Floral Originals By Gregory Scotte No delivery of flowers, but charged

Flowers for my daughter's birthday were never delivered but my credit card was charged. Four phone calls and 2 emails have resulted in no response. As a military family, we realize this is not as serious as being in a ditch with people shooting at us, but for crying out loud, it's hard enough that in service to our country, we have to be separated from our relatively recently adopted high school age daughter on her birthday and these folks are making it harder.

DO NOT order flower from these people... it is a scam on the web, they stated not delivery charges but they have handling fee which is more expensive than FTD. First they agreed to take off the handling fee, but then they charged me TWICE... and I have been dealing with them for a week! ALSO BAD customer service... stay away from ANNA... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I was charged for flowers that were not delivered. A very Special Birthday bouquet for my 85 year old aunt. This is not right. I clicked on Tele-Flora and this sight came up instead so I assumed that this gregory scotte company was a part of tele-flora. Evidently it is not. I want my money back or I go to the Better Business Bureau and my bank. This web site should not be allowed on internet if it is a scam.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR A FUNERAL ORDER AND DID NOT DELIVER THEM! HUGE EMBARRASSMENT! WHEN I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE FLORIST, THEY WERE UNSYMPATHETIC AND REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME!

I ordered flower, however they never was delivered, I contacted the customer service number and they couldn’t tell me, who, when, or what, went wrong with the order, nor could they provide the local florist who the order went to. I'm not sure if these guys even have flowers. Don’t use this service you will get burned.

I ordered online from Gregory Scotte florist. they charged my credit card $80. I live in NY, flowers being sent to FL. My parents went to the service, said there was no flowers from me. I called the florist 3 times with no return call. I then called Bank of America and they took off my credit card and are now going after them. DON"T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM!

I ordered flowers from Floral Originals By Gregory Scotte. The flowers were not delivered. I called 3 times and was told that the "local" flower shop would call me back. They didn't. I waited until my credit card was charged for the order and then called the credit card customer service. They credited the charge back to my account.

These guys suck. Never delivered flowers. Won't refund the money. No customer service, just answering service. My sister didn't get flowers for her birthday and I got charged $57 for it. Be careful, I thought I was ordering through FTD. What a bunch of charlatans.

Order placed 8/10/08 for delivery on 8/11/08. Family member passed away and was a sympathy basket. As of 8/14/08 still not delivered. Made 4 phone calls and sent to e-mails and no response from this terrible company. DO NOT USE! They should not be in business.

Flowers ordered for mo-in-law in hospital. After a few days with no mention I asked my husband about them. He said there were no flowers. I called number on my e-receipt. Person said I would receive call back. I received message asking if I wanted an upgrade with an apology, I called back and said I wanted a credit (no longer in hospital). I checked my credit card acct today and no credit given. Now I can't get an answer at their phone number (including the one mentioned on this site). Hopefully a complaint to my credit card will result in a credit.

Floral Originals By Gregory Scotte Non-delivery for a funeral

I had ordered (on a Saturday) from their Internet Site (guaranteed same day delivery) a floral arrangement for my cousin's wake on a Monday & funeral on Tuesday (a rosary of carnations for her casket) and they never completed or delivered the order. They never even had the common courtesy of informing me on Monday that they could not complete or deliver the order (internet order required my cell phone number and home number). I called several times from the wake (very upset) and they always told me that I would be hearing from a supervisor (never called) and promised me that the rosary would be delivered for free on Tuesday morning in time for the funeral (never arrived). I just wanted to warn other families do not ever under any circumstances ever order from this website. They took the time to charge my MasterCard account for the rosary of carnations that were never delivered but did not take the time to call me on Monday to let me know that they could not complete or deliver the order. I have my attorney handling the charge to my MasterCard account just to let them know that they can not treat families this way when it is their last chance for families to do something special for their departed loved one. Please take my advice and never under any circumstances order funeral arrangements from an Internet Website (especially FTD).

Floral Originals By Gregory Scotte WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!

