FloryDay unable to cancel order

I ordered a dress from flory day and I saw it wasn't going to be delivered in time even though I clicked expedited shipping. I tried to immediately cancel my order a few hours later by messaging and no response. About a week later I get a shipping confirmation and I message them again.. no response again! Never will I order from this floryday again. Hope fully I can still get a refund.

FloryDay unable to receive a refund

I am trying to return a dress I bought from www.floryaday.com order No [protected] it dose not fit and is the wrong colour the customer service has no return address and only a phone number in Hong Cong which dose not answer. This is making it very difficult to return and receive a refund which is clearly stated when purchasing I am very disappointed as this was for a very special occation which has now left me without a dress and I will now have to pay out more money to find another plus very little time Looking at the reviews on this web site are all very much the same complaint so this is a much bigger issue than myself

I ordered a one size fits all skirt...I am not that large and no way would it fit.
You say merchandise can be returned within 14 days, but by the time it arrived, it was already day 13. I sent an email with my order numbers, etc. and Microsoft refused to
deliver it because the domain number was not a valid number. And then, to add insult to injury, Microsoft shut down my service because there was "suspicious" activity right after that with my account and it looked like something suspicious, like hundreds of spam emails were sent out. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY_READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS> IS THERE SOME THING ON WEBSITES THAT THEY CAN BE SHUTDOWN FOR SUCH POOR TYPE OF ACTIVITY?

I ordered two dresses at the end of January for my son's wedding on the 17th of March which thought would be plenty of time. After endless emails and chasing, i put a complaint on here, then things started to move. I received the first dress 4 days before the wedding but had already bought another one. I did get a refund on the second dress. I then received the 2nd dress on the 22nd of March. Quality is pretty good and i will definately wear them although the second one is a bit big and i will have to alter it. They did at least put things right in the end. But i will not ever order from them again. I did feel that the website was misleading as it gave a London address. If i had known it was China, i definately would not have ordered. This happened to me with Rosita fashions as well. Regards Julia

FloryDay return

I have recently received a dress I ordered from this company. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and was a bad fit when it did arrive even tho I measured to there guildlines! Anyway I would just like a different size or a refund but I can not seem to get any correspondence from them whatsoever! I have tried contacting through email and phone call but cannot get a reply 😣

FloryDay have not received order from one month ago

I ordered four items (dress, two shirts, scarf) on 2/9/18 and still have not received these items. Floryday has already deducted the charge from my account and gave me a 6-12 day delivery date. I have no word from the company. I read several complaints below that state the same issue so this appears to be a signature of this company. I would like an update from the company or refund.

FloryDay top I ordered not arrived

I ordered two items in January from Floryday, the dress finally arrived today (not what I was hoping it would be) but the top I ordered [protected] before the dress hasn't. I have emailed them dozens of times but have not yet had a reply (what bad business) when trying to track them it just comes up with "not found" in my orders it shows processing! Not even sent after 3 weeks, money was taken fast enough, very disappointing with this company and will never buy from them again.

FloryDay items paid for not received

Order [protected] was placed and paid for on 29 Jan 2018. As at 01/03/18 still not received and the tracking says payment received and order not shipped.
I have sent several emails but not had a reply. I asked for a refund but didn't hear back.
I have now gone to American Express and they will be dealing with the refund issue.
Simply cannot recommend this company although some of the items on offer look nice. Had I initially read the reviews on this company I would never have placed an order.

FloryDay dress

I purchased a dress from Floryday it arrived no problem but trying to return is a bloody nightmare they refuse to send me the returns address.My Order No is020188911185. I have sent about ten emails to them all I get is confirmation of my emails. I received an email from them stating to choose from three options I choose option one which was returning and for me to pay for return post. Have not had any response I send an email everyday.

FloryDay none delivery

Order No [protected]

I ordered two dresses a month ago and still have not received them. No response to my chase ups only a automatic response. Shut for chinese new year when on the website has a London address.

I need tracking or any information. I ordered them for a wedding on the 10th of March in plenty of time.

Not happy and will be taking this further.

I have had a response from floryday saying they will dispatch both dresses straight away and give me a refund of $52.10 on my second dress.
I will update again when i have received my items and refund. They did apologise for all the hassles i have had as well.

FloryDay return of product not possible

Order a dress from Floryday. It is way to large and not of the material I expected. I immediately emailed customer service and was given three options for a return. I chose option 1 and provided all the information they required. I am getting a run around from them. I send the information and request a return and I get a reply that is giving the same info to choose the option and the order # etc. But after numerous emails I still do not have an address for return. I feel I they expect I will give up and keep a dress that is useless to me.

Why is it I cannot get an address to return an item? I have responded with the order number, option choice and reason for return. I have repeatedly sent this info to several different email addresses requesting an address. Please respond to one of my many emails providing me with return address. The dress was received approximately February 20th on order #[protected]. The dress is too large and I want to return using Option one of the three choices you provided. Please send return address.

Same here, exactly! I am usually so careful about online ordering, I thought this company was from England and they had distribution centers in the USA. Live and learn! I'm out $200.00. :-(

I ordered a pair of burgundy shoes number 1040832, order number [protected], from florydays on 07/02/2018 to wear to a Valentine's date on 17/02/2018. The delivery date given was 5-8 days and the sum of £36.58p was debited from my bank account the very next day on 08/02/2018. If not, I'll take the matter further and expose this company for taking money from people under false pretences. This is disgraceful...

