I ordered three dresses, 2 of which were two sizes down from what I ordered. All dresses did not fit. I followed the return policy by taking pictures of the dresses as requested and I am within the timeline with their two week limit. Every email is a "run around" With additional requests for more photos. The problem is their response email train does not allow you to upload photos. All I want is my money back for goods I DID NOT order! My next letter is to consumer affairs and a lawyer !

Info over retourneren heel moeilijk en onduidelijk. Eindelijk een website gevonden waar ik iets in moest vullen...heel raar allemaal...wel een mail terugontvangen, in gebrekkig engels/nederlands, met de belofte dat ik
binnen 24 uur info zou krijgen over het retourneren. Het woord 'ticket' dat zij gebruiken is mij ook onduidelijk en slecht te begrijpenl Alles is onduidelijk en verontrustend. Geen e-mail binnen 24 uur gekregen. heb Intussen heb ik een hele rij klachten gelezen over FloryDay van mensen met dezelfde ervaringen. . Alles even onduidelijk.

terrible service
On July 22 I placed an order which has still not been dispatched/processed today. after several attempts to get in touch and get an answer, i still have not received a reply. This is the most irresponsive customer services. I am going to start the procedure of reclaiming my money. for anyone looking to place an order with them - this is not a company to be trusted.

Ordered 5 dresses on 7-8-2017 on order number [protected]. They finally arrived last night, 7-27-17. I carefully checked the sizing charts for U S sizing before placing my order and ordered accordingly. All five dresses are too small! I don't mean snug! I can't even get them on! They all say US medium but clearly are not. I am a small woman and weigh just 120 lbs. and am 5' 3" tall. I can't get them buttoned or zipped. Floryday is obviously sending the orders to a Chinese company to make up these dresses after they are ordered. I could not have been more careful with my measurements from their chart, as they suggested. I even went up a size just in case. I can't get these altered - there is no allowance in the seams. They are very poorly made and very cheap materials are used. I want this company to refund my money, in full, including postage - their website clearly states that if the customer receives incorrect or damaged merchandise, a full refund is offered and a prepaid return label if items do NOT match the description. This is the second time I have had to contact this company. My second order, which arrived first was received damaged. I will never order from Floryday again. Buyer beware.

I received my order from Floryday about 2 weeks after I ordered it. The fabric of the clothing is a cheap quality and looks nothing like what I ordered. I would like to return for a refund but Floyday doesn't provide any way of doing so and no way to contact their customer service. So unprofessional. I want a full refund but am unable to find anyone to speak to or an address to return the items. It also says that I have 2 weeks from the time I received the package to return it for a refund but again, I'm unable to find a way to connect with Floyday. Very frustrating.

Omg you are sooooo right! No way to return merchandise! I had exact same experience. Cheap cheap cheap material that was God awful on ky skin. Got the run around trying to return. They told me to sell the dress myself to recop my little loss!

not getting a promised refund after an immediate return of unfitting dress
Floryday informed me on May 27 that they have sent me the refund for an unfitting dress. Unfortunately, Today is July 26 and I have not received the refund yet - after a couple of weeks of busy corresponding with Floryday since March 6.
I hope that all other customers will remember what to expect when solving an issue with Floryday – the company that does not keep its promise of returning money for an unfitting dress and is not willing to return money after the dress has been sent back to them. I shall see if Floryday keep their promise and send me the refund in the end or if they really do not care about their customers and are only a fraud and swindle...
The refund has been eventually found in the bank account in cooperation with the bank. Thank you, Floryday.

I am extremely unhappy with Floryday. I would not use them again at this rate, trying to return my items has been a nightmare!
I returned two separate orders. I enquired about them both at the same time, one enquiry was answered immediately, the other completely ignored until I submitted another enquiry after no response!
Then on returning my first order of seven items, I am told that one of the garments I sent back is missing!
I am 100% sure all seven items were returned. I have told them this is the case, all I have is my postage slip with the weight of the package as proof.
They say that the depot confirmed there was an item missing. I am simply at a loss and extremely angry, I feel as if I am being conned out of my money! I am not getting any response to my last message. The missing item is a mistake on their side not mine. it is a lot of money I am waiting on to be refunded which is stressing me out.
Never again!

Ordered my item on the 9th July, order was confirmed and I was sent a tracking number which is not recognised in yodel tracking system. Sent several emails to customer service no reply and called several times no reply.
Money was taken from my account. I am not happy. I would like to know where my item is. If I am not going to receive it I would like a refund.

product I received is ripped, torn and extremely misrepresented. all six items are defective.
Order number [protected] received 7/24/17. Six out of six items received are defective and ripped or poorly sewn. I thought maybe the first dress I opened was an accident, as the seams were coming apart in several places. No such luck! Each item I opened was just as bad. I have never in all my life seen such shoddy work...pieces falling off, crooked hems, and all six dresses were just as bad. Not one of them would be worth dragging them to the local thrift shop! They are all cheap looking and sewn haphazardly. They are very cheap but not a cheap price. It is impossible to get pictures as the material is crumpled and smashed beyond recognition. This is one of the biggest rip-off scams I have ever received. I want a full refund. This company needs to be shut down.
Am also filing a complaint through my PayPal account. I am hoping the company, Floryday, will resolve this quickly and honestly so we don't have to resort to more drastic measures. They act as though they have done nothing wrong and pretend they are surprised by our displeasure. What a bunch of actors. They are not fooling this customer!
Company emailed me this morning asking me to go into this website and mark it as "resolved". I emailed back to them that as soon as they refunded my money that I would do just that - but NOT before.

