FloryDay slow delivery, returning items, reimbursement

Ordered dress and blouse on May 1, 2018. Items were not received until May 24, 2018. Total price: $94.85. I liked the design of both the dress and the blouse however the size of the dress was more like 2 sizes smaller and the blouse was more like 3 sizes smaller than regular sizing for USA. I used Pay Pal for payment. Began responding via email May 22 about returns & went thru multi emails waiting for responses with acknowledgements etc. Was given 3 Options with 1) return items with full refund to US warehouse. Option 2-would send me USD $54.51 coupon code valid for 1 yr which I could use on their website (?). Option 3: Refund USD $38.94 (50% of product value) and I keep items (?). Then I was asked to return items which I did at my 'expense' to Kansas City, Missouri address and then sent them the Tracking number from USPS with 'me' paying return mail of $8.75. Flory Day asked me to send photo of proof which was sent May 29. I received credit of $77.87 in my PayPal account. They deducted $16.98 (?) from the total of my payment of $94.85. Not sure why this would be acceptable but hey, I'd never order from them again.

FloryDay shirts

I ordered 2 shirts, both 2xl because I like my shirts big. I had to give them to my daughter that is a medium and they barely fit her. If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible!

The quality of the shirts is horrible. The shirts don't look anything like the ones online. The don't fit like they show online either. These people are frauds!

They make the return process difficult so you won't want to go through their process. These shirts can't be worn.

FloryDay customer service/returns

I ordered 5 items from this company on line, totaling $151.16. These items took 1 month to receive and came directly from China. None of the items were as described nor the fit acceptable. The website states customer will be responsible for return shipping, however no where on the site does it say that the items will be shipping from China nor need to be returned to China. The site has a link for "US" and gives the impression that all will be shipped within the USA. When I contacted Floryday, the same day that I received the items, I received a response from them that they received my request and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It has been 8 days and still no response. I responded to their email and again I received a "automated response" that they will be working on my "updated" information. This website is a scam. These items are cheaply made and many, many consumers are being taken by this company with no recourse since it is out of the country.

I have been trying to find out where my shipment is. The tracking number I have doesn't work. I found where it was shipped but that was early June. Will you please give me this information?

FloryDay blouse nothing like picture on website

I ordered a blouse 7-5-18 which when it arrived was too small, their sizes are for midgets. Order number [protected], so I returned it and have received a larger one, 19-6-18. The material is paper thin, very poor, would not wear outside of house. The advertising is misleading, saying that the company is based in England, but the orders are coming from China. What you see is not what you get...

Buyer beware, I will never order clothing online again, once bitten...

Hei, dette er det mest useriøse stedet jeg noen gang har bestilt noe! Jeg bestilte og betalte for 4 kjoler 22 mai. Jeg har etterlyst dette flere ganger men enda ikke mottatt noen av disse kjolene i dag 22. juni. Meningen var at jeg skulle bruke en av kjolene i morgen i et 50 årslag og resten skulle jeg ha med på ferie. Dette skulle jo ikke by på problemer når jeg bestilte 30 dager i forveien! Har aldri opplevd noe lignende!

FloryDay return of dresses customer no [protected]

I purchased 2 dresses from Floryday but they were delivered too late for the ocassion for which they were purchased. I returned them to the return address on the package with all the relevant documents. I waited a while and no response. On contacting their customer nquiry line they said that I had sent them to the wrong address and didn't know who the delivery company were who sent them to me, even though their name was included in the return address. I have communicated with them several times but it seems like their operators are only programmed to give stock answers and cannot use common sense and reason to deal with problems.
I wrote this letter to the CEO when I had become exasperated with every other avenue with this company. I have found their customer service to be appalling and totally unhelpful. The letter was sent back "return to sender". I then sent it to their centre in Wigan but once again after weeks waiting I still haven't received a response. Maybe by sending this I may get an answer.

FloryDay I ordered a number of ladies fashion items from floryday on 16/05/2018 and paid for them using paypal.

The PayPal transaction number is 7E164786P3402572R, the total amount paid by me through Paypal was €112.35.
I provided my shipping address but have not received the goods.
The items purchased were ladies fashion wear.
I have not heard anything from the company since I made placed the order and paid for the items on 16/05/2018

Please help.