The matter has been resolved between myself and Floryday. They have agreed to refund the full amount of money paid for the burgundy shoes I ordered on 07.02.2018 and didn't receive and to still send me the shoes free of charge, which I agreed to accept. Carmen Luke

FloryDay did not receive my order

I have not received the product I paid for. I ordered the black peacoat on January 16 Received word that the credit card payment had been approved and the peacoat, #1156902 would be shipped. The payment of $54.98 was taken from my checking account. I am not pleased. Either send me the coat, size large or please refund my money.
I would like some kind of response from your company as I have contacted you repeatedly.

FloryDay extremely inferior product

I have recently purchased 2 shirts from FloryDay (size Large) -(first time ever dealing with this company). I received the items in a very short time and was thrilled to see that both shirts looked exactly as promised and sizing was perfect.
I checked each item to find out how to wash/care for them - no instructions at all on item - so I proceeded to hand wash in cool water. Almost immediately it became obvious that the shirts were shrinking before my eyes. I didn't panic too much just then, I was hoping that when they were air dried and ironed on cool setting that they would return their shape. No such luck!
I now have 2 items which are now size XXS and are absolutely useless to me - there goes $100. Do not deal with this company. I wish I had read these reports before I gave them my hard earned cash.
Buyer be very aware.

FloryDay shearling 3/4 sleeve coat sz s

Hello, I ordered this Womens shearling faux 3/4 sleeve coat in a sz small. It is about a large or XL it's way too big for my 5'5 115 pound person. The coat doesn't look anything like the picture online. The color is not the same even. Also the sleeves are like short sleeves not 3/4 length. I'm extremely disappointed with it! Also because it was also not shipped out in the 7-10 day period as told when ordering. I ordered January 1 2018 and just got it on the 20th. Please advise on how I can return and get my money back! I don't want this item.

FloryDay lovely dress, 5189432

Good morning, just received my delivery from Floryday, wonderful until we opened it here in Wellington, some person has checked the contents using a cardboard cutter, my new dress has now a large cut across the front, we have photos etc, what is the next step for a return, please. We have tried to reach a freight forwarding company to speak to the careless individual responsible for their action, but as always, no contact phone numbers.
Please advise about our returns and please take steps with your shipping people, very poor.

FloryDay dress

My name is Josephine I ordereda dress from floryday early Dec. 2017 with a ref No. of 75184897359004352450272.
Dress has been returned and have proof they have recieved it. At first they refused refund and said they will issue me a voucher which I was furious about.
After a complaint they said they will issue me a refund and they emailed me details.
To this date refund has not been received and I have gone to my Bank to issue a dispute.
I highly recommend not to shop with this site as they are very unreliable.
Very unhappy customer.

FloryDay casual shirts

Ordered goods on 4th January 2018. An amount of R1084.32 was taken off my account but the goods never arrived. I have a copy of the transaction. Can I please have a refund. Also, are you able to find this transaction on your bank statement. I did not receive an sms or email confirmation and its the first time I have used this site. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated and maybe I will give the site another go because your clothes are just my style. Many thanks in advance.

FloryDay floral dress

I ordered this black floral dress with an ID #5132223 Size XL I was very disappointed because it did not match my expectation. the floral design did not match the original design as seen on the picture. the floral design was concentrated on the hem line area and it was very ugly. I would like to return the product with a complete refund. I want my money back so please send me or e-mail me the complete information on how to return the product.

FloryDay the worst ever; they fake products in a very cheap way!!!

I ordered 3 items from Floryday and paid double what I would usually pay in my country thinking that the clothes I ordered would be of perfect quality as shown in the pictures on their website! However, I received truly shocking clothes! very cheap materials, terrible design and even have nothing to do with the designs I ordered! One of the items is a jacket, which was supposed to be black; it came with a strange color between black and gray and with some white spots on the cloth. The three items are terrible and even embarrassing that they can only belong to garbage. I am attaching pictures of the items I received and those I ordered and you can judge yourself!

As expected I did NOT receive ANY money back from Floryday! They promised to send me my money back two weeks ago; but they did NOT. It seems they only wanted to silence me and stop me from writing about their miserable products! I can assure you however that I will NOT spear any efforts to spread the word about their lies! I will use every possible channel to share my experience with them and let other people know about how they take people's money and send them trash!

I contacted Floryday about the items I bought from them and told them I was not satisfied with those items. They contacted me and promised to send me back my money (the total amount), they also informed me that I can keep the items and that I don't need to send them back. I would like to thank Floryday for fulfilling their promise and for handling the issue in a professional way. Many thanks to their customer service representatives who were very polite and cooperating while dealing with the issue.

FloryDay a dress

I bought a dress from them... I paid $53.00 for it plus $12.95 in shipping... I was shocked when I got it 2 weeks later... It looked like it wasn't fit for walmart.. Looked like it was made out of rubber... I did everything they said on their website to return it... Never worked... I've called them at least 8 times everytime I do the line is busy... Yes I know the time difference... Plus i've sent them at least 6 emails... They just keep sending me the same link that doesn't work... I just don't want this to happen to anyone else

Have tried on numerous occasions to get return address where to send parcel back due to size does not fit and faulty workmanship. Sent emails on return forms on line no reply's. The order no is [protected] 25/11/2017. User e mail [protected]@yahoo.com can I please get an address to send this parcel back to and I want a refund . Thankyou. As you can appreciate I have spent weeks on your websites trying to get this information. I want to get this matter sorted I have merchandise which is no good to anyone it is not wearable and your advert stated refund when goods not acceptable.

Floryday aftersales team Kate has sent an email informing me that I will receive a full refund and I could keep the coat. I have already sent the coat back by post recorded delivery I found an address on the Floryday site. One condition if I could kindly “remark your review” which I am now doing. I am most pleased with the out come though I did fill in a return/refund form on Floryday on line as requested. I hope this is everything settled.
