I ordered a dress it was horrendous and nothing like the picture, i then tried to return which has been so difficult as they cant give you the correct information

They say dont return by the big companys however the local post wont accept as they require more information which they wont give

The are not quick to respond either

Terrible company, i would never shop from here again!


Resolution statement

FloryDay customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
