FloryDay $200 clothing order

I received my items w/I 3 weeks of order, satisfactory. I received my items on april 4, 2018 with no instructions on how to exchange or return items. 2 of the items were not what was pictured and one didn't fit right. I followed the instructions in the order email and went to their website to request return/exchange information. A pop up came up when I submitted my request indicating that I would receive an email w/ instructions w/I 24 hours. It has been a week since I have submitted 4 requests for instructions. I also sent a message on fb messenger and got a response with the link to fill out the same form I filled out 4 times already. No reply to emails or inquiries. No address to return items. Terrible way to do business. Live and learn!

RESOLVED! Floryday finally contacted me and refunded my purchase. I would have liked to exchange some of the items for a different size but I'm just very happy they took care of this. Thank you.

FloryDay dress

I returned a dress which was defective. They had me send it to an address belonging to a storage unit in Kansas! Each time I contact them about my refund they continue to say it is on its way. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my state
consumer protection office. My bank is now investigating and considering legal action.

FloryDay return policy

I purchased 4 items from Floryday and none of the items fit and the quality is not to my standards. For starters the site does not say items are coming from China or I would not have purchased. It also states that "returns are fast and easy"... Not accurate! The postage on the parcel was the next town over from me. I filled out the info to return and a reply came from Daenerys which was a standard reply. It says they will refund 30% of my purchase and I keep the items or generate a 50% off coupon for future purchases! No acceptable! I want all my money back. Is this even legal?

FloryDay they are ignoring my request of return / terrible material

I have place and order on the 2nd February, estimated delivery 18-21 days, so by the 20-23rd February 2018. I wrote an email on the 27th February, a week after the estimated delivery, asking what had happened to my items, as no one got in touch with me, and online it appeared as it hadn't been delivered yet.
On the 28/02/18 Floryday replied:
Ticket n. [protected]

"Thank you for waiting, We have checked with our suppliers, and the order can be finished and shipped out from our warehouse around next week due to the peak season. Shipping time will take 5-8 business days.
Please rest assured that once your order is finished, we will arrange the shipping immediately. You will also get a confirmation email including the tracking number. To ensure that you can get the order on time, if you don't get the confirmation email of delivery by the expected date, please send emails to us to check the status of your order. We will double check for you. Hope this helps. Please contact us if you need any further assistance.:

On the 13/03/18 so 39 days after the estimated delivery, I wrote to them asking why the items were still unshipped and I requested a full refund.
On the 14/03/18 Floryday replied:
Ticket n. [protected]

"Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry that as it is a peak season, the item ([protected] in your order is not ready yet. While the other item(s) in your order is/are ready. Would you like to wait for the whole order till the end of March? If not, we will remove this item from your order and send the other items which are ready and refund you the price difference.
Please let us know your decision and we will process the next steps for you.
Thank you for your understanding. Looking forward to your reply"

I only ordered 2 shirts, the same style, just different colours, so no big order for them to not have them in stock, but anyway I was very upset as they didn't say it the week before that they didn't have the items in stock. 1 month and a half after I placed the order! On the same day, the 14/03/18 I replied asking for the SECOND TIME to send me a full refund as I didn't need them anymore.
on the 16/03/18 Floryday replied:

"Thank you for your email. We are sorry to tell you that we are unable to cancel the order now since your order has already been shipped out now. According to our cancellation policy, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. So please sign for the package at first. And if you still need to return the order, please contact us after you received the package. Then you can make the return as per our instructions. Thank you for your understandings on this issue. Please contact us if you need any further assistance"

This is a completely joke, 2 days after I ask for the second time for a refund, they send the items, even thought I asked for a full refund, including delivery, on the 23/03/18, exactly 47 days from my first order.

As I order those two shirts for my daughter as a gift that lives abroad, so as they didn't arrive before the 21 days estimated delivery time, I didn't need them anymore as they're not my size. The items got delivered on the 21/03/18, signed by a family member while I was abroad, so when I came back the package was there. I emailed them on the 24/03/18 a big complained email, requesting to return the items and requesting a full refund as I specifically asked twice to cancel the order and get a refund, but yet they sent it.

Please contact us if you need any further assistance."

They answered to something I did not ask clearly, as my email was about how disappointed I was with the service and that I wanted I refund as I didn't want it anymore.

