Greg scott doesn't give you back your money, it doesn't return your money back to you. He takes your money and drives bmw, many different types of cars, he owns several houses. How can a company on main street keeps working. A company like this must be brought down. This shop owner is a thief a dishonest retailer. And ftd allows this to happen ftd is in his pocket. It's time that american say no to this. Greg scott and his partner must pay the price for not keeping thier words. As americans we deserve better. We ae in tough times and people are fighting to pay bills, put food on the table, put kids through school. This company is a dishonest company its time we the people take back america and we say no to companies that take our money. Floral original is dirty on the soul of the american fabric it's time to stop this madness. Do dont support ftd until it stops doing business with this company this man. It's time for change we are the power that needs to make things happen. Consumers i knew this company and what and how this man works. Greg scott is taken your hard money and lining his pockets with cars, many pets many houses. This isn't the dream of our fathers, , lets clean up walll street and main street this company must go down. Do not support ftd during the holidays until they stop working with floral originals

Total charge was more than total of individual items (Flowers+service charge+tax)..
Flowers not delivered on time..
The only phone number for this business is an answering service which does not have the ability to handle the customer service issue..
Called twice to rectify, but have not received return calls

Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte. The first FTD Florest on Google doesn't deliver or uphold there guarantee. So if it's important DON'T use them. They should NOT be Allowed to take your money. They take it and don't deliver or respond when you complain.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my aunt's funeral service in Florida. I went online and found what I thought was an FTD Florist. I ordered an arrangement and paid $82 by credit card. My parents flew down to the ceremony and came back 3 days later and said there were no flowers from me. I called the florist & left a message, that their answering service said would be returned within 24 hours. It was not. 2 days later I called again. Again, was forced to talk to answering service and again said they would call back. They did not.

I then called my credit card, Bank of America and they said they would refund my card, which they did and go after the florist themselves. I'm just so mad that if my parents had not gone to the service then I would never have known that my flowers were not delivered.

If you get no help at the above phone #, please email me privately at ncminpinrescue@yahoo.com and I will give you the name and direct line to the person whom helped me get my refund from this rip off florist.

No matter what happens, please file a complaint with the BBB...

Customer service people are horrible! EXTREMELY RUDE! CHARGED TWICE FOR MY ORDER!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE AND YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER WHEN THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON (PAMELA) HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME WHILE I ASKED WHY I WAS BEING OVERCHARGED, SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THIS IS THE WORSE FLORAL COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. I REGRET IT SOOOO MUCH.


AND ON TOP OF IT ALL THE FLOWERS WERE DEAD UPON ARRIVAL AND THEY WERE NOT THE FLOWERS I ORDERED!!! YET THEY DO NOT CARE, SINCE THE FLOWERS ARE AND WERE ALREADY PAID FOR.
