't even give to goodwill for 2$.

My dress was delivered beginning December and I returned via ParcelpointI have contacted Floryday on numerous occasions about my refund of $85.97 and they have not responded. The dress was returned via Parcelpoint and they sent me a text and a screenshot saying floryday has received and signed for the parcel. I am still waiting for my refund and due to dreadful cutomer service I request for a full refund and will not order from this Compant again.

FloryDay shoes

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and out of the whole lot only 2 pairs fit me. I reveived the order 2 weeks ago and since then I have been trying to call and leave message which have not been responded to. I also have send times 2 emails with no response. The order came with no return address and I am currently frustrated as I bot do not have both the right size shoes that I booked for the weekend over this weekend and over £200 as I am stuck with shoes that do not fit.

One very unhappy customer as I feel this to be a [censor].

FloryDay non delivered 4 pc of product, agreement about refundation!!

According message today send me, again mistake or fraud ! Any parcel wasn´t sent today from Floryday - ShenZen by YUN track ! This parcel track nr. YT [protected] was delivered to Czech Republic 05 Dec 2017 9:07 AM ! I want immediately back money for non delivered items which was paid via credit card on my bank account =3440, 6 Kč according our agreement from 11 th December 2017, - money back during 7-15 days. FloryDay products, customer service, refunds

They have not informed me where to return items that they assured me would fit after I sent them my hip measurements and one dress which was advertised as linen and priced like linen but was infact a very cheap polyester.
It has been 2weeks and numerous emails but I have received no reply when their site clearly stated a reply within 24 hours.
Very bad business ethics, and their contact phone # in Hong Kong is not in
service.
Will I ever get a refund? or is this company a total SCAM like so many people think it is!

FloryDay o/no. [protected] to floryday

Tracking No. by DPEX [protected] I was advised dress which I need for a wedding was shipped on 18.11.2017 and it is stated it was delivered by a Mr. Li
to my home address on 23.11.2017. This has not been delivered as stated and it is absolutely impossible to get onto the courier as numbers are incorrect for Sydney base Mascot.

Why dont they forward through Australia Post if this is legitimate. This is my 2nd time at ordering on line and it appears it will be my last. Really disappointed!
Want to know why this DPEX doesnt ring re. delivery as phone number on order and where is the order?

FloryDay cancelled order. return my money.#[protected]

I did an order going to three days now three dresses amounting to around 175 Australian dollars, l have written countless messages on the inquiry section and emailed customer service section, but have received no feedback. The 24 hr policy has already expired. I did cancelled my order which l regretted and cancelled it less than an hour later after reading the review. Refund my money back. I fear if am already a one of your victim.

FloryDay silk floral elegant dress ([protected]) order # [protected]

I received my dress after a very long wait, not quite in time for the wedding I was attending. It says that the order date was 10/03/2017, but I did not receive the dress until 10/28/2017. But I was still excited when it arrived...until I tried it on.
It looks awful on me and does not fit properly. I really need to return it and I cannot find an address to mail it to. Please help me with the address and please refund my Master Card account. FloryDay no phone number or return address in the u.s. to return product to floryday.

Not being satisfied with a product, I requested a refund from FloryDay after complying to their rules of returning a photo online of the product package and order # . Haven't heard from the company.

The dress was too large in the top and too small in the waist and cannot find a phone # or address in the United States to return it. FloryDay is supposed to have offices around the world but I haven't found any of them.

Received order in October. Sent emails and photos in October and November. Haven't heard from the company since I sent the photos. I would like a refund as it was an expensive dress. order # [protected]

FloryDay got one item out of 6

They are very unreliable and provide no help when you desperately need it.
I ordered 6 items two months ago and got only one. Where are the others? Moreover, I have a fake tracking information so I have no opportunity to check it.
Called their customer service, they were absolutely useless and unhelpful. They couldn't figure out anything to find out where my order was. I don't understand why.
So I have no clue what to do next and whether my items arrive or not. I think I have to wait for one more week and then I'll call and ask for a refund. I am just fed up...

