I recently ordered for Valentine's day. They didn't deliver at all and refused to refund my money. I ordered from Florista instead, better late than never.

Me too is a victim of flora2000. I placed an order on the 26th of Dec to be deliver on the 28th Dec and still haven't receive
anything, however the $54.98 that I payed for it came out of my account. Today is the 4th of Jan and still no flower or any respond to my several emails plus the phone when I called it
say is not in service.

This is a fraudulent sit i.e. Flora2000uk. I ordered a wine set to be delivered on 9th Nov and to date i.e. 14th Nov, it still has not been delivered, even though i got a mail from some by the name of Richard, that the package had been delivered.

The, "Live Chat", never functions and very rarely does one receive a reply for ones mail. Complete fraud and a poorly run organization. Do not use this site for anything.

I made an online purchase a week in advance for mother's day. The scheduled delivery day was for 2 days before the actual holiday. My mother never received her flowers to this day, the phone number listed on their website has been "out of service", and I was still charged. So, my mother never received her flowers and they took my money. Please give this serious consideration before any purchases you might make from them.

I ordered two arrangements from this company and i just disappointed my sister because she didn't receive hers. The other 1 was delivered and they call this "elagant dream"? It's way different... I have been contacting the company by phone & sent several emails. NO SUCCESS at all.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a gift hamper for a 60th wedding anniversary that was not delivered. I contacted the company using live talk and was told "the outlet was out of flowers and my order could not be processed". My order did not contain any flowers. I did cancel the order and was issued a refund. That was good however they put through another payment that was not authorized and did a refund. I have cancelled that card as I am very wary about this company. It appears they are based somewhere in India using phoney american names.

This is a complete scam. I paid $ 74 for Valentine's Day roses, since I was travelling. The roses arrived with the rosebuds detached, all leafs brownish.
No one picks up the phone, you leave messages and no one returns the call. They do not answer emails either. These are disgusting business practices and the company should be put out of business by the authorities.

100% GUARANTEED ON TIME DELIVERY?- BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES
I had ordered flower arrangements a few times from Flora2000. Never again after today! I ordered an arrangement on Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday for a funeral. I checked my email Wednesday night to find that I had an email notifying me "delivery was not completed due to an unavailability of fresh flowers at our outlet’s end" and asking if I authorize delivery for the next day. This was particularly frustrating because ALL OVER their website, they have verbiage which states "BECAUSE YOU JUST CAN'T AFFORD TO BE LATE! 100 PERCENT GUARANTEE ON TIME" and "NOTHING WORSE THAN A GIFT ARRIVING LATE, ON-TIME ASSURED". This is absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING. I logged into my account to find the same email along with a confusing message which read "Accepted for Delivery" when I knew for a fact the arrangement was not delivered to the recipient. I did not receive any phone calls about this order not being delivered. The message mentioned "we are available round the clock". This was DECEPTIVE terminology used yet again because I called the toll free number provided in the email and it went to voicemail, I tried to live chat and nobody was available. I emailed them about the discrepancy Wednesday night and nobody had responded to the email by Thursday morning. I had to livechat to request that they deliver the flowers today and for the delivery charge to be refunded in full. The representative's response was "We can have this order delivered today to the recipient and refund you $10 for the delay as well." I requested a full refund of $14.99 for the delivery charge as this was a time-sensitive delivery for a sympathy arrangement and a partial refund for the delivery was unacceptable to me for all the trouble. The rep said this was not possible and kept asking if I wanted to either cancel the order or go through with the order. I asked to escalate the matter further to her superiors, she said she contacted them and asked me to wait for a few minutes so she could resolve the matter. She let me know that the flowers could now not be delivered until 4 DAYS from the original date of promised delivery. So if I had not requested to escalate the matter, I would be disappointed yet again that the delivery would not be made 4 DAYS from original date. I asked why and she replied "It seems the arrangement you have chosen is not available in the entire chain of outlets we have with us, while we are on chat we tried to have other vendors pick the order and process the same for you but failed." I asked if there were any other arrangements that could be delivered today. She replied "We will understand completely if you choose this cancel as we completely understand your side. All deliveries for today are already processed and now the cut off time for deliveries for today are shut at our vendors end." I canceled my order and requested a refund in full. The representative kept asking me to cancel the order during our entire chat rather than attempting to fix the situation. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Can someone please help me in finding out how can I get my money back? You have no idea how disgusted I am and I am seriously hurt. I tried extremely hard to show my appreciation and love for someone special and all these people did was rob my money. Please help me.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! UNRELIABLE AND INCOMPETENT!

I'm still waiting for the flowers to be delivered to my bestfriend! Her birthday is over and it's already been almost 2 days after her birthday and she's yet to receive it. It's NO LONGER a surprise because I HAD TO ask whether she has received anything from me! I'm utterly disappointed, annoyed and upset.

I placed an order 5 weeks ago only to be TREATED badly! Do not trust the service from flora2000. They should have prepared everything properly especially those who placed an order WAY WAYYYYYY in advance!

I'm definitely doing more complaints on other sites to potential customers who wish to use their service.

Me too is a victim of flora2000. No delivery at all. they spoiled my valentines surprise for my wife, stay away from flora2000 and its mastermind - Richard Fullham. Chat support takes around 30 mins to respond. no email response. When I call the phone nobody answers. Answers in chat support are obviously scripted and no assurance at all, as they keep telling me we will email you once delivery has been completed. I ordered it Feb 13 and next day delivery as they promised, today is Feb 15 in the Philippinees and valentines is over still no signs, chat support is unavailable till Feb 28 as the message says. I couldn't even find the link to file the refund except the email that no response yet.
Richard Fullham, I know you're reading it and i'm expecting your response to be same on how you respond to your other complaint, that is "we will make sure it will not happen again"
google around guys, this flor2000 has a lot of complaints. my mistake to trust them before googling it

My card (i hasten to add like many others that I am reading about after searching the problem on Google to see if anyone else has had my experience) was cloned and £3, 000 GBP worth fraudulent purchases made after using the Flora2000 website. As soon as I placed the order I got a strange email through asking me to go to a misspelled Flora2000 website and re-enter my card details. I thought I was lucky I noticed as only one letter of the website was different and I didn't follow the link, but my card was still cloned. I know it was this site because this was the only purchase on this card for the month and although the flowers were delivered to the destination in Italy nobody ever responded to my email at the company regarding this. The security on the site is obviously very poor and/or there is someone on the inside cloning card details. L.Gooch, Essex, UK
