Good day,

I attempted to cancel automatic subscription (three times) 2 days ago and this morning I see a charge of £49.95 from you guys. Thank goodness it was declined. I am extremely dissatisfied with your services and not only want auto sub to be disabled but I also want my account to be deleted.

I can see any other way to cancel this, I will contact my bank and deny your charges!!
