FloryDay goods of poor quality and wrong size. order no: [protected]

I ordered a casual dress and swimwear on the 25th September 2017, the money was taken from my account the same day, and I eventually received the good on the 5th October 2017, totally disappointed as they looked nothing like the good I had ordered on line, very badly made and of very low quality cloth. I wish to return said goods and get a refund, but nowhere can i find or get an address to return these goods, so please let me have a return address soonest.

FloryDay I would like to complain about your returns. no where can I find an address to return items nor a web page to print a returns label.

I have ordered 3 dresses for a wedding. Thinking I have ordered the sizes on the larger fitting. When they arrived not one of them fit as they are all too small so I would like to return them.
This is the difficult bit as I can't find any helpful information on how to do this.
There is no printing label, no address when you clearly state you have warehouses all over the uk, where are they.?

FloryDay garment & customer service

I ordered a dress. It arrived. Very cheap material, worth maybe a third of the "sale" price I paid, the kind of made in India dress you find on bargain racks in discount clothing stores. But no returns or refunds at Floryday. Instead they offer a discount coupon for next purchase (as if a once burned customer would reorder!) or a 30% refund. I chose refund, which they promised to process within 30 days. A month later, there was no refund. I wrote again. They wrote back, apologizing that "my colleague forgot to process the refund, "--hilarious!--and promising, once again, to process it within 7 - 15 biz days, which, who knows, might or might not happen. My bad for being a dumb consumer. But this company hits new lows (my colleague forgot to process your refund! c'mon!) for sleazy biz practices. Buyers beware!

FloryDay damaged merchandize

I ordered 2 coats and both were damaged when received. I had to ship back to China and Company does not want to pay me back the shipping fees which are $195. CAnadian. I do mot accept the fact that Imneed to absorb shipping fees when merchandize was damaged to, start with. Hate, this Company and wish no one I know will order from it. After service is awful.

FloryDay 3 dresses that I have been unable to return. 1 sent in incorrect size

Running deceived dresses on July 9 for $196.41. The quality and size were
Unacceptable. I re packed them in bag they came. The next day I tried getting information on returns but all I was able to ascertain was their return policy of after 3 0 days items not returnable. I wrote emails every week in July and August. Notified my credit card company of the unresponsiveness of Floryday. When searching for phone number which is out of the country I
Found this complaint board with over 8000 complaints. I do not want this merchandise and want a refund.
How can you speak of customer service and satisfaction when your company
Is unable to provide even a minimal of communication. It is over 3 months and this tedious process continues I will not give up as I am concerned about future victims.

FloryDay the worst online experience

Slow. Obnoxious. Arrogant. Ignorant. And so on. All negative words as you wish.
One month to get my shirts.
One day to realize I don't want to wear them, because it's a cheap Chinese crap.
Two weeks to contact and reach their customer service regarding return information.
Several days to ship the items back at my expense.
One month of waiting for a refund.
How many more days should I spend on this s****y company to get my money back?
Scammers.

FloryDay unethical behavior without any regard for legality.

After ordering a dress online from FloryDay, I immediately repackaged it the same day, because of the fit and fabric. FloryDay advertises returns accepted within 30 days if in same condition as received. There is no return info. to be found. The address noted on the package, warns that the
imerchandise will not reach them at that address. The phone number is a recording that it is not in service. After 2 weeks, I finally contacted Amazon, after I noticed they carry a limited amount of FloryDay merchandise, and explained what I was experiencing. After speaking to them, I wrote another letter of review, and this time told of my conversation with Amazon. They made it very clear that this would be monitored closely, and that they will not work with small vendors who have little or no respect for customers. As soon as I typed this, a pop-up appeared stating I would be monitored and closely watched for next 24 hours. Am I positive I wanted this posted ? I said yes, and it was. The next day, I was sent a return label to be copied. Advertisements state they are in China. Address is in a storage unit in Kansas City, Mo. I paid for insurance and signature confirmation. Tracking shows it was recd 2 days later. It was mailed 8/28/17. No refund still. Return address FloryDay Return Center Unit 385, storagemart # 129 7536 Warnall Rd. On September 16th 2017 I wrote a complaint concerning Floryday's customer service department. The company could not have been nicer to correct the problem. I was in daily contact with Vivian, until my bank account was credited for the dress, and the certified postage that I had paid to send the dress back. Floryday carries very stylish dresses at moderate prices, and I will not hesitate ordering from them again. Elissa Robertson

Ordered a Chiffon Floral Long Sleeve Maxi Casusl Dreas for £60.97 ordered in beginning April receive it 11th May 2017..most Hideous dress you've ever seen...dodgy material..return next day at additional cost..cost 7.99 for originally sending to me...have NEVER received a REFUND..Out of pocket big time...send emails to Floryday & NEVER get a clear reply...I ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH FLORYDAY...unless you want to lose your money. USELESS

FloryDay 2 dresses which were advertised as 100% cotton.

I bought 2 dresses which were advertised as 100% cotton. I was very disappointed when they arrived as one is clearly not cotton, the sleeveless dress, and the other is doubtful. Neither had labels on the inside advising what the fabric was made of.
Also as neither fitted I have tried in vain to get an address to return these dresses to so I can get my money back.