FloryDay clothing

I bought 2 dresses a top and a belt from Floryday on 15/10/2017, I received the goods 10 days later but 1 of the dresses was too big. I contacted floryday trying to get a return address to exchange the dress for a smaller size but have had no luck. I've been chatting with someone named Ziaul who keeps saying my ill get a response within 24hrs but the return address is not forthcoming. I got an email from DAENERYS on 30/10/17 offering a coupon valued at 50% of the item which is a total scam. The email says the return might take quite a long time and the postage will be costly. How do they know about the postage costs in South Africa ? Why don't the state these issues before you order ? I don't want any coupons I would like to exchange the dress or get a 100% refund if they don't have a return address. I don't want to order from Floryday ever. The contact information on the site is false. Please could someone somewhere please help.

FloryDay company not transparent, company info incorrect

I have ordered some dresses and instantly regretted it after reading complaints about the site online.

I haven't received any confirmation email of my order and they made it appear as if they are based in the UK by giving a random company phone number and address.

I canceled my order immediately after placing it via the website but have not heard from them since.

Its a scam and they should not be allowed to advertise on established social media platforms.

You are only answering this online public complaint but don't answer any of my request per email or via your website. I did already sent an email to feedback@floryday.com with all details but this email address is INVALID and came back to me.

FloryDay return policy

I have sent 10 e-mails to ask for a return form or label: still waiting for a reply and the invoice states you can only return after 14 days👎👎 I have even left a message on the phone number provided: but still no answer. I just need to return a so called size 16 dress: think it has been sized incorrectly as I cannot even get a arm in the sleeve. I feel so let down and fooled by this so called clothing retailer. Any advise please

I am very disappointed in the way the dress is made it is very small for a size 12 and would like to return it for my money back but have had no reply from my email. Can you please send me the address label so I can return it. If I do not get a reply I will go to the fair trading

I wanted to return two items and requested the returns address from Floryday. Floryday have now got back to me and offered me a full refund and advised I do not need to return the items.

I am therefore pleased with their response and consider the complaint is resolved to my satisfaction.

FloryDay dress ordered online 10/8/17 today is 10/25/17 and has not been delivered.

I ordered a dress online 10/8/17 from Floryday. Order # for dress 1050646 and tracking # that was given to me from Floryday was LSO10955268CN and does not match transport number. I have not received the dress yet. This is the 2nd time I have used Floryday, and 2nd time I have had trouble. Thank-you for any help you can give me. Description of dress cotton solid short sleeve maxie casual dress. I received immediate confirmation from Floryday, after I placed The order.

My complaint concerning FloryDay, has been taken care of once again by Vivian. She was able to track my package, and it is still in transit. The company refunded my account 30% for my inconvenience, which I certainly did not expect. When there is a problem with this company, they go over and beyond to find the problem, and they make contact with you the next day . Thank-you, Elissa Robertson.

I wish to return the following goods and need the address so that I can send them off and get a refund. I have sent 3 to 4 messages on the service form but have not had any response.I didn't note the date of the first form but filled in 3 x others on 16.10.17, 17, 10, 17 and 18.10.17.They promise a 24 hour reply service.Goods are meant to be returned within 14 days which has passed.

FloryDay dress

The dress was of much poorer quality than expected. Also, because the skirt was tapered from the hips down and there was no zipper, it was almost impossible to get off - had to have my husband gently pull it off.
I tried to contact the company the day after receiving it - well within the 14 days, yet got absolutely no reply.
I will refrain from any more online buying. The dresses look lovely in the photos but The tapered skirt was not even apparent in the photo. I will refrain from ordering online again!
Truly, a big disappointment and I cannot get a refund. I am also worried the company has my credit card info!

FloryDay this site is a joke!

One of the biggest disappointments for me for the last period in online shopping. Unfortunately, this website has no idea how to stand behind its products, so they are not ashamed to publish stolen photos and to send clothing that's different from these stolen images. Moreover, they sell very cheap items made of bad materials. Honestly, I'd be embarrassed to wear what they sent to me.
Simply awful.
