[Resolved] Floryday / I would like to return my order

I have ordered from Flory Day and now it seems to be impossible to get ana dress, to where I could return them. I have had a chat and email and they tell me nice wards, but thats that, no adress. What to do? They are telling that they have a lot ox´f warehouses around the world, but I didnt find any,
My order was made 19.2.2017, packed 25.2, arrived to Finland to me 7.3, order no [protected].