Ordered an FTD Azalea Topiary Planter to be delivered for a friend's father's wake to be held at their house. Never arrived. Called and was first directed to a call center facility. After several calls there, I was given a 310 number in CA to talk to someone directly affiliated with the company and order. They did pull up my order and couldn't understand WHY this happened. Tabatha told me she would contact the florist and get back to me. No call back. Called again. She told me the order had been delivered and that she would send me a confirmation email with confirmation numbers and partial refund info. Never received it. Called again...spoke to Rachael. She called the florist who apparently could not reach the driver (they don't carry cell phones - I ASK you HOW does a florist stay in business with this type of operating procedure?). Again, more of the same and a promise to get back to me...no call or email. Called the next day and spoke to Kristy, the supposed supervisor. She confirmed the order was delivered at 3 PM but couldn't tell me the confirmation number. Promised to get right back to me with the info...suprise, surprise, no call. Called FTD. FTD said they have heard several complaints about this florist and to cancel the order asap. They hide behind the FTD name but they are the worst floral shop I have EVER encountered! STay clear!

Floral Originals By Gregory Scotte Terrible experience

At least I'm in good company. I, too, ordered flowers for same day delivery from FTD. They forwarded my request to Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte. I immediately received an order confirmation via e-mail. However, I never received a confirmation of delivery. When I attempted to call the florist, I was told my message would be forwarded to him. I never received an answer.

I called again several days later and was told, once again, I would receive word from him. None ever came. I called the number a third time. The answering service apologized profusely for the confusion and promised an answer from the florist. Guess what -- once again there was no response. I have now contacted my credit card company and am in the process of filing a disputed claim. In the meantime, I have called ProFlowers to fill my order. Hopefully, they will be more professional.

In my opinion, Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte has acted with incompetence. I would never use them again, and advise other purchasers to do the same.

Floral Originals By Gregory Scotte Buyers be aware!

November 12, 2007 I ordered a "Thank You" bouquet for my co-worker. The "Thank You" bouquet was to be a six roses mixed colors orange and yellow, the arrangement was to be in a gold vase with thank you on the front. Instead, she received a lavender and white forget-me-nots and a lavender vase with thank you on the front. After the delivery I immediately contacted Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte. The representative that answered the phone told me that they were the answering service for Gregory Scotte and could send a email regarding my incorrect order. So the representative sent the email and advised me that a representative from Floral Original by Gregory Scotte would contact me back with a resolution. I never received a call. The next day November 13, 2007 the delivery person contacted the recipient desk phone and instructed her to bring the incorrect order (flowers) to the front of the lobby for pickup. The delivery person pick-up the incorrect flower order, however never replaced the flowers. So now, not only did the surprise of getting flowers were ruined but she didn't have any flowers at all. I could not believe that Floral Original by Gregory Scotte sent a delivery person to retrieve the flowers and, did not replaced them. I immediately called the customer service number back [protected]. This time around I got a representative on the line stating that she was appalled that the flowers were picked-up and there was not a replacement given. This representative went on to say she would request for a refund and I would be not be charged for the purchase. She stated I would receive a call from Gregory Scotte florist to confirm the course of action. Of course I never received a callback. The next day I checked my online banking statement to see that I was over-charged for my purchase. Yes, the flowers that the recipient did not have at all now! The cost of the purchase with tax was $49.47, however I was charged $59.47. I then called for the 3rd time to the customer service center. I explained what happened all over again and I was told that a email would be sent to Gregory Scotte florist and I would receive a callback. By this time this sounds oh so familiar right? Just as I expected I never received a callback. So I said well maybe that will refund me over the weekend. Wishful thinking I guess, today is November 19, 2007 and I still do not have a refund and still do not have the flowers, and still I was over-charged for this purchase. I called today for the 4th time and spoke with Susan. She stated to me that there is nothing they can do because the customer service number is only a answering service. They only send information via electronic feed or email to Gregory Scotte's florist and request for a callback. At this point I'm livid! I requested for a supervisor, Jeremy comes on the line. Jeremy is the supervisor of this so called answering service team of folk that don't know anything but how to compose emails. Jeremy tells me that he don't know what the protocol is when there is a issue and there isn't a direct number to contact Floral Original by Gregory Scotte. The only thing he could do was send a email. My question at this point is who takes accountability for this mess up? I've never in my life had this much push back for customer satisfaction. I now stuck with a charge and no product. I will never order through FTD or Floral Original by Gregory Scotte again! And I will sure pass on this experience so that other consumers will be well aware.

I ordered flowers via ftd.com on 6-29-08 for delivery on 6-30-08. As of 7-3-08 no responce to calls to the 1-888 number and no return calls. Beware of this contractor of FTD. I will keep posted. Very Poor service.

