FloryDay no money for goods returned

I have ordered dresses and when received that didn't fit me by size and quality. According to received instructions I have sent them back and according to post report the goods were received on Jan, 16. Since that time the transaction for money refund hasn't been done. Customer sevice asks to wait for a few days, and than for more few days and more. Now overall for 35 days already. It is fraud!

FloryDay resolved

I placed an order from Floryday for my daughter and after receiving the items my daughter did not want them because of the quality of their products. After following the return directions from the website they kept beating around the bush as how to proceed. So I resorted to multiple complaints and reaching out to social media regarding the practically non existent customer service and finally Floryday did grant my refund request. I appreciate the refund however I wish that I didn't have to beg for it.

FloryDay non delivery of clothes

I placed an online order with FloryDay months ago. They apparently tried to deliver 3 items to my work address. Nothing has ever materialised. They keep saying they will redeliver with no firm dates or commitments. I am sick and tired of this company. Their customer service email team are next to useless. I would like a complete refund today or I will be contacting the police. This is fraud and theft taking people's money whilst delivering nothing.

Do not buy of this company !

FloryDay dress didn't get changed

This is a disappointment ive sent an email weeks ago about returning my dress for an medium size change, ive got a call from the guy whos going to get my cloths and change and gave him my location saying he's coming, but he didnt come ! I tried callinng him but with no use hr never answered ! I seriously need a dress size change ive spent quite alot if money on these dresses! My order number is [protected]

FloryDay poor service

I bought some items from Floryday three weeks ago and did not receive anything yet. They said that it usually takes two weeks to deliver to my country but as I already said three weeks already passed. Worst thing is that I did not get a tracking number with my confirmation message so there is no way I can track my order. I don't know where it is and when will I get it. I'm not satisfied with their service, they do not reply to messages!
I hope I'll get my order. I will not buy anything from Floryday again. There are better places to shop.

FloryDay unethical company with the worst customer service

On the 17th of September 2016 I ordered a dress and a handbag, I paid an additional amount to get it in 7 working days. The date today is 01/02/2017 - still no package has been received by me which was ordered in August 2016.

my email address is [protected]@gmail.com - order number is [protected].

I requested a refund 3 times! Please see images below. The only staff member who assisted and helped me to the best of his abilities was Kifeh.

The lack of reply on inquiries is ridiculous! I am in the hospitality industry and you need to get back to the client as soon as possible.

JANUARY 25, 2017 02:46 AM Cathy replied me informing me that they would give me a coupon valid of the full amount I purchased in the items I was suppose to get. But I replied telling her I am entitled to get a full refund on the January 25, 2017 02:40 PM.

Still no reply after that, only a ticket that has been ticked out on the January 31, 2017 02:52 PM.

Online clothing supplier - TOTAL scam and fraud

On Friday 12th August 2016, I ordered 4 dresses online from Floryday.com. I paid by credit card and having checked my bank statement, the money was definitey deducted from my card, in the amout of R2306.17 for Order number ********** 18635. On the website they give you a place to type a message and they say they'll respond within 24 hours. I emailed a week after placing the order, asking when I could expect delivery, but I had no response. I've sent them another message today asking the same thing. I checked "Hellopeter.com" today to see if floryday is a scam, but found nothing. I googled "Floryday scam" came up with many dissatisfied customers that have been scammed like me! I've since emailed them on ********** No response to date. It is definitely a scam and one to avoid at your cost!

I just received my parcel that I had ordered in December, dresses are lovely, ordered 4 and the other 2 are a bit small but none the less, what I want to share is their website has online consultants that you can chat with so I think its important to ensure you on the right website not the scamming website, another tip I had to pay R1600 to customs to release my clothes because I ordered for over R 3000, so if you don't want to pay customs don't make orders for over R2000, but after my complain to them for not knowing this even after cheating to their consultant which conversation I had saved they have given me a voucher back to compensate

OMG - I was 2 seconds away from adding my credit card details for my order of (stunning clothes) and thought let me just check here first - well I suppose like the saying goes ''if it looks too good to be true it usually is' - I was sooo excited - shocking that this is still allowed to carry on!

Wish I had also read these comments. Never ordered online before and this first experience was a disaster. Dresses did not even resemble the picture and the fabric was cheap and nasty. Customs duty doubled the cost of the order. Have asked for a refund and to return dresses. No response. Big scam do not use Floryday

I wish I had Googled them before buying. Sounded too good to be true. Parcel took three months to arrive, and it's a hassle to retrieve as they do not put an invoice on the parcel, so you have to collect in person, with a copy of the invoice. Your costs are +45% clothing import, +10% handling fee +14% VAT. Which add approx 75% to the amount. Quality is absolute junk.

