[Resolved] Floryday — cancelled order. return my money.#[protected]
I did an order going to three days now three dresses amounting to around 175 Australian dollars, l have written countless messages on the inquiry section and emailed customer service section, but have received no feedback. The 24 hr policy has already expired. I did cancelled my order which l regretted and cancelled it less than an hour later after reading the review. Refund my money back. I fear if am already a one of your victim.
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