I ordered flowers for my mother, for Mothers Day. They were supposed to be delivered by Saturday. The flowers were not delivered. My account was charged twice. When I called the 888 number on my order confirmation, I reached an answering service that said they could only take a message. I did not get a call back. Calls since that time yield a busy signal.

I placed an order for a birthday in the amount of $66.94. I was also guaranteed they would be delivered the following day. When the flowers were not delivered, I called and spoke with a woman who said she would find out why the flowers were not delivered and would e-mail me an answer! When two days passed, I called back to cancel the order and asked for a refund. I was told Christina(the supervisor), was not in and what time to call back. I called back the same day near 4 pm to find out she did not come into work. I called the following day near 4 pm and she was not there. I have not heard from Christina, Gregory or his mama!

DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE!

THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN CROOKS!

I placed an order for flowers for a funeral in the amount of $125. I was guaranteed they would be delivered by 2pm the next day, which was also the day of the wake. When I arrived at the funeral home I was mortified to see that there were no flowers from our family that I had ordered form Floral Originals! I called Floral originals that evening to complain and was told by a rep that someone would call me back the next day. No one ever called. I called twice a day for 10 days, being promised the same thing each time by a nice rep. I still have not heard a word from the company and would NEVER use them again! What an awful experience and especially for a funeral! Do they have no compassion?

FLORAL ORIGINALS BY GREGORY SCOTTE...

If you're a HOLLYWOOD MOVIE STAR, perhaps you will get decent service from this company. If you're just an average person, don't expect any special treatment. Don't even expect your order to be fulfilled!

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my 82 year old aunt. It was supposed to be delivered... ON HER BIRTHDAY! It was not.

I called customer service that night and they apologized and said I would HAVE A REFUND BY THE END OF THE NEXT DAY. I also asked them to please contact my aunt and apologize. They said they would.

THEY DIDN'T!

The "local florist" that they contract with, called my aunt from their truck 2 days later and said, "We have a bouquet we would like to deliver." My aunt said, "It's too late, my birthday is over and my niece has asked for a refund." They said, "We have nothing to do with the dispute between Gregory Scotte and your niece. We would like to deliver the flowers."

I have called customer service 8 times to request my refund. They ALWAYS assure me that I will be contacted by "someone" and that they realize my ORDER WAS NOT FULFILLED!

NO REFUND. THIS WAS DECEMBER 10, 2007.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Floral Originals By Gregory Scotte Most horrible customer service I have ever encountered

I wish I had seen this site before I used Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte. They have the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for mothers day, they were never delivered. I have been trying for over 3 months to get a refund but so far have gotten nothing but the run around. When I called again today I was told that the order was no longer in the computer and they would have to pull it manually and would call me back, I won't be holding my breath as no one from that company has ever returned a call yet.

Ordered flowers for delivery on July 10, 2008 - not delivered, call 1st thing on the 11th and received an apology & assurance they would check on it and call me back. After waiting 5 hours with no return call, I called back and was told they had an issue with the florist they were going to use and would make sure that it would be delivery on the 12th, and what could they do to make me a satisfied customer, before I could respond I was offered an upgrade to my order and a note of apology from them to my mother, so I agreed. I contacted Floral Originals Saturday morning the 12th for information regarding the delivery, I was told they contacted the other florist and my mothers flowers were on the truck and she would receive them within 30 minutes. After 1 hour had gone by and still no flowers I called Floral Originals back and asked for the number of the florist that was suppose to be delivering the flowers. I contacted them directly and yes, the flowers were on the truck for delivery, but they had not said within 30 minutes, they just stated she would receive them today, and NO there was NO UPGRADE listed under special instructions. This was the worst experience I have ever had in trying to have flowers delivered! I have left a message for the Owner to call me so that I may file a complaint directly with him and will dispute the charge on my card. My mothers birthday was on the 10th, not the 12th! I highly recommend using any other florist, not Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte!

This complaint is coming from an FTD customer service rep. Yes I work for FTD, and just for you all to know we try our very hardest to get your orders right. Sadly we have a few [censored] florists like this ###. I personally HATE Gregory Scotte. His utter lack of a direct line phone number to anyone but someone inside our own company suggests that he is a shady individual who does not care in the slightest about his customers. Ask anyone who has ever worked for FTD or FTD's own Flowers All Hours answering service. We all HATE Gregory Scotte. We all want to drive his business into the ground. Every time I or one of my co-workers sees an order going to this ### we cancel the order and send it immediately to a better florist. Let me personally assure you that FTD does not serve it's customers like Gregory Scotte does his. Sadly we're under contract to provide his answering service. So next time you see the name Gregory Scotte, remember, do not order! You're now learned and warned.