I've emailed this company twice about a return and haven't heard back from them yet. It's been a full week. Their website says they'll respond within 24 hours. The company is in Hong Kong/London so I do not want to call. Very discouraged and frustrated. Will not order from them again.

As the 3 dresses ordered were not suitable for my requirements, due to fabric not compliant with description & poor finish, I have returned the goods by Royal Mail, using the printed sticker & choosing 'Monsoon' retailer to recieve the goods.

awful service - late delivered item and refusing to give returns address
I bought order no. [protected] for £119.88 on 02.07.17 with the knowledge that Floryday advertises a 5-10 working day delivery service.
At day 10 I still had not received the item so I contacted them. I received a response with a tracking number directing me to a rather ominous looking website - the tracking number was not recognised. On day 11 I contacted again to say that I still had not received the order and that now it is over the delivery time frame promised I told them it was frustrating as I no longer need the dresses, I was told to check another tracking number on Yodel. This still did not work.
I contacted them again asking them to state when it was going to be delivered and I received a response stating 'please take your time - it takes 5-10 days' (even though my last email now states it was now 11 days!).
At day 12 I contacted them again requesting a full refund as they could not give me any answers as to when the items were arriving and stating that as I no longer need the items, I would be very unhappy to have to pay the return postage therefore would be grateful if they would pay for postage. Email ignored. I emailed again feeling extremely frustrated and felt that I had been scammed they responded it would arrive on 21.07.17. (19 working days after the items had been ordered).
To my surprise, they arrived last night (19.07.17) Extremely poor quality goods and one dress frayed. I contacted them again asking for the return address - they responded by completely ignoring my request and then going on to state 'shipping takes 14 days' (That is not what they advertise on their site!). I emailed again asking for the address and have been ignored!
During this time I had also sent a few Facebook messages to the Floryday and the last message received stating that they have one warehouse located in Australia and some in Hong Kong but still not giving me an address.
After reading up on this company I feel that they are complete fraudsters and if I don't get a full refund and postage paid for very soon, I will end up taking legal action against them as well as ensuring that I will contact people who can expose their awful business.
On top of this, I have recently moved house so money is extremely tight and I now have to pay a credit card bill which is due of £119.88 for their incompetence/fraud!
Please let me know how you will be refunding my money as soon as possible, and how you will pay for the return postage for extremely poor quality goods you have sent me.

From your email - you stated 7-15 working days for the refund to arrive in my account, therefore I will wait 5 more days as you promised. I have sought legal advice therefore if the funds do not arrive in my account by 11.08.17, I will be taking legal action against you. I will also contact everyone who has made a complaint on this website and elsewhere to ensure your company does not continue trading like this.
Here's the pathetic response from Floryday on here and on my emails - I STILL DON'T HAVE A RETURN ADDRESS!

Refund given after a lot of communication and pushing from me. They still couldn't give an answer and I was still left with a credit card charge as they took so long. Even more frustrating as that it was like trying to get blood out of a stone for the refund but as soon as they had refunded me, they have been chasing me to take the above complaint off! So in short, has the above been resolved? Yes. Would I use/recommend Floryday to anyone? Absolutely not.

I ordered a gown floryday polyester blumen 3/4 ärmel midi niedlich kleider ([protected]), size ’s’, order number [protected], sent to the address müllenhoffstr. 13, berlin, germany. It was delivered on 15.07.17 late in the evening, which I opened today 16.07.17. I immediately noticed that the gown had no price tag on it, and it seemed to be worn a couple of times! I contacted floryday at 19:50 on 16.07.17 and got the confirmation letter (Ticket no #[protected]). Since I haven't heard anything from the customer services for days, I wrote another complaint letter - no reaction yet. This is the third one. I simply want to send the gown back and get my money repaid! But where to send? I am so much frustrated and feel cheated!

returning items!!!
I received my 3 items on July 5th, 2017 and tried them on immediately. I did not like how they fit nor quality of the fabrics. I reached out immediately on the website return section form. I did not hear back from them in the 24 hr timeframe stated on the site so I reached out another way by contacting them at [protected]@floryday.com and they got back to me saying they had replied and to check my spam / junk mail. I researched my spam and did not find an email. I replied back 3 more times asking "How do I simply return the 3 items?"... still haven't heard back from them. I'm very frustrated with this company and lack of simple clarity of how I can return the items for a full refund. I understand that I have to return them on my dime, no problem...

The day I submitted my issue with Florday to The Complaints Board website I received an Email from Florday with the return form and address as to where to send my return. This morning I received an email from Katie from customer care department at the Complaints Board saying "It is a shame to know what happened. To help you solve the problem in a timely manner, I checked it with our manager and we'd like to refund you USD 166.83, 100% of the order value. And you can just keep the dress. It will save you time and money spent on the returning. Hope this will make you feel better". It almost feels to good to be true and I'm happy to move forward with clearing this matter.

Dress arrived & size was too small. There is no phone number or address to return item for different size. Please contact me for returning item for different size. If I don't hear from someone I will have to proceed with other actions. Hi I bought a white long dress coat ID 5360548 . It’s not at all what I was expecting. It came dirty hair on it and it looks like someone wore it already. And the coat is so thin and cheap looking. I want to return it but having troubles finding the address or phone number