Katie from Floryday replied me yesterday with the solution that the company will refund me and if the package arrives I can still keep it.

FloryDay goods return

I made an order in November. After receiving ordered cloths I have decided to return it immediately - very poor quality. To receive any return address from them took me a few weeks. Finally I have managed to send it back at 19.12. They have offered to return it on their cost, but that will be not possible to get any tracker number. I have decided to pay for it (to have any confirmation). I have received confirmation form Polish Governance Post Office that my packaged was received by Flory Day on 23.12. Still no refund. Ticket #[protected] was updated by me many times. First - they couldn't find goods (still can't - fortunate I had tracking number). Now they're writting "Please note that if you choose the return your order with Post NL, your order will be sent to Netherlands first and the Netherlands is just a transfer point. It will take another 15-20 days till the parcel arrives our warehouse in UK", which is ridiculous. La Manche Channel is not an ocean, right?

Flory Day is a fraud company.

FloryDay not reliable regarding returning!!!

1. The clothes smelled very chemically, therefore I decided directly to send them back and I contacted the support. They acted friendly like: "We offer you to pay back half of the price and you keep the clothes". I thought: No, they stink that strongly I`d rather have my money back.

2. So they send ma a return label, but there was no tracking numer or similar think. Since one month I´m waiting that they refund my money, I´m writhing with the support. But I only get snippy answers like: show me a shot of the tracking numer.

3. So I think, I lost my money.

FloryDay is not a qualified, trustfull e-commerce experience. It´s a fraud.

You order from a company in England, you get cheap clothes produced in Cina and the ruturn goes to the Netherlands.

FloryDay cotton solid 3/4 sleeves maxi dress ([protected])

I ordered the above mentioned product 27 December 2016. It was delivered on 16 January 2017. I only arrived back from a business trip yesterday (20 Jan 2017), upon opening my parcel and removing my maxi dress from its plastic wrapping I noted it was damaged. There is a massive tear on the left sleeve, at the seam of the shoulder.
Very disappointed and would like to request a refund.

FloryDay return/refund

I am following up on a complaint that I posted regarding Floryday's questionable customer service. I took the following quote right from their website "If you're not absolutely satisfied with your Floryday order, we'll make it right or refund your purchase. Cross our hearts!” Well this quote is far from the truth. After multiple complaints and emails they have reassured me that they have refunded my money but it will take 7-15 days to process. With the technological advancements that we have today why on earth would it take this long? I will continue to monitor my credit card statement for this credit but until then I will persist!

FloryDay attempting a return with no company response or assistance

I wish I had read this board before purchasing. This company is virtually impossible to contact if you have problems or need to initiate a return.
No response has gone to my "spam" file, as they suggest might be the source of the problem. I received a dress that does not fit. I need to return it but have received no response. The website says it must be returned within 14 days of receipt and I am getting ready to go out of town.

FloryDay order not received after 5 months

I ordered dresses in September 2016 (order no: [protected]) and have not yet received my order. When I kept tracking delivery for 3 months and the status was "in transit". Now it says "expired". What does that mean?
I was told by Floryday to expect delivery 6 weeks from date of purchase. It has been more than five months now and I have not heard from them. Numerous emails I sent have gone unanswered.
If I am not going to receive this order, I want my money refunded please.

FloryDay poor customer service with a no refund process

So I have been trying to return my order for a refund and I keep getting the run around. Floryday tries to make the public believe that they will fix the problem however when you do what they ask you to do you never hear from them. Then when you question them they act like they've never heard from you. I am not sure how this company is even allowed to function. I will continue to spread the word about this very unsatisfactory company and their practices through social media. Floryday.com your business should be shut down! You should be ashamed of yourself. So I implore anyone who reads this to never consider ordering from this company!

