Hi my name is nathaniel williams iii and im very upset with a complaint that my bill was due september 5th and my account stated on the fpl app that my account was paind in full i also listen to the automated service 4 times he also stated my account was paid in full then i didnt have lights because the power was off in my entire neighborhood but yet now yall just took almost $150.00 out if my account for the same month that was already paid in full and im very upset and i wanna know why someone needs to contact me immediately because this is very ridiculous how can you take two payments for the same month.