FloryDay return address

I have ordered numerous thing s from Flory and have been happy with them and received many compliments. Unfortunately the items I recently purchased are not what I thought they would be and need to return all but one. I don't believe a received a return sticker. Can you please send me one ASAP so I can return within the 14 days or tell me where I should send it as long as it isn't a lot of only to return.

FloryDay dresses did not arrive

I have paid for 2 dresses and they never arrived. I have contacted Floryday to advise them and they keep saying the dresses are at the post office. After spending many hours on the phone with the post office and the delivery company, both have confirmed there are no packages at their location.
I have contacted Floryday numerous times but their representatives will not refund my money, they just keep offering me discount coupons for my next purchase! Very disappointed to not have the dresses I ordered and angry that they have scammed me out of $150.

FloryDay skirts and tops

Beware! Recently purchased two skirts and two tops. Total cost 113.29 USD. Extremely disappointed with the "one size" skirts, and quality of the workmanship and materials used in the tops. The skirts were modelled by adults, yet the product purchases would have been lucky to fit a five year old child! Threads were also hanging off one of the garments in many places. Items were not up to standard and I will not be purchasing from this company ever again.

FloryDay cotton & cotton blend black red long long sleeve lapel coats & jackets ([protected])

Received this item which was not as advertised. It looked nothing like the coat advertised in the image (the buttons on it weren't even the same colour). Very cheap material - more like you would receive in a joke shop (santa outfit). Definitely not worth the money paid of £70!
Then when contacting them (can only be done over a "chat" option) and they say they will send a refund form in 24 hours. I have contacted them 3 times to receive this and not received it. Am worried that I will have to make this a big legal matter in order to get my money back which is rightfully mine!
Oh and I ordered a size M and got an XL (and there is no belt included as on the image). Cheap and tacky, and falsely leads you to assume this is a reputable UK company when it's not - based in Hong Kong.
Any advice on how to get my money back would be greatly appreciated.

FloryDay feedback to other customers of floryday - take heart!

I was nervous when I first realised the returns process was not quite as straightforward as other companies but in the end after emailing them to request a return they did come back to me with a free returns shipping label in the UK and the return was refunded in full quite speedily.
So don't panic, they should get back to you in a few days and get stuff sorted - they did for me anyway.

FloryDay scam company

I placed my order on 11July and today is 21 Aug, and I still DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER! You cannot get hold of anyone in the company, the phone number is a fake answering service. They have £131 of my money and I am still in process of trying to resolve! They only help via ticket system online where you have to keep writing in and wait for someone to respond, but you keep going in circles!

I think its one of those companies that hold your money to invest in other things, pretend to be sending you your order but don't! Its a SCAM! Their Returns policy is also illegal, in EU you have right to return any item without reason within 14days of delivery. They say no, only damaged or miss-delivered items can be sent back! This is not legal! So if I / you finally do receive your items, you will not be able to return if doesn't fit, or is something you don't end up liking. We are STUCK either way! I am not sure how these companies are able to operate! Scamming poor females around the world!

I just received my order of 2 dresses. (Polyester polkadot [protected] and polyester solid maxi dress. [protected]) and they don't fit.

I was very surprised to discover that there was no information about returning items that are not suitable. There should have been a return label in the package with information on a refund.

Please advise on how I return these items for a full refund.

FloryDay poor quality product - no returns address

Having placed my order and paid from the item I heard nothing from FloryDay, no confirmation email, nothing. My enquiries through the website were not answered and it was only when I made a negative comment on Facebook that I received the item I ordered. The quality of the garment was shockingly poor and so of course I wanted to return it.

However, no returns address and no response from Floryday Customer Service requesting returns information Altogether suspect and fraudulent.

They don't even exist in the UK. They misrepresent themselves and the quality of the products It's a scam.

It has been 3 months since I purchases 3 dresses from Floryday and I still have not been given a refund (and will NEVER get refund from this fraudulent company) The 3 dresses I ordered took a month to arrive, only to find that they were the
WORST QUALITY I have ever seen, wrong size and one was even different colours to the one on their website. I sent numerous e-mail to Floryday trying to get a refund and had NO response. After weeks of no response from them, I decided to write a bad review as I wanted other people to know that Floryday was a SCAM. After I wrote the review i could not believe it, I received an e-mail from Floryday. They said if I remove my comment they will refund me. I advised them I will only remove my comments once I receive my refund. Well it has been nearly 3 weeks and still no refund. I don't know how they can still be operating. Obviously all the good 5 star feedback is FAKE as they say the clothes are excellent quality which is absolutely not true. I have lost $190.00 and I have been left with 3 disgusting dress that I am going to literally throw in the bin. I feel so frustrated! I've lost so much time and money and it baffles me how they are getting away with this. Is there any law against this SCAM?

FloryDay trying to send a parcel back to you with no forwarding address for returns label inside, I find this is frustrating to say the least

I ordered a Linen Flora Long Sleeve Mid Calf Casual Dress colour Blue size used the size guide for measurements I did this exact to the guide printed out when the dress came it was far two small the order Number [protected] .
