[Resolved] Floryday / remove the complaint I made on november 2016
I made a compliant about this company four months ago because they had not sent me the items I had pay for.
Finally, after three months and lots of emails to the company, Floryday sent me my money back.
I think they do not have a good shipping service and I can not say anything about the products since I have not received them.
At least the company sent me the refund.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