15.12.2016 - personally I can totally understand your feeling and situation since I am also a customer in some circumstances, so I had a discussion with our manager and here are the final offer for your case.
1. You can return the item (S) to us and then we will initiate the refund zar 2648.95 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package

15.12.2016 - we have issued you a refund of 2648.95 zar for your order [protected] on 2016-10-20. The refund will be credited to the original account you paid the order within 7-14 business days

I have received feedback from Katie from Floryday only after they saw my complaint. Apparently I was already refunded on December the 15th, they have send me a document of refund into my account, - Which none is making any sense, my account nr incorrect, if I have any queries I must go to my bank and query this with them, none of the information given is making any sense. Once again PLEASE STAY AWAY! I tried to follow up this timeoursly to get my money back. You can not believe anything they tell you or promise on the 16th of Jan I received a mail that they are busy processing my refund and I will receive it 7 - 15 working days- Caty Jin. Today's e-mail, documentation attached proof that they already paid money in my account, but my account empty?

I sencerely retract all previous statements made by myself regarding the non payment of refund regarding Floryday – The money was refunded into my account on the 17th of December 2017. I did not receive confirmation of payment, and this account in which the money was refunded has been closed in the meantime. Once I established I made a mistake, I thought it to be fair to voice my appreciation as much as I did my dis-satisfaction. I am very grateful for the refund and thank you for giving me feedback, it is appreciated.

FloryDay "return" response from company

I followed the company's directions to request a refund for my purchase and received a return ticket response from the company. I followed their directions and never heard back from them as to how to proceed with my refund. I checked my junk mail as the company had suggested and there was nothing. Today I received an email and they are graciously telling me that they will refund my money but I will have to mark this issue as "resolved" first. Here is what they sent " we are wondering whether you could take a few minutes to remark your review on complaintsboard.com as resolved. Then we can apply the refund for you immediately with our managers. Your support will definitely inspire us to do a better job in the future". I'm sorry Floryday but I need to see the refund on my credit care before I mark this complaint as "resolved". So Floryday I will do as you ask when I get my credit card confirmation! Thank you! I will be waiting to hear from you!

FloryDay remove the complaint I made on november 2016

Floryday,

I made a compliant about this company four months ago because they had not sent me the items I had pay for.

Finally, after three months and lots of emails to the company, Floryday sent me my money back.

I think they do not have a good shipping service and I can not say anything about the products since I have not received them.

At least the company sent me the refund.

FloryDay will not answer my email for return

I purchased three items as a gift for my daughter from this company and received them yesterday. They do not fit and my daughter does not want them. The FloryDay return site is bogus and they won't get back to me to let me know how to return these items for a refund. Their site boasts "If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your Floryday order, we’ll make it right or refund your purchase. Cross our hearts!” They just create "tickets" making you think that someone is going to help you. How is a company even allowed to get away with this?

I too wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. I received my coat and it did not fit.
Tried to contact them by email but have had no response. The "chat" on their site is always there but he can't do anything either. I just need to return this item. Buy the sound of all these comments, I likely have no hope of ever returning or getting a refund. How do you shut these sites down and stop them? This is the first time I have ever run into a company online that behaves this way. Very poor.

FloryDay delivery

I paid 15 dollars extra to have my dress dropped in 3 to 5 days. It has been 8 days and there is not one thing sent to my email for tracking item. I sent email to floryday about this and know one has responded. In all I have paid 59 dollars and cannot get an answer from anyone.
Pay pal said Floryday has been paid.
Please respond ASAP. I need this item by a certain date . That is why I paid extra to get it here on time. At this point I am more than disappointed because I have nothing to see that item has been sent.

I put a complaint on this sight.
I heard from floryday soon after...

They tried to make a deal with me..
They said if I would take my complaint of this sight... they would refund 70% of my money and I could keep the three coats I ordered and wanted to return...
Because I'm thinking they don't have a return policy... if you read all the other complaints from others.. they can't return either.
This looks a little like black mail to me..

And I don't make deals..
As I said before. These products are terrible and I want to return them and I want my money back.. and I will be contacting Idahos attorney general.. floryday is dishonest, their clothing is terrible and their customer service .. well they don't have that...
I suggest if floryday is reading this.. like they read my last complaint... they refund my money and give me info on how to return..

I have posted this on face book... and am letting all my friends.. and there r many..

DONT SHOP AT FLORYDAY...

FloryDay dress ordered in october 2016 never received no refund

Stay away from this company! Do not order!
I have ordered a dress on 24th october 2016 and have never received it. I paid 112€ in total also for a fast delivery, but I have not gotten anything until today. Seems like dpd has lost my delivery, but neither they nor floryday is helping me getting my money back. Düd keeps on saying that I have to contact floryday, but floryday does not answer my emails and does not offer any help at all!
I warn everyone to order there. If there are any complaints no one is going to help you!
