I have deactivate my 1 month membership subscription on September 15 last and I have deactivate my 1 month access to VOD on September 17 last and you are continuing to bill these services on my credit card.

My ID number is [protected].

The last charges to my credit card are both referenced as LUNCIA*DATFEE"COM - [protected] CY.

I would appreciate receiving a refund for both charges made on September 15 ($39.99) and on September 17 ($19.99) respectively.