FloryDay goods not received

I placed a order with Floryday and still waiting for the order. They are completely misleading. They said the order would be dispatched within 5 days, almost 10 days later. I have tracked my order and it still has not been dispatched! I have also looked further into this company and read the very many many complaints. It is 'shocking' Items are either very bad quality, dreadful sizing, almost impossible to return and deceiving in their assurance on delivery. I would like for this to be reported to the ombudsman immediately. As many have said the company is registered (or shall I say 'think') registered in Hong Kong. I think ths company is a complete scam and people should be made aware of this. I would really appreciate your help and support regarding this matter - thank you

I have just received a email from Floryday apologising . They have assured me that one of my items which is finished ([protected]) will be delivered to me in the next 2 days and the other item ([protected]) will be deleted and I will receive a full refund. I thank Zoey from the customer care department for her rapid response, it is much appreciated.
I do really like the clothes that Floryday have to offer, it was a shame that I had to make a complaint in the first place but hopefully in future deliveries will be as quick and efficient as their customer care team - 'Complaint Resolved'

FloryDay never received order - no contact info. for company

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and paid for expedited shipping. The shoes are for a wedding I am attending in 5 days. I have not received any info. other than being told the product was shipped. I was provided a generic tracking number with a link that does NOT connect. There is no phone number provided on the site. Today is the 4th of June and I ordered my shoes on the 17th of May with expedited shipping in 4-5 business days. I assumed the shoes we're coming from UK as stated on the website. However, the London address is just a front for a company in China. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

FloryDay ordered several clothing items. a dress for, dress coat and sandals for a wedding.

It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received my items. Have looked online and there seems to be an awful lot of complaints/ poor reviews about this company. I have emailed them and had no reply. Is this a scam site ? I have spent £120 for clothing for a family wedding which I can ill afford as I am a student nurse. I would now like a refund as do not trust this company.

Your standard of customer service is appauling!

I ordered three garments from Floryday on 7th May, order number [protected], which were unsatisfactory. They were of poor quality, and the wrong size.

I have been trying to find from you a return address and return instruction, but every e-mail I send to your customer services department is responded to by an automated reply which is no use to me.

Your contact telephone number keeps telling me that you are unavailable. I have been calling for nearly two weeks.

I will never shop with Floryday again.

FloryDay where is my order???

I ordered dresses last month- still waiting, 5/23/18. Is this business a scam? Tried live chat to question order time, the girl was sweet and tried to be accommodating, but had no information that was helpful. Tried to contact customer service, but nothing. I just got sites with adds on them and fishing sites. Very frustrated, not going to order from this place again, in fact, I'm calling my bank in the a.m. to cancel payment. Very sketchy site. Very unprofessional. I'm feeling exposed and stupid for trusting this site. Mia Krause

Het is wel een schande dat een site als Floridaynog bestaat. Ik bestelde op 6 mei, retourneerde op 13 mei en heb op 19 juli, na herhaaldelijke vragen en klachten, nog steeds mijn € 106, 94 niet retour. Bovendien zijn de verzendkosten erg hoog. Een frauduleuze firma! Nooit bij floriday bestellen!

I've had some lovely clothes from Floryday. The fabrics are especially good. They do take a while to come from China but are very reasonably priced to compensate. I check the actual measurements given for each item of clothing before I order (an XL in one garment is not the same as another). You can check the progress of orders online and an email query I had was answered the next day. My experiences have not been of dealing with a scam company.

Ordered 3 dresses, keeping 1 trying to return 2 of them. I have been trying to find out how to get return information for the first order, now I am beyond the 14 day return deadline-please help. How do I return a dress to Floryday

FloryDay two blouses

I ordered two tops from Floryday. They were not anything as described, different fabric, different sizes. I returned them to the address with the information requested, which cost an additional $10.00. The package was returned to me because it was ‘refused' by the address they told me to send it to. I am furious and will, of course, never deal with this company again. But I would like to make sure others do not get the same treatment.

FloryDay merchandise not received as well as bogus tracking data

In lieu of being scamed by Floryday, and thier inability to run an honest company and provide accurate information regarding orders to thier consumers, I have filed a complaint with Paypal who is conducting an investigation into this matter, have contacted and filed a complaint with ECONSUMER.GOV who handles worldwide scams such as the one perpetrated by Floryday.com and 17track.net. The only way to combat these types of injustices is to file complaints which bring about investigations, and hopefully refunds which will prevent this company from profiting off of unsuspecting consumers worldwide. You have picked the wrong consumer to scam. I won't stand for it and neither should the rest of you. Good Luck! BAM!

FloryDay ugly, poor quality dress that looks nothing like the picture on the item description

I saw the most beautiful dress on the Floryday web site to wear to a garden wedding here in Australia. I was so excited to receive it only 2 weeks after ordering but was horrified when I opened the package. The dress I received looked like an old ladies grandma frock. The fabric was different, the colours different (much duller and the white flowers were almost grey) and although the dress fit okay only the sleeves were very tight and it just looked really old fashioned. Nothing like the picture on the item description. It was a cheap copy of the picture on the item description. I would be so embarrassed to wear the dress I received and would like a refund if you cant send me a dress that looks identical to the one on the item description. I paid almost $100AUD including postage and received a dress that I wouldn't pay $10 for. There are no care labels attached and I feel like I have been scammed. My order number was [protected] and my order date was 2/5/18. I received it on 15/5/18.

I have to say Thank you to Floryday for their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. After I advised them I was unhappy with the dress, they offered me a full refund, which was processed promptly via PayPal. So ultimately I am not out of pocket from the experience but I really would have loved that dress that was pictured.