I then emailed again asking to tell me where to send the items and that I wanted a full refund otherwise I would get via legal way, as I have paid 76.24 Euro, so not cheap for 2 cheaply made shirts from China!

On 01/04.18 Floryday replied:
"Thank you for contacting us.

We apologize for the delay but we seek your understanding that we are currently going through the peak period.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the quality of our product and the item did not turn out exactly as you expected.

We always do our best to make sure that the fabric used for our product is of high quality, which has already been proved by the positive feedback of our customers throughout the world. But we can understand that different people have different views. Besides, the standards of commonly used fabrics are also different from place to place.
I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the order. I can understand your concern. Below are some solutions for you. Please let me know which items you would like to return so that I can calculate the item price for you. You can provide us the item ID indicated on the packing list or the item code shows on our product page. I will process the next steps for you once you tell me your choice.
Please kindly reply to this email to tell us which options you prefer before we process the next step.
Option 1: You can return the item(s) to our Belgium warehouse and then we will initiate the refund of 100% product value once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let me know and I will create corresponding return apply ID and provide you with the return address and return instruction.
Option2: We can send you a coupon code (70% of the product value) which is valid within one year, and you can use it for your next order on our website. Meanwhile you can keep the item(s).
Option3: We can refund you 50% of the product value and you can still keep the item(s).
Thank you for your time. Look forward to your reply."

It's a no way out situation, they are ignoring my requests like they don't understand what I have been asking 4 times now, is it that hard to understand that I don't want the items and that I want every single cent back, as it's their fault if they sent the items after I asked 2 times to cancel it?!

The worst company even, and I am going to do all I can to get all my 76, 24Euro back!

FloryDay dissatisfied with product - need to return

Received the item I ordered on 3-16-18. Order # [protected]. Received item on 4-12-18 which took 4 days shy of a month! Dress is too large and very cheaply made. Website not very user friendly for returns. Please send
info regarding where & how to return item. Did not realize this was being shipped from China! Please email instructions for returned items asap.

The company stated due to the cost involved with shipping the dress back they are letting me keep the dress and will refund the entire cost of the dress back to my account. FloryDay non response to my returning an unwanted item despite phoning the company and sending numerous emails

I purchased item order number [protected] namely Wool Blends High Neckline Solid Loose None Sweaters on 2018-03-02 and I tried to return the item by following the in formation on the return site of Floryday but a few days later the item was returned to me. Since then despite phone calls and leaving a message that nobody answers and sending emails that nobody replies to I don't know how to proceed with returning this unwanted item and getting a refund. Can someone give me a sensible resolution?

FloryDay product and delivery

I ordered a shearling coat size 8 and a long sleeve knee length dress on 28/2/18. Parcel arrived today 6/3/18 and too late for the coat which is poor quality as is the dress. I have made numerous phone calls in order to return these items without success. Now reading other peoples complaints I realise I have been scammed. There is no information regarding how to return these items even though they do state that returns are easy! As I am unable to get a returns form. Please advise. And I wouldn't recommend anyone ever purchasing from these people.

FloryDay three tops and two pairs of cotton pants

All these articles of clothing are far too small despite them being a size medium and my normal size is a ten as I am on the petite side I would have thought that a medium would have been big enough. There is no return address on the shipping order and the only phone number I can find is in Hong Kong. How are you supposed to return the goods within fourteen days without an address? I have spent over £100 and feel that something is not right if you have to chase around looking for a return address. Will I get my money back? who knows.

FloryDay return of 2 dresses

I have been trying to return 2 dresses for over a week and have requested an address to send it to. I have written many times but only get a computer generated reply. I have also tried to phone several times but only get an answering machine. It makes me very suspicious if this is a scam. I am anxious to return it asap and get a refund.

They have just emailed and offered a full refund for the two dresses that I wanted to return and that I could keep them instead of sending them back. This is provided that I mark this complaint as resolved. They have also offered an apology. If they do not provide a full refund within the next 7 days I will lodge a complaint again. It seems that making a complain to you does the trick!