The beautiful floral arrangement that I wanted sent to my wife was never delivered to her for valentines. Actually it was never sent at all. I wish I had seen this website with the many complaints this awful company has. I would have never sent them in the first place. I've called the 1888 number and the answering service people just take my name and number but never gave me a call back. I've call many times and spoken to almost everyone there and still no call back. I even googled the actual company in Beverly Hills and the 310 number it has listed is just forwarded to the answering service. I'm so pissed! Since there are others that NEVER received their refund I doubt I'll even receive mine. I've sent flowers many times and will continue but will NEVER go through this company again.

This company should be put out of business. I had ordered flowers for my mother's 83rd birthday. NO SHOW!
After calling FTD and writing a letter to them, order got filled a day too late. I also had to write a letter to this site. My letter was sent back twice because the address on their website is wrong too. BEWARE!

I ordered flowers for my daughter on Friday10th of April, Well they did not arrive on Monday like I was Promised. They said Tuesday By Fed EX, well no Flowers on Tuesday. Then I called on Wed. They said they were sent at 3. Still no Flowers. On Thursday I called and finally they sent the flowers. Now if all they wanted me to do was call a FTD in the state of delivier I could do that on my own, But I wanted special flowers that they Advertised, guess what no way.I hope No one uses this Florist and they lose there FTD. Worst service I ever had, Don't use them unless we like to get the shaft.

I too order flowers from Gregory Scotte thinking that it was a true FTD Florist, to be delivered to my Mother on her 89th birthday in Willis, Tx. I didn't realize that this florist was located in Beverly Hills, Ca and wouldn't make good on a delivery to Texas.. I have made several attempts to call the toll free number listed on the confirmation email that I received from him. I am presently living in Mexico and depend on the internet to place orders, purchase items, etc and am unable to call any toll free number from this location. I will certainly make sure that this company is reported to the Better Business Bureau...The flowers were to be delivered on Oct 1, 2008 before noon, however, no verification from Gregory Scotte concerning the delivery.. I shall be very careful when ordering flowers from this company or FTD...

I ordered flowers on 9/18 for same day delivery as of today 9/22 flowers still have not been delivered but they charged my credit card. I placed 6 calls since the 18th to the toll free customer service line but they cannot help you they have to send your call to another division (no you are not allowed their direct number) I contacted my credit card company today and disputed the charges and after that finally got ahold of a lady "Kathy" who gave me the cancellation number [protected] - cancelled my order today - no I am sorry/let us fix this - nothing -- I too will never order from this site again. Might also report this site to the Better Business Bureau

Worst service I have ever encountered. Flowers never delivered for a funeral. No contact from them about delivery difficulty. I inquired from my mom if she received them, "no.". Called this so-called business, and they accused my mom of receiving them and claiming not to. I am livid. After being on hold for 10 minutes I called back and canceled the order, when I stated I expected to see an email about a refund to my credit card they stated I needed to call them tomorrow to make sure flowers were not really delivered. They have only one long distance telephone line and the nitwit explained to me they didn't want to make empty promises by telling customers they would call them. I said they had already broken a promise by not delivering the flowers.
Please DO NOT order from this "company". What a nightmare.

i totally agree with you. this company is a HUGEEEE scam. tried to send my friend flowers and got charged 57$ to have them delieved same day. the flowers were never delieved, but when i called they said they could have them delivered on a different day or refund me. its been almost a month and i have yet to see my refund. i have called the 888 number numerous times and they give me the same thing about sending over an email for the florist to call me. then i tried the 310 number and i got someone who said her boss was outside but he would call me right back. a day later and still no call. this company is a giant ripoff i would NEVER buy from them again.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and the flowers were never delivered. I have called Floral Originals by Gregory Scotte many times for my refund and the florist will not return my calls. This florist (aka con artist) is UNSCRUPULOUS, UNRELIABLE and UNTRUSTWORTHY. Do NOT get ripped off like I did. Do NOT use FTDFloristOnline either. They fool you to think they are FTD Florists but they're not. It's all part of a scam. All phone numbers on Gregory Scotte and FTDFloristOnline websites route you to phone exchanges. You never get a person who is responsible. Do not use FLORAL ORIGINALS BY GREGORY SCOTTE and do not use FTDFloristsOnline!
