Florida Power & Light [FPL] / irma - power outage

Dear Sir,

I want to thank you for whatever actions / prep-planning taken by your company that resulted in a minimum of power loss in my area. You guys did good!

I suffered at least a dozen power interruptions, none longer ten minuets. This resulted in no problems, except my digital clocks had to be reset after each loss. I hope that you are aware that I am being facetious with this ‘complaint.’

Your company did a super job before, during and now, after the Irma attack.

    You all outdid yourselves! THANK YOU for your sacrifices, and all your efforts!While power was absent It gave me time to reflects on how important electricity is! It felt like the dark ages for a while but as soon as I saw your trucks I knew what you were up to . YOU DID IT! I knew it! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU MEAN TO ME AND MY FAMILY. I NEVER DOUBTED YOU FOR A SECOND! GODSPEED and GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!!