FloryDay dress not as advertised - full refund wanted but not given

I ordered a Floral Appliques Half Sleeve Midi Shift Dress which was described as 'silk'. Item Code: #1034302. The illustration shows a silk dress, not sheer, with no lining showing from underneath. It also mentioned appliques. What I received was the same design dress/material, but printed on polyester net. This clings very badly and seams/pockets are very visible, with the white lining showing through badly. The colour of the original dress is also much less vivid when printed on polyester - it's nowhere near as blue. There are no appliques. Essentially, this dress is totally not as advertised, and I would like a refund including all postage and package costs including my returns costs. I have attached pictures showing how see-through this (net) dress is compared to the advertised (silk) dress. I have been offered a refund for the dress, but not for my postage. Customer service are evasive and are not responding to my latest message. I have attached the original advert dress and what actually arrived - this is a shoddy rip-off. I will report to Trading Standards if action isn't taken.

FloryDay I am attempting to return an item that is unsatisfactory for my purposes

I have clearly spelled out every detail of information on preceding pages. I would like a refund
This coat took one month to arrive. It came via Canada Post yesterday - 2018-04-04. Order # [protected]. Item is coat, blue, size large wool and wool blend.
Upon seeing all the reviews that indicate unsatisfactory responses and dissatisfaction with this company, I am terribly disappointed. I really need to see some action on my request for a refund.

As you can see i have ordered on 25th and today is 3rd. Still i have not received my delivery. When i tracked it says it has still not been shipped. I wanted to wear the clothes i ordered for my holidays which im going in 3 days.

FloryDay non arrival of a product

I have used this online dress ordering successfully. But I ordered and paid for a dress in December 2017. I was written several times about delay. Last email said they would let me know but process by March 20th.
Nothing. I have written to automatic service to complain. It is a blue dress with white flowers. Size medium. Customer name is Penny Shanks. Don't know if you have a Better Buisness Bureau but I have three lawyers in my imbediate family and will use them if I have to. Very bad for customer relations.

FloryDay refund not received for over a month!!!

I ordered from FloryDay some goods on 7 Jan 2018. I received them after a month but unfortunately they turned out to be completely wrong size, so I decided to send them back.
I did so on 15 Feb 2018.
On 22 Feb I received the mail in which I was informed that the procedure of the refund has begun and it will take 7-15 days to get the money back.
On 16 Mar (I gave them additional week) I wrote an email complaining about not having the money from my refund back. The next day (17 Mar) I got a reply saying that the refund was successful on their part and got a screenshot with the transaction confirmation. However, I checked at my bank that no refund transaction has been issued for my card.
I feel like I've been scammed and FloryDay is a completely unreliable company I would never recommend to anyone!

FloryDay orders not shipped and no response to inquiries

I have previously received items from Floryday with no problem but currently have orders that show as still being processed and not shipped after a month and no-one has responded to my inquiries. The order numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I am going on holidays in a month and wanted these items before then. I want to know when they will be shipped.

Ordered clothes on Feb 2nd. Inquired about order and Floryday said item would be shipped March 6th. It is now the end of March still no items. When i inquire on your site about shipment update I have gotten no response. I now want my money returned to my credit card. And cancel my items all together. I see many complaints about your company and I have uneasy feeling and regret this purchase. total dissatisfaction.

FloryDay no response to emails

I fell for it too. I ordered three dresses and paid by Credit Card and then saw the Floryday reviews on- line. As so many people had made similar complaints I decided to cancel my order. I got a notification my e-mail had been received and promised a response within 24 hours. Did not receive anything so e-mailed again. I will request my CC company put in a dispute as it is clear that they have the money but unlikely that I will receive the order or, if I do, the quality will be poor.

FloryDay no refund

I cancelled my order because after 2 months nothing arrived, i was advised the refund would be done within 7 days, it has now been 4 weeks. Please everyone, I am doing everything in my power to get this web site and business shut down, they are complete scam artists, I have sent them over 30 emails and not received a single reply.

FloryDay trying to return a dress

I received the dress for a future wedding and I ordered about 4 weeks ago when it arrived it was nothing like the photo on the website and I have tried contacting them to return thr item but when you enter www.service@ flory day.com nothing comes up so unable complete returns form I have done a webchat which was a waste of time and I have called them and had to leave a message on an ansaphone and I have completed my details on the website but all I get is a acknowledgement to my email with the same details it's an absolute nightmare won't be ordering from them again
